THE ROLE The Assistant General Manager supports the General Manager in leading the entire venue of operation. This role oversees department managers across all business functions, guest experience, food and beverage, golf services, facilities, and events — ensuring every part of the operation runs at a high standard. The AGM owns day-to-day execution, holds leaders accountable, and steps in as the acting of GM when needed. This role operates with autonomy, sets the tone for the team, and is a key driver of venue performance. As a leader of a high-energy, guest-facing venue, this role requires a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with availability to work extended hours during peak periods, special events, and high-volume seasons.

This role sits at the intersection of game development, real-world sports, connected venues, and large-scale entertainment technology. You will build and ship Unity-based games and experiences that run in Topgolf bays, using ball-tracking data, venue systems, real-time scoring, and engaging game mechanics to create fun, social, competitive gameplay. You will work closely with game designers, artists, UX/UI designers, QA, product owners, and platform engineers to deliver high-quality games from prototype through national rollout, with guidance from senior engineers on more complex technical decisions.
