About the Team Security is at the foundation of OpenAI’s mission to ensure that artificial general intelligence benefits all of humanity. The Security team protects OpenAI’s technology, people, and products. We are technical in what we build but operational in how we execute, and we support every product and research effort at OpenAI. Our tenets include prioritizing for impact, enabling researchers and developers, preparing for future transformative technologies, and fostering a strong, collaborative security culture. About the Role OpenAI is seeking a Principal Software Engineer to join the Infrastructure Security (InfraSec) team. InfraSec safeguards the core of OpenAI’s research and production environments: GPU supercomputing clusters, multi-cloud infrastructure, datacenters, networking, storage, and the critical services that power our frontier AI models. Our charter spans everything from bare-metal hardware and firmware to Kubernetes clusters, service meshes, and the data pathways that carry highly sensitive model weights and user data. As a Principal Software Engineer, you will set technical direction and drive execution of critical foundational services, such as authentication systems, egress/ingress proxies, access brokers, and key management platforms, that demand high standards of reliability, scalability, and software craftsmanship. These systems form the security backbone of OpenAI’s customer and supercomputing environment and must remain robust under intense scale and adversarial pressure. In this role, you will: Own the architecture and roadmap for one or more core security services (e.g., authN/Z, policy enforcement, secure proxies, key management), taking them from design to rollout to long-term operation. Design and implement planet-scale security systems that provide strong guarantees across hardware, operating systems, Kubernetes, networks, and CI/CD: balancing security, reliability, latency, and developer ergonomics. About the Team The Statsig team within OpenAI builds the experimentation, feature rollout, dynamic configuration, and analytics systems that help OpenAI ship products with speed, safety, and evidence. Our work sits on the critical path for how product, engineering, research, and go-to-market teams learn from real-world usage and make high-confidence decisions. Statsig began as an independent company focused on helping builders move faster through trustworthy experimentation and feature management. After Statsig joined OpenAI, the team began the next chapter: bringing that deep product expertise, customer intuition, and mature platform infrastructure into OpenAI as the experimentation and rollout platform for every product we ship. Today, we support teams across ChatGPT, Codex, model measurement, consumer experiences including ads, business subscriptions, developer products, and the shared infrastructure that connects them. These teams rely on Statsig to safely introduce new capabilities, compare product and model behavior, measure impact, and roll changes forward or back with confidence. We are at a defining moment in the platform journey. OpenAI has the data, product surface area, and pace of innovation to learn faster than almost any organization in the world, but that potential only becomes real if teams can experiment responsibly, measure clearly, and roll out changes safely. Adoption of the platform is accelerating rapidly across the company, and recent SDK and server-side infrastructure work has already produced measurable wins in latency, reliability, memory usage, and compute efficiency for important services. Based out of OpenAI’s Bellevue office, we are a close-knit team that values in-person collaboration, urgency, craft, and impact. We build for other builders, and the best version of this team is one where every OpenAI product team can move faster because the experimentation and rollout layer is dependable, fast, and easy to use. The Opportunity We are looking for an ambitious frontend engineer to own bigger and bigger portions of our UX, as part of an 0-1 initiative. With Postman Insights , our vision is to help guide a developer with little previous experience—in both the system being monitored and the Postman API Platform—to productively find and fix issues. Our goal is to be able to help any developer locate API endpoints causing potential issues within 15 minutes of signing up for an account. This will empower even a new developer to find and fix issues in their first days on the job, as easily as they can call an API today. As we prepare to launch our open beta, we’re looking for a frontend software engineer to help us bring our Postman Insights product to life. Right now, we’ve launched an alpha to a small number of users and have learned a lot from that launch. To deliver our intended developer experience, we’ll need to iterate with our users to get the UX right. We’re looking for an engineer who can focus on the frontend, excited about designing and refining the user interface on a weekly basis to get our product ready for a larger number of users.

At Snowflake, we are powering the era of the agentic enterprise. To usher in this new era, we seek AI-native thinkers across every function who are energized by the opportunity to reinvent how they work. You don’t just use tools; you possess an innate curiosity, treating AI as a high-trust collaborator that is core to how you solve problems and accelerate your impact. We look for low-ego individuals who thrive in dynamic and fast-moving environments and move with an experimental mindset — who rapidly test emerging capabilities to discover simpler, more powerful ways to deliver results. At Snowflake, your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done. Cortex Code is Snowflake’s coding agent for building with data. It ships inside the platform that thousands of the world’s largest enterprises — including a large share of the Forbes Global 2000 — run their data on, which means the quality of this agent is felt by the data teams behind a meaningful slice of the global economy. We are taking coding agents from impressive demos to tools Data Science and Engineering teams depend on every day, and we hold them to a rigorous, public bar: see our data engineering agent benchmark . About the Role This is a measurement-first role that owns the quality and efficiency of Cortex Code end to end: how good the agent is, how much it costs to run, and how reliably it behaves in production. You will take agents from research capability to real, measurable user value — turning fuzzy “the agent feels worse” signals into hard metrics, running the experiments that move them, and shipping the changes that stick. You will work on a small, high-powered modeling and infrastructure team where your work reaches every developer building on Snowflake. What you will do in this role Take agents from prototype to production: design and refine agent behaviors for real coding and data-engineering workflows, and make them reliable enough to depend on.
