About the Team OpenAI’s Finance and Revenue Operations organization builds the commercial infrastructure that enables the business to scale with speed, discipline, and financial integrity. Within Revenue Operations, Deal Desk partners closely with Sales, Partnerships, Product, Engineering, Legal, Technical Revenue, Finance, Billing, Order Management, and GTM Systems to turn complex commercial opportunities into executable, scalable transactions. About the Role We are hiring a Strategic Deals & Commercial Architecture Lead — Marketplaces & Partnerships to own the commercial architecture, execution, and governance layer for marketplace-enabled and partner-led transactions. This senior individual-contributor role is for someone who combines enterprise deal judgment, marketplace fluency, analytical rigor, and a builder mindset. You will take shaped opportunities from intake through approval and launch readiness, translating first-of-kind structures into clear economics, executable terms, quote-to-cash requirements, controls, and operating mechanisms. You will partner closely with teams that own business development and partner relationships; this role does not own partner sourcing, pipeline generation, or sales closing. You will support the commercial requirements for onboarding and integration without owning technical delivery. Success is measured both by the decisions and deals you enable and by the durable policies, systems, and controls you leave behind. This role is based in San Francisco, CA. We use a hybrid work model of three office days per week and offer relocation assistance. In This Role, You Will Lead the commercial architecture and execution of complex marketplace-enabled and partner-led enterprise transactions from intake through approval, contracting, launch readiness, and operational handoff. Structure private offers, pricing, fees, incentives, commitments, revenue share, credits, renewals, amendments, and other non-standard or multi-party terms

About Ramp Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books. The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving. We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome. The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same. If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it. About the Role Ramp is in a critical phase of growth. We grew immensely last year and are building out a talented business systems team to ensure we maintain this trajectory for years to come. You’ll work directly with our Sales, Account Management, Partnerships, and Product teams to execute mission-critical business systems projects across the organization. This is a key role where you will be uniquely positioned to impact the full picture of Ramp’s growth efforts through systems development. What You’ll Do Work alongside Sales Operations to administer key go-to-market business systems, including Salesforce, Outreach, Qualified, Zendesk, Hubspot, Looker, Gong.io Build and deploy automation (flows), validations, and applications in Salesforce Implement new systems and integrations as needed Analyze key business requirements and systems capabilities to write specifications for systems build and run end to end implementation Create key reports and dashboards to track systems performance and data accuracy Write and maintain clear documentation on syste

ABOUT BASETEN Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F , led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to to ship AI products. PRODUCT AT BASETEN Product at Baseten is a nascent function. Our company today has a strong engineering culture, is heavily customer-obsessed, and moves fast. We're building the product function now, and you'd be one of the people who defines it. You'll work directly with our founders and with some of the best systems and infrastructure engineers in the world, and you'll set the standard for what product looks like here. You earn trust by being technical, finding the truth in front of customers, building great cross-functional relationships, and shipping great product experiences. THE ROLE The largest, most demanding Enterprises are starting to run on Baseten and they come with a range of security, compliance, and procurement requirements. Today that readiness is assembled deal-by-deal. You'll own the enterprise-readiness surface end to end and turn it into product: the deployment options customers can choose and buy, compliance posture they can trust, access and security controls their IT teams require, and the billing and spend controls their finance teams expect. What does a complete Baseten Enterprise Product offering look like? RESPONSIBILITIES Drive the Enterprise Readiness customer experience end to end: Partner with GTM and Enterprise Engineering to make "enterprise-ready" a platform-wide capability, not a deal-by-deal scramble. Outcome: readiness becomes a supported, priced product instead of bespoke work asse

Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to to ship AI products. THE ROLE Baseten's GTM org is in hyper growth. As it grows and matures, the needs of the GTM stack get more sophisticated with scale — and this team exists to stay ahead of those needs. Our GTM Engineering team plays a critical role in building and maintaining the connective tissue across Baseten’s GTM tools, processes, and user experience for the field. The GTM tooling landscape is changing fast, and the teams that win are the ones that adapt and iterate the fastest. This role exists to make sure Baseten is one of them. You'll design, build, and ship AI-powered workflows that scale our GTM functions as a competitive advantage. We want someone who can walk in, audit what we have, identify what we're missing, and start shipping fast. You know when to reach for Clay and when to build something custom in Claude Code. You think two to three steps ahead about how the thing you build today fits into the broader systems architecture tomorrow. And you bring a point of view — on our stack, on what we should be building, and on where AI can do something low-code tooling simply can't. RESPONSIBILITIES Ship AI-powered workflows for the field — build the agents and automations that give reps and managers real leverage, off-loading the manual and repetitive work. Reach for AI where it does something low-code can't. Get insights in front of reps — turn Salesforce, warehouse, and usage data into the dashboards, scores, and alerts reps

About the Team GTM Growth Engineering builds AI-native products that help OpenAI's go-to-market and B2B marketing organizations scale with greater speed, intelligence, and operational effectiveness. We apply OpenAI models to real business workflows and build the systems that make those applications useful and dependable: customer context, agent behavior, feedback, evaluation, experimentation, and appropriate human oversight. Our work brings together software engineering, applied AI, product, data, and GTM operations. We measure success through the quality of customer engagement, pipeline, conversion, and the effectiveness of our sales and marketing teams. You will partner with Engineering, Product, Data Science, Sales, and B2B Marketing to turn real-world signals into safer, more effective agent behavior and measurable improvements in customer engagement, conversion, qualified pipeline, and team productivity. In this role, you will: Own the production improvement loop across agent behavior, customer and operator feedback, evaluation, experimentation, and verified business outcomes. Instrument agent workflows so model interactions, tool use, decisions, failures, human edits, and downstream outcomes can be understood in context. Define meaningful quality standards, representative evaluation datasets, regression coverage, and production monitoring for real GTM workflows. Investigate why a
