Who We Are Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together . We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion. Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work. To be eligible for this role, you need to graduate in December 2026 and be able to start full time by January/February 2027. What You'll Achieve: You'll work with others to plan, shape, and build new product features from start to finish: through conception, research, implementation, and maintenance. For example, you might work on driving adoption, by instrumenting key onboarding moments and iterating on activation flows. You'll help improve performance and reliability, or polish existing features. For example, you might update our spell checker to sync dictionaries across browsers or improve search to index file attachments. You'll build internal tools to support simplicity and productivity for the whole team. This might include writing a script to import user feedback into Notion. Qualifications: Pursuing a bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or another related field. To be eligible for this role, you need to graduate by Dec 2026 and be able to start FTE by January/February 2027. Previous internship experience. Working towards a proficiency of one or more programming languages such as TypeScript, Node.js

About the Team Codex is OpenAI's software engineering agent. Codex Security extends that work into one of the most important product areas in AI: helping organizations find, validate, prioritize, and fix real vulnerabilities in the software they build and depend on. The Codex Cyber team is building the product and platform foundations for AI-native application security. This includes Codex Security product experiences, cloud-based security analysis, platform controls across Codex, customer deployment and support tooling, and infrastructure that helps security researchers and cyber models improve over time. The team is early, small, and growing quickly, with a mandate to move fast and hire exceptional builders. About the Role We are looking for software engineers first: strong full-stack or product-minded generalists who can own ambiguous product and platform problems end to end. Security experience is helpful, and security curiosity is important, but this is not a role for security specialists who only occasionally write code. The right person is an excellent builder who is excited to work in security and can turn complex research, product, and customer needs into reliable systems. You will work across user-facing product surfaces, developer workflows, backend services, security analysis pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and internal tooling. You may build features that make Codex Security more useful for application security teams, systems that scale cloud-based security analysis, platform controls that make agentic coding safer, or infrastructure that helps security researchers and models become more effective. You will collaborate closely with engineering, product, security research, infrastructure, and customer-facing partners as Codex Cyber becomes a major product and platform investment for OpenAI. In this role, you will: Build end-to-end product features for Codex Security, from developer-facing interfaces to APIs, backend services, and workflow tooling. Own a

About the Team The Coding team is reimagining how software is built in the AI era. We build tools and workflows that help software engineers work faster, tackle more ambitious projects, and spend less time on repetitive tasks. AI has already transformed how code is written, but software engineering extends far beyond coding. Our mission is to apply AI across the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC) — from design and implementation to code review, testing, debugging, issue remediation, maintenance, documentation, and user support. The team is also responsible for developer-facing Codex experiences including the Codex IDE Extension and the terminal interface, which are used daily by developers ranging from individual open-source contributors to some of the world’s largest engineering organizations. The team also works closely with the open-source software community, building tools that help maintainers and contributors manage increasingly complex projects. We believe AI can make open-source development more sustainable by reducing the operational burden of reviewing contributions, triaging issues, maintaining quality, and supporting growing communities. By building the future of software development, we're helping advance OpenAI's mission of ensuring that the benefits of AI reach people around the world. About the Role We’re hiring a Full Stack Software Engineer to help invent the next generation of AI-powered software development workflows. “Full stack” in this role means much more than traditional frontend and backend development. You'll own complete product experiences, spanning user interfaces, workflow orchestration, agent and prompt design, backend systems, and cloud infrastructure. This is a highly product-oriented role. You'll work directly on the workflows developers use every day, identifying bottlenecks and rethinking how software gets built in a world where AI agents are active participants in the development process. The features you ship will inf

About the Team The Codex Web Layer team provides the web-based systems and user experiences for Codex across the entire stack, from the Electron-like application framework that powers the application, to the user-facing in-app browser. About the Role In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing infrastructure and features end-to-end for the Codex desktop client application. You will help define what it means to be a hybrid agentic/interactive web browser. The team embodies “full stack” development from the lowest-level OS integration to the highest-level interaction design. This role is based in San Francisco. We use a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week and offer relocation assistance to new employees. In this role you will: Partner closely with product and design to conceive, design, and build features for Codex web browsing features on macOS and Windows. This role will focus mostly on the backend C++ layer and Chromium, but many features cross the full stack including some TypeScript. Partner with the wider Codex team to deliver a high-performance, stable, and secure application platform for client development. This includes API design and implementation (mostly in C++) and the infrastructure that supports deploying it (in Python, TypeScript, and agentic skills). Work with a small, experienced team of engineers on this critical and rapidly growing product. You might thrive in this role if you: Have significant experience building technically complex features end-to-end.
