You will partner closely with Engineering, Product, Sales, Growth, and Revenue Operations while building a team of technical operators and builders who can turn ambitious ideas into dependable systems. We welcome varied backgrounds—from marketing operations leaders who have expanded the function’s traditional boundaries to founders and builders of AI-native products, growth infrastructure, or internal platforms. What matters most is a deep understanding of marketing, strong technical instincts, and the ambition to imagine a fundamentally better way of working. About Us: AI needs a new infrastructure layer. We're building it at Modal. Every era of computing brought new workloads that previous infrastructure couldn't support: mainframes, databases, and the cloud. Each time, the company that rebuilt the layer underneath defined the decade. AI is no different, except it touches everything instead of one slice, and the window to build the layer underneath it is open right now. Our customers include category-defining companies like Lovable , Ramp , Cognition, DoorDash, and Suno. They rely on Modal for instant GPU access, sub-second container starts, and native storage, so it's simple to serve low-latency inference, fine-tune models, and access production-ready sandboxes at scale. We recently raised a $355M Series C at a $4.65B valuation, led by General Catalyst and Redpoint Ventures. We've crossed $300M+ ARR and grown fivefold since September. Our team includes creators of popular open-source projects (e.g., Seaborn , Luig i ), academic researchers, international olympiad medalists, and experienced engineering and product leaders with decades of experience. The Role: Modal builds the infrastructure that lets engineers run AI workloads without the usual pain. To do this well, we need exceptional people – and that’s where you come in. As the first dedicated GTM recruiter on our Talent team, you’ll own sales, GTM, and other G&A searches end-to-end. You’ll work closely with our Head of Talent, founders, and GTM leads to shape how we hire and help bring in the people who will define what Modal becomes. What you’ll do: Drive full-cycle recruiting for key hires across GTM and G&A functions (sourcing, pitching, guiding interviews, and closing candidates) Partner with GTM leaders to understand the real work and calibrate on what great looks like Help set our hiring bar and how we evaluate talent Execute creative top-of-funnel strategies that resonate with a strong community of experienced GTM talent Deliver a fast, respectful, h
About Supabase Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth. About the Role Supabase's Partnerships function is scaling fast - spanning Technology Partners, Solution Partners, Startups, and Cloud Partnerships. We're looking for a Partner Operations & Systems Lead to own the operational and technical backbone that lets this team move quickly and make decisions with good data. This is a senior, hands-on role. You'll design the systems, processes, and reporting that the whole partnerships org runs on - and, increasingly, you'll build the internal tools yourself. Supabase is investing heavily in AI-assisted development to move faster than a traditional ops build cycle allows, and this role is expected to be a leading example of that inside Partnerships. You'll report directly to the Head of Partnerships and sit alongside our regional and functional leads as a peer, with the mandate to build and enforce operational rigor across all teams. Beyond the infrastructure, we want someone who helps shape where Partnerships places its bets - not just the system that reports on them. What You'll Own Systems & Data Infrastructure Own the partner tech stack end-to-end - CRM partner objects, attribution tooling, and partner-facing portals. Design and maintain partner attribution models and the dashboards leadership uses to evaluate performance. Ensure data hygiene and consistency across partner records, deals, and touchpoints spanning all sub-functions. We're looking for a Head of Enterprise & Field Marketing to lead and scale our global field marketing organization, own account-based marketing for our largest and most strategic accounts, drive alliances and partner marketing in service of enterprise growth and regional strength; and oversee our strategic events strategy and programs. This is a senior leadership role responsible for the strategy, team, and execution to drive high-quality pipeline and conversion for Diligent’s AI-powered GRC platform in all regions, and design programs that turns enterprise pipeline into revenue through a full-funnel approach, including integrated regional campaigns; 1:1/1:few ABM for named global accounts; bespoke strategic events that offer cut-through experiences for prospects and customers; and leveraging co-marketing of alliances and partnerships for net-new pipeline and brand expansion. You would be joining Diligent at an exciting moment in the company’s history, as they unleash their new AI-powered GRC platform to help General Counsels, Chief Compliance Officers, Audit and Risk Leaders. This is the result of nearly three years of intense development of agentic workflows inside the Diligent platform, as well as MCP/plug-in access to Diligent offerings - providing a robust, differentiated experience for clients who need solutions that accelerate and action critical business objectives, not just static reporting. Working closely with Sales and the broader GTM organization, you will lead an established, multi-region field marketing team and be responsible for evolving it from regional execution into a more specialized, account-centric growth engine — tightly aligned with enterprise sales leadership, customer success, global events, and partner teams. You'll own the budget, the roadmap, and the relationship with sales as the primary marketing partner for our highest-value opportunities. You w
