The Role We are hiring a Head of Field and Events to own how Coder wins in person. This is one of three pillars in our marketing strategy, where brand, narrative, and pipeline meet the customer face to face. This is a player-coach role. You will set the strategy for our field and events program and run it with your own hands. You will pick the events that matter, design the experiences around them, and make sure every dollar and every hour on the ground turns into pipeline. Early on you will do much of the execution yourself. As the program proves out, you will build and lead the team behind it. You will report to the CMO and work shoulder to shoulder with sales, demand generation, product marketing, and partnerships. If you like owning a number, being close to customers, and turning a room into revenue, this is your seat. What You Will Own Strategy and planning. Set the field and events strategy tied to pipeline and revenue targets, and own the calendar across conferences, regional programs, and owned events. Third-party events. Choose the right conferences and trade shows, negotiate sponsorships, design the booth and on-site experience, and run flawless execution from load-in to follow-up. Owned events. Build and run Coder's own moments: executive dinners, roadshows, user groups, hackathons, and hands-on workshops that put the product in front of the right people. Field marketing. Design regional field programs with sales that generate and accelerate pipeline in priority markets and named accounts. Pipeline and ROI. Own the number for events-sourced and events-influenced pipeline. Set targets, track spend, and report ROI in a way the whole company can see. Lead flow. Build the lead capture and follow-up motion so no lead falls through. Partner with demand gen and sales ops on routing, qualification, and speed to first touch. Message on the ground. Work with product marketing to make sure the story on stage, at the booth, and in the room is sharp and consistent wit
What we're building Mutiny is the self-improving AI infrastructure for GTM teams to execute faster and close more revenue. Our ambition is to do for revenue velocity what Cursor and Claude Code did for engineering velocity. With Mutiny, everyone in sales and marketing gets a bench of GTM athletes that handle any work across their revenue motion and learn from what's actually moved their deals. In April we re-launched the product as an agent-first platform. Anthropic showcased us as a leader in AI GTM. MRR is growing more than 70% month-over-month, with customers like Uber, Rippling, and Snowflake. We're backed by Sequoia, YC, and Insight, and we're building a generational company. The opportunity We're looking for a Head of GTM to bring Mutiny to millions of users. You'll sit shoulder-to-shoulder with the founders, own revenue end-to-end from first touch to retention, and help shape the decisions that define the company’s brand and culture. You’ll be building the AI infrastructure layer that reshapes how every GTM team operates. This role is in person in New York City, five days a week. What you'll own Revenue. You'll own pricing, evaluation, and expansion strategy to help us close deals and drive customer adoption. Depending on your skills and interest, these functions could fully report to you or you can own the strategy and ops portions. The team. Hire the best GTM people in the world and build a culture of winners. The story. You'll shape how the market understands category-defining AI products for GTM. Who you are A nose for distribution. As our AI strategist lead, you'll own Mutiny's managed account book and lead the technical solutions function that backs up our most complex customers. The teams running Mutiny (Rippling, Uber, Snowflake, Zendesk, and Gusto) are betting hard on AI, and they need post-sales partners who move their roadmap forward, not just their renewal date. At Vanta, our mission is to help businesses earn and prove trust. We believe that security should be monitored and verified continuously, and we empower companies to practice better security and prove it with ease. Vanta has a kind and talented team, and while some have prior security experience, many have been successful at Vanta without it. As Vanta's Internal Communications Director, you'll help set the internal beat of the company making sure every team member understands the messages that matter, while also defining how we communicate with each other as we scale The People team builds the systems, culture, and experience that let Vanta'ns do their best work as we grow quickly across the globe. Internal comms sits at the heart of that mission: making sure every Vanta'n understands our strategy, our story, and what's expected of them, no matter how fast we're moving. Reporting to the Head of People, this is a build-from-scratch mandate. You'll define the strategy, the infrastructure, and the cadence for how Vanta communicates. You'll have room to bring your own voice and instincts into how we do it, from the words we choose for a key company moment to how an all-hands actually feels in the room. About Ramp Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books. The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving. We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
