About the Team With Codex we’re building an AI software engineer. One that you can pair with, delegate to, or even ask to take on future tasks proactively. Our team is a fast-moving group within OpenAI, bringing together research, engineering, design, and product. We iteratively build the Codex agent harness and product to get the most out of the model, and we iteratively train the model to be great at complex software engineering tasks. The Codex team is responsible for building state-of-the-art AI systems that can write code, reason about software, and act as intelligent agents for developers and non-developers alike. We operate across research, engineering, product, and infrastructure; owning the full lifecycle of experimentation, deployment, and iteration on novel coding capabilities. Codex Enterprise builds the ecosystem, governance, and enterprise capabilities that help Codex spread across developers, teams, and organizations worldwide. The User Activation team owns the product experiences that help developers discover Codex, understand its capabilities, connect it to their workflows, and turn initial usage into sustained adoption across teams. About the Role As Codex adoption grows, our challenge is no longer just building powerful AI capabilities. It is helping developers and teams quickly understand how Codex fits into their work, connect it to the tools and codebases they already use, and unlock workflows that make Codex feel like a true teammate. This role will help build the full-stack product surfaces that drive activation and adoption across Codex Enterprise. You will work across onboarding, workspace setup, integrations, discovery, collaboration, usage insights, and ecosystem capabilities that help Codex spread naturally through organizations. You will partner closely with product, design, research, infrastructure, GTM, and customers to identify where users get stuck, where teams fail to adopt Codex, and what product experiences can turn curiosity int

Who We Are Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together . We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion. Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work. About The Role Build the most advanced AI Meeting Notes product — and expand it into broader “AI data capture” features that help teams turn conversations into durable context, tasks, and knowledge. Our mission is to 10x the rate of business context & data that enters Notion — optimized for agents — so teams get superhuman memory across workstreams and customers. Notion workspaces that use AI Meeting Notes already enter 6x more data on a daily basis, so we’re well on our way. What You'll Achieve Ship end-to-end product experiences across capture → transcript → summary → follow-ups (full-stack ownership). Make meeting & data capture feel effortless and magical (e.g., speaker identification via audio waveforms, richer in-meeting UX, smarter organization). Improve summary quality that teams trust: structure, factuality, and citations that make downstream agents and humans more capable. Raise the bar on reliability & observability across the pipeline (SLOs, debugging workflows, incident response) for realtime systems. Build agentic meeting workflows that turn discussions into tasks, follow-ups, and organized knowledge — so “w

About the Team The Finance & Supply Chain Engineering organization includes two complementary teams. Software Engineering builds internal full-stack applications, durable agentic workflows, plugins, MCPs, and measurable AI-enabled engineering practices. Data Engineering builds trusted analytics data assets for Finance and Supply Chain. The teams have distinct charters, with important shared dependencies and broad cross team partnerships across Engineering, Applications, Finance, and Supply Chain. About the Role We are looking for a hands-on senior technical leader who will report alongside the Software Engineering and Data Engineering managers. This is an individual-contributor role with no immediate people-management responsibility. The Tech Lead will raise the technical bar across both teams, participate in important cross-team or high-risk design decisions, and directly own and ship high-impact work. The role should improve team judgment and autonomy rather than act as a floating architect or universal approval gate. In this role, you will: Partner with the Software Engineering and Data Engineering managers as a peer technical leader; managers retain accountability for people, staffing, priorities, performance, and delivery commitments. Directly own the architecture, implementation, launch, and operation of one or more high-impact initiatives, remaining accountable for real outcomes rather than advisory output alone. Guide important design decisions that are cross-team, difficult to reverse, or material to security, financial controls, reliability, data quality, or long-term cost of ownership. Establish pragmatic engineering standards across architecture, APIs and data contracts, testing, security, reliability, observability, lineage, data quality, and operational ownership. We are the Experimentation team at Datadog, a startup operating inside one of the fastest-growing companies in software. The team brings together engineers who joined through Datadog’s May 2025 acquisition of Eppo with engineers from across Datadog, and together we are building feature flagging and experimentation into the platform. Both products were recently launched this year, and we are just getting started: we are migrating customers from Eppo onto Datadog while shipping an ambitious roadmap across both flagging and experimentation. Our statistics engineers hold PhDs and are pushing the boundaries of what an experimentation platform can do. Our full-stack engineers move fast, lean on the latest AI tooling, and prototype and ship new features weekly. We talk to customers directly to shape requirements, and our roadmap is driven by our own product vision and sharpened by real customer and sales input. We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the team building the Experimentation App. You will own one to two squads to start, partnering closely with our engineers, statisticians, product managers, and designers to turn a deep roadmap into a shipped product. To conform to US export control regulations, candidates should be eligible for any required authorizations from the US government. What You’ll Do: Lead, mentor, and grow a team of strong full-stack and frontend engineers. Help them grow to the next level and continuously provide them opportunities to develop. Own delivery for the Experimentation App from planning through production, balancing speed with quality in a fast-paced environment. Set technical direction in partnership with your team and our statistics engineers, engaging credibly on architecture and tradeoffs. Partner with Product, Design, and customers directly to shape requirements and turn customer and sales input into roadmap. NVIDIA's accelerated computing platforms move data at speeds that push the limits of what silicon and physics allow. Whether a high-speed interface trains reliably, maintains accurate margins, and survives every platform topology it will ever see is a question we answer ourselves. This role does that work. The Silicon Co-Design Group leads the boundary between what was designed and what was built. When a GPU, CPU, or SoC ships with interfaces that work at scale, this team is the reason. Most engineers debug within a layer. You will own the full stack. When an interface fails to train, the link margin is unexpectedly tight, or a customer reports a critical silicon issue, you trace the problem through protocol behavior, signal integrity, firmware, platform topology, and silicon marginalities. You then confirm that the fix works. Your methodology shapes how NVIDIA validates high-speed interfaces across generations. Your decisions affect yield, production ramp, and field quality. This is not a coordination role. The engineers who do it well hold protocol depth and system breadth simultaneously, never lose the thread across hardware, firmware, and software, and have the judgment to know when to go deeper and when to act. They are rare. Should that describe you, read on. What you'll be doing: Own post-silicon bring-up, characterization, validation, and debug of PCIe, NVLink, C2C, and other HSIO interfaces across NVIDIA GPUs, CPUs, and SoCs from first power-on through production readiness. Close the hardest failures. Drive root cause across protocol behavior, signal integrity, firmware and driver interactions, platform topology, and silicon marginalities and own every fix through to confirmation. Define validation strategy. Set test coverage, debug priorities, margining methodology, and stress criteria f
