Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including: Associate, and Experienced level Composite Technical Analyst. CMS is a research and development organization within the Engineering & Technology Innovation (E&TI) division focused on technology development of composite fabrication techniques and next generation material systems. The team matures technology through testing, analysis, and demonstration for the intent of transitioning to existing or future Boeing platforms. In our state-of-the-art composite fabrication labs, our engineers and technical analysts lead and execute a variety of composite materials & fabrication development projects, transforming ideas into reality. Assembly Mechanic Company: Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for Assembly Mechanics to support MQ-25 in Mascoutah, IL. The primary responsibility of this role is to assemble, install, and test structural components and systems according to engineering specifications and industry standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural assembly, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Position Responsibilities: Individual job duties may include, but are not limited to: Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications to understand assembly requirements for structural components. Assemble structural components, including beams, frames, panels, brackets, and other structural elements, using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments. Assemble precision assemblies, set up and operate ream fixtures to drill, ream, countersink, spot face, hone and bore for mating major assemblies. Install press fit bushings and force fit bushings. File, fit, hone, ream, drill, tap, saw, burr and adjust. Assemble a variety of production aircraft and spacecraft parts and install aircraft equipment, support equipment or power plant equipment. Install structural components into production aircraft ensuring proper alignment and connection. Test assembled structural systems to ensure functionality, safety, and compliance with quality standards. Job Details: Job Description: In this role, you will lead cross-functional collaboration to advance circuit simulation and modeling capabilities for advanced foundry technologies. Your responsibilities will include: Vendor collaboration: Partnering with EDA vendors to enhance and validate industry-standard simulation tools and design flows. Technology alignment: Working closely with technology leaders, VLSI physical design teams, and PDK teams to ensure simulation and modeling capabilities are aligned with roadmap needs. PDK readiness: Driving readiness of high quality simulation and modeling solutions so they are available in time for PDK delivery. Qualifications: You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or computer engineering or related engineering discipline with 12+ years or master’s degree in electrical engineering or a related discipline and at least 10 years of industry experience in the semiconductor field; or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline with a minimum of 8 years of industry experience in the semiconductor field. 5+ years supporting circuit simulation tools and working with circuit simulation vendors to develop solutions. 5+ years collaborating with EDA vendors on optimizing circuit simulation and modeling for advanced technology nodes. 3+ years of hands-on experience with BSIM or other compact models for transistor modeling at advanced nodes (e.g., FinFET, GAA).</
