Job Description Summary Topgolf is more than a venue business — we’re a technology-driven sports and entertainment platform. Toptracer, our tracking technology, powers ranges at hundreds of golf courses around the world, and our 100+ venues combine tech-enabled games, a strong food and beverage program, and large-scale event space, all in service of getting more people playing. We’re a large, multi-unit business backed by private equity, with significant growth ahead. Topgolf has invested in strong core financial platforms and infrastructure. The opportunity now is to unlock more of that investment — simplifying how work gets done, integrating our systems more deeply and building an accounting organization that is scalable, technology-enabled and increasingly focused on insight rather than transaction processing. We’re looking for an exceptional accounting leader to help make that happen. The Vice President, Accounting is Topgolf’s senior accounting executive, reporting to the Chief Financial Officer and leading a global organization of over 50 team members across financial reporting and technical accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, venue accounting and international operations, including venues in the UK and Toptracer. This is a role for someone who wants to design and run that organization, not simply operate the close — while continuing to deliver excellent accounting and controls. Enterprise Accounting Leadership Own the design and effectiveness of Topgolf’s accounting operating model — structure, process ownership, service delivery, systems, offshore resources and performance management. Maintain the integrity, accuracy and completeness of financial statements, and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, company policy, statutory requirements and internal controls. Topgolf is more than a venue business — we're a technology-driven, sports and entertainment platform. Toptracer, our tracking technology, powers ranges at hundreds of golf courses around the world, and our 100+ venues combine tech-enabled games, a strong food and beverage program, and large-scale event space, all in service of getting more people playing. We're a large, multi-unit business backed by private equity, with significant growth ahead. This role owns a critical piece of that growth story from the accounting side: safeguarding the integrity of our fixed asset base and inventory accounting across a fast-growing, multi-unit business. The Fixed Asset/Inventory Senior Accountant manages the full lifecycle of fixed assets from acquisition to disposal, oversees depreciation and the fixed asset register, and partners with Operations and Supply Chain on inventory and COGS accounting. It reports to the Supervisor, Fixed Assets and Inventory and works closely with the broader Accounting team, Operations, FP&A, Supply Chain, Retail and Internal/External Audit. This is a strong fit for someone who is detail-oriented and enjoys owning a process end-to-end — someone who can maintain a clean, audit-ready fixed asset register, dig into inventory variances until they're resolved, and look for smarter ways to do the work, including using AI to create efficiencies. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Fixed Asset Accounting & Lifecycle Management Manage the full lifecycle of fixed assets from acquisition to disposal. Prepare and review fixed asset capitalizations, transfers, and disposals. Maintain the fixed asset register, ensuring accuracy and completeness. ABOUT TOPGOLF Topgolf is a sports entertainment company that has changed how millions of people experience golf and where you can build a serious career. Our venues are high-energy, high-volume environments where performance matters and results are visible. Every day, we bring together golf, food and beverages , events, and entertainment into one experience that keeps guests coming back. WHAT WE’RE SEEKING Are you the kind of leader who sees the full business, not just the operation in front of you? Do you think in terms of revenue, margin, talent, and long-term growth? Are you comfortable being accountable for results without waiting to be told what to do? We are looking for a General Manager who operates as an owner. Someone who builds teams, drives performance, and takes full responsibility for the success of the venue. This role is not about maintaining standards. It is about setting them and raising them If you want to run a business, not just manage a shift; this is where you do it. THE ROLE The General Manager is the leader of the entire venue and owns the full business. This includes revenue growth, cost management, talent development, and the overall guest experience across golf, food and beverage, and events. You will set the direction for the business, build the leadership team that runs it, and drive
The Manager, Business Intelligence leads a team of product owners and reporting engineers who build and maintain the reporting our corporate business areas and venues run on. You set the standard for how data is modeled, defined, and delivered in Amazon Quick Suite (Quick Sight) on top of Redshift and Snowflake, and you connect two halves of the team: the product owners who own the relationship with the business and the backlog, and the engineers who build against it. Success is measured less by dashboards shipped and more by decisions improved — how fast a venue GM or a corporate leader gets a reliable answer, and how much they trust it. Team leadership Lead, coach, and develop a team of BI product owners and reporting engineers; own hiring, onboarding, performance, and career growth across two distinct skill tracks. Develop product owners in requirements gathering, backlog management, stakeholder communication, acceptance criteria, and saying no well. Develop reporting engineers in SQL, data modeling, Quick Suite development, and engineering craft. Hold the line between the two: ensure requirements arrive well-defined and that engineers aren't absorbing unscoped work mid-sprint. Run the team's delivery cadence — intake, prioritization, sprint or release planning, and demo/review — balancing executive asks against roadmap commitments and technical debt. Establish and enforce team standards for SQL, data modeling, version control, code review, testing, documentation, and dashboard design consistency. Product management of the reporting portfolio Own the BI product roadmap across corporate functions and venue operations; make the trade-off calls when demand exceeds capacity. Ensure each business area — Finance, Operations, Marketing, F&B, Guest Experience — has a clear product owner relationship and a visible backlog.<
