In this role, you will: Drive technical strategy and execution for enterprise product and AI workflow initiatives, from design through implementation, launch, customer rollout, and iteration. Partner with engineering teams to influence architectural direction, interface definitions, and implementation tradeoffs across full-stack products, APIs, integrations, and shared platform systems. Translate enterprise customer requirements into actionable product priorities across AI-powered workflows, agent experiences, integrations, permissions, data access, evaluations, identity, security, governance, and deployment readiness. Represent the needs of enterprise buyers, IT administrators, security teams, business leaders, developers, and end users in product and technical decisions. Identify adoption barriers, competitive gaps, and opportunities to make OpenAI products easier for organizations
