Within Revenue Operations, Deal Desk partners closely with Sales, Partnerships, Product, Engineering, Legal, Technical Revenue, Finance, Billing, Order Management, and GTM Systems to turn complex commercial opportunities into executable, scalable transactions. About the Role We are hiring a Strategic Deals & Commercial Architecture Lead — Marketplaces & Partnerships to own the commercial architecture, execution, and governance layer for marketplace-enabled and partner-led transactions. You will partner closely with teams that own business development and partner relationships; this role does not own partner sourcing, pipeline generation, or sales closing. You will support the commercial requirements for onboarding and integration without owning technical delivery. Success is measured both by the decisions and deals you enable and by the durable policies, systems, and controls you leave behind. This role is based in San Francisco, CA. We use a hybrid work model of three office days per week and offer relocation assistance. In This Role, You Will Lead the commercial architecture and execution of complex marketplace-enabled and partner-led enterprise transactions from intake through approval, contracting, launch readiness, and operational handoff. About Sentry Software runs the world and the pace is faster than ever. Sentry helps developers fix errors and performance issues before users notice, so teams can spend less time firefighting and more time building. Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future. About the Role Sentry's Revenue Operations team is built around three pillars — Analytics, GTM Technology, and Deal Desk — and we're hiring a Revenue Operations Manager who will work across all three. This isn't a role where you sit at the end of the sales process waiting for deals to land in your queue. We want someone who is curious about why deals are structured the way they are, who spots inefficiencies before anyone else does, and who sees our CPQ and Salesforce environment as a system to be improved, not just operated. Roughly half your time will be deal desk ownership while the other half is the broader rev ops surface area — process design, systems and tooling, reporting and insights, and the cross-functional projects that keep sales, finance, and marketing running off the same playbook. Across both, your mandate is the same: reduce friction, automate the routine, and make more of the work self-service for reps. This role is an opportunity to grow into a deep operator and systems thinker. If you're someone who thrives on bringing order to chaos, who gets excited about eliminating the manual step that shouldn't exist in the first place, this is the job. In This Role You Will Own Deal Desk - end-to-end processing of deals — including quote creation, discount review, order form generation, and approval routing — with minimal escalation and fast turnaround. Become an expert in our CPQ system and Salesforce integration– not just as a user, but as a critical voice for what should change. Document pain points, propose solutions, and work alongside our GTM Tech team to drive improvements. Help design and implement self-servi

About the Team Enterprise Verticals builds role-specific ChatGPT Work experiences for high-value enterprise workflows. We combine product engineering, plugins and skills, connectors, data, evaluations, and customer evidence to turn useful demos into reliable daily work. This opening sits within the Technology vertical inside Enterprise Verticals. The group focuses on repeatable workflows for people at technology companies, beginning with functions such as data and analytics, sales, and design, and carries the shared platform needs—tool integration, permissions, quality measurement, and safe rollout—across those experiences. We work closely with Design, Research, GTM, Security, and platform teams, as well as with customers and design partners. Success means that people can reach a trustworthy first result, understand what the system did, and keep using the workflow—not merely that a prototype exists. About the Role We are looking for an exceptionally experienced, hands-on full-stack engineer to define and build the next generation of AI-powered enterprise workflows. You will take on the hardest and most ambiguous problems in the Technology vertical: translating real customer needs into product direction, designing the systems behind the experience, and personally writing and shipping production-quality code across the stack. You will own the technical direction and end-to-end delivery of products spanning ChatGPT Work surfaces, backend services, plugins, connectors, enterprise data, permissions, and evaluations. You will make foundational architecture and product tradeoffs; establish patterns other engineers can build on; and hold these experiences to a high bar for reliability, security, observability, and customer value. This is an individual-contributor role for an engineer who leads through technical judgment, direct execution, and influence—not people management. You should be equally comfortable working directly with customers, setting direction with senior cro

You will build across ChatGPT Work surfaces, services, plugins, connectors, and data or permission boundaries when the experience requires it. You will make quality and rollout observable through evaluations, product and operational signals, and clear fallback or rollback paths. About the team Special Situations at OpenAI is the company’s commercial engine for its most complex and consequential opportunities. The team operates where new verticals, partnership models, and customer motions must be invented, before a repeatable GTM or delivery playbook exists, by bringing together product, research, engineering, and GTM leaders around a single outcome.
