About Sentry Software runs the world and the pace is faster than ever. Sentry helps developers fix errors and performance issues before users notice, so teams can spend less time firefighting and more time building. Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future. About the Role Sentry already has a startup program: credits, partner deals with YC and a16z, a landing page with a terminal theme that developers actually think is cool. What we don't have is someone whose full-time job is making this program a real growth engine. That's this role. You'll own startup marketing end-to-end: the partner ecosystem, the community presence, the acquisition programs, the brand in rooms full of founders and early engineers. You'll take what exists today and turn it into something that makes Sentry the default monitoring choice for every new company shipping code. This role reports to the Head of Enterprise Marketing (yes, we get how this can be confusing, but she’s pretty cool) and works across Growth, Product Marketing, and DevEx. You'll have real autonomy to shape the strategy and build programs from scratch – but you'll also need to execute quickly, (kind of – we can explain more) measure what works, and kill what doesn't. In this role you will Build and scale startup partnerships. Expand relationships with accelerators, incubators, VC platforms, and startup deal aggregators. Make Sentry's credits program a no-brainer inclusion in every startup perks stack. Own the startup acquisition funnel. Design programs that move early-stage companies from free plan → credits program → paid customers → expansion. Instrument everything so we know where the pipeline is and where it leaks. Be Sentry's face in the startup ecosystem. Show up at demo days, founder events, and SF tech week. Build relationships with the people building the next generation of companies. Not because it's a line item, but because you'

Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future. About the role Developer experience at Sentry spans four areas: the integration and developer platform, docs, community, and DevRel. The DevEx team is responsible for how developers first encounter Sentry, how they learn to use it, and how they build on top of it — from SDK configuration docs to the Discord community to the integrations ecosystem. This role owns all of it. We recently had our Head of DevEx depart, and we're looking for a senior leader to step in with real ownership and real scope. You'll sit in Marketing, partner closely with EPD, and have direct influence over both the product surface (the integration platform) and the team responsible for developer education, docs, and community. In this role you will Own strategy and execution for Sentry's integration ecosystem and developer platform APIs — working closely with EPD to define the developer-facing surface and ensure building on Sentry is a genuinely good experience Lead the documentation function across SDK configuration docs, API reference, and tutorials — the places where developer activation actually happens or doesn't Connect docs to the product experience: logged-in state, contextual guidance, health checks, and surfacing adoption gaps in-context, in partnership with EPD and the Docs platform team Own Sentry's developer community across Discord, social, and events, and build the team and processes that turn engagement into measurable outcomes: signups, adoption, support deflection Build and deliver the content and education programs — workshops, deep dives, fireside chats — that teach developers tracing, debugging, and how to actually use Sentry's full

Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future. About the Role Sentry's Revenue Operations team is built around three pillars — Analytics, GTM Technology, and Deal Desk — and we're hiring a Revenue Operations Manager who will work across all three. This isn't a role where you sit at the end of the sales process waiting for deals to land in your queue. We want someone who is curious about why deals are structured the way they are, who spots inefficiencies before anyone else does, and who sees our CPQ and Salesforce environment as a system to be improved, not just operated. Roughly half your time will be deal desk ownership while the other half is the broader rev ops surface area — process design, systems and tooling, reporting and insights, and the cross-functional projects that keep sales, finance, and marketing running off the same playbook. Across both, your mandate is the same: reduce friction, automate the routine, and make more of the work self-service for reps. This role is an opportunity to grow into a deep operator and systems thinker. If you're someone who thrives on bringing order to chaos, who gets excited about eliminating the manual step that shouldn't exist in the first place, this is the job. In This Role You Will Own Deal Desk - end-to-end processing of deals — including quote creation, discount review, order form generation, and approval routing — with minimal escalation and fast turnaround. Become an expert in our CPQ system and Salesforce integration– not just as a user, but as a critical voice for what should change. Document pain points, propose solutions, and work alongside our GTM Tech team to drive improvements. Help design and implement self-servi

About the team Models are becoming increasingly capable—moving from tools that assist humans to agents that can plan, execute, and adapt in the real world. Mitigating the frontier risks resulting from these capabilities is paramount to OpenAI’s ability to continue deploying models safely. The Preparedness team is dedicated to addressing these critical risks. Our work includes: Measurement. Monitoring and predicting the evolving capabilities of frontier AI systems. Mitigation. Keeping misalignment safeguards, alignment tools, and on track to adequately address extreme threats that might arise in the future. Coordination. Setting mitigation targets by maintaining OpenAI’s preparedness framework , and partnering with other staff to achieve these targets. This is urgent, fast-paced work that has far-reaching implications for the company and for society. About the role Preparedness is hiring strong technical executors to support preparations for accelerated AI development, which may culminate in recursive self-improvement. This work relies on anticipating misalignment risks that might exist in the future, but might not exist now; so it’s especially important that people in this role are tasteful and strategic. The role is wide-ranging, covering any mitigation for loss of control risk, spanning the design and implementation of better pre-deployment risk-assessment , control measures , RSI-relevant training interventions, and turning one’s technical work into established institutional practices and external-facing communications. Below is a subset of our focus areas: Scalable oversight: Establishing practices for model misbehavior monitoring and oversight which remain effective in superhuman model capability regimes, with a focus on bridging from today’s monitoring approaches to future-proof ones. About the Team This team builds and operates the systems that enable OpenAI researchers to run reliable, scalable, and efficient research workflows. The team sits close to research and works across infrastructure, systems, and automation to make sure researchers have the tools and environments they need to move quickly. The work spans software engineering, infrastructure, systems administration, cluster operations, and reliability engineering. As OpenAI’s infrastructure evolves from bespoke bare-metal systems toward more standard, scalable platforms, the team needs engineers who can understand how systems work end-to-end and build the right abstractions without reinventing the wheel. About the Role As a Software Engineer on this team, you will build and operate the infrastructure that supports frontier research and critical research-facing systems. You will work on systems that sit close to the metal, but the role is not limited to classic operations or sysadmin work. We are looking for someone who can reason about networking, bootstrapping, Kubernetes, scalability, automation, and reliability - while also writing software to make these systems better over time. This role is a strong fit for an independent, high-ownership engineer who enjoys reliability-heavy infrastructure work but still wants to build. You do not need to come in as a kernel expert or highly algorithmic optimization engineer, but you should be deeply curious about infrastructure, comfortable debugging complex systems, and excited to support researchers doing novel work. We expect you to: Build and operate reliable infrastructure for research workloads and research-facing services. Support and improve systems across data infrastructure, processing, crawl and ingest, caching, search, observability, and clusterwide services. Improve cluster bootstrapping, provisioning, automation, and deployment workflows. Debug issues across networking, compute, storage, orchestration, and service reliability layers.
