ABOUT BASETEN Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F , led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products. THE ROLE Baseten's Compute org is in hyper growth. As it scales, the systems and workflows that keep supply and demand balanced across our GPU fleet need to get more sophisticated, and this role exists to make sure they do. Compute sits at the center of how Baseten allocates, forecasts, and manages the capacity that powers every customer inference request. The team that supports this work, C3, runs on a mix of internal tooling, manual processes, and systems that haven't fully kept pace with the scale of the problem. This role exists to close that gap. You'll design, build, and ship AI-powered workflows that give the Compute and C3 teams real leverage, automating the manual, repetitive, and error-prone parts of the capacity lifecycle so the team can focus on judgment calls that actually need a human. We want someone who can walk in, audit what exists today, identify what's missing or broken, and start shipping fast. You know when to reach for an existing internal tool and when to build something custom in Claude Code. You think two to three steps ahead about how the thing you build today fits into the broader capacity systems architecture tomorrow. And you bring a point of view on our stack, on what we should be building, and on where AI can do something existing tooling simply can't. RESPONSIBILITIES Ship AI-powered workflows for Compute and C3 : build the agents and automations that give capacity analysts, ops leads, an

Our team guides and supports the company through some of its most nuanced and high-impact people challenges. We operate with deep context and care, balancing trust, judgment, and creativity in every situation. We don’t default to predefined frameworks. Instead, we take a principled yet flexible approach, designing thoughtful, tailored solutions that reflect our values, the needs of our employees, and the unique pace of OpenAI. This role is based in San Francisco, CA. We use a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week and offer relocation assistance to new employees. About the Role We’re looking for a Senior Employee Relations Partner to focus on the non-investigative side of ER work, supporting high-trust, high-impact people matters. This includes conflict resolution, high-risk performance management, sensitive employee exits, and navigating workplace dynamics that require thoughtful, strategic support even when they don’t involve formal investigations. This role will report to the senior manager of the team. We're looking for someone who brings creativity, flexibility, and a deeply human-centered approach to solving people challenges. You’re energized by complexity and nuance, and instinctively seek out tailored, thoughtful solutions rather than one-size-fits-all answers. This role is a fit for someone who adapts quickly, th
About the Team OpenAI’s People team hires, engages, and retains world-class talent to safely build and deploy AGI that benefits all of humanity. The People Analytics team helps leaders make rigorous, evidence-based talent decisions and ensures that the systems supporting those decisions are valid, reliable, fair, and accountable. About the Role As a People Data Scientist focused on AI fairness and bias testing, you will help establish how OpenAI evaluates AI-assisted People systems and high-impact talent processes. You will design and conduct rigorous assessments to identify, measure, and mitigate potential bias across the lifecycle of models, agents, decision-support tools, and automated workflows. Your work will span the entire employee life-cycle, such as hiring, performance, promotion, employee development, workforce planning, etc. You will evaluate both technical systems and the broader human-AI decision processes in which they operate, examining not only model performance but also data quality, measurement validity, differential outcomes, human oversight, and unintended consequences. We’re looking for an experienced data scientist or applied researcher who can translate complex fairness questions into defensible evaluation strategies, scalable testing infrastructure, and clear recommendations for technical teams and senior leaders. This role is preferred to be based in San Francisco, CA. In this role, you will: Define and lead fairness and bias-testing strategies for AI-assisted People processes, models, agents, and decision-support systems from development through deployment and ongoing monitoring. Design rigorous algorithmic audits and validation studies, including adverse-impact analysis, subgroup and intersectional evaluation, error-rate analysis, calibration, measurement invariance, reliability, criterion-related validity, and sensitivity testing. Identify the appropriate fairness criteria for each use case, evaluate tradeoffs among competing definitions
About the Team At OpenAI, our Trust, Safety & Risk Operations teams safeguard our products, users, and the company from abuse, fraud, scams, regulatory non-compliance, and other emerging risks. We operate at the intersection of operations, compliance, user trust, and safety working closely with Legal, Policy, Engineering, Product, Go-To-Market, and external partners to ensure our platforms are safe, compliant, and trusted by a diverse, global user base. The Global Safety Response Operations team provides 24/7 coverage for user safety, risk, and regulatory escalations across OpenAI’s products, handling the highest-priority cases that require human judgment and rapid response. The team operates as the core escalation and delivery arm of OpenAI’s safety operations, ensuring that our products remain safe and aligned with policy while enabling timely, empathetic, and consistent user support. About the Role The Global Safety Response Operations Lead is a hands-on team lead who both manages a regional Safety Response team and personally handles high-risk safety cases. This role combines frontline safety work with people leadership, operational ownership, and cross-functional coordination. You will lead a team of Safety Response Analysts who handle OpenAI’s most sensitive and high-impact cases, while also personally contributing to casework for complex, high-risk, or high-visibility issues. Who are we? Cohere is the leading security-first enterprise AI company. We build cutting-edge foundation AI models and end-to-end products that are designed to solve real-world business problems. We’re training and deploying frontier models for enterprises who are building AI systems. We believe that our work is instrumental to the widespread adoption of AI and we are looking for folks that want to be part of that. We obsess over what we build. Each one of us is responsible for contributing to increasing the capabilities of our models and the value they drive for our customers. Cohere is a team of researchers, engineers, designers, and more, who are all passionate about their craft. We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us! Why this role? Why this role? We're hiring a People Systems and Automation Manager to own how our People processes actually run, and to automate them. Cohere is scaling fast. Our processes were built for a much smaller company and too many of them still depend on someone remembering to do something. That does not hold at the size we're heading toward. A useful lens; this role sees us scale through systems and leverage, not human effort. This is a hands-on building role. You will redesign processes, build the workflows that execute them across Rippling, Slack, Notion and the rest of our stack, and own offboarding and our employee support model outright. You cannot automate a process well without running one, so you will do both. You will own the outcome, not just the design. You'll join a small HR Operations team during our Rippling implementation, which means greenfield opportunity and real influence over how this function works for the next few years. What you'll do Design the process, then automate it Map how our People processes actually work today, not how they're supposed to Redesign them before automating, so we don't lock
About the team The OpenAI for Government team is a mission-driven group bringing frontier AI to the U.S. Intelligence Community (IC) and broader national security enterprise. We partner with intelligence professionals to deploy secure, compliant AI capabilities—including ChatGPT Enterprise, ChatGPT Gov, and the OpenAI API—in mission-aligned environments that meet rigorous security, privacy, reliability, and responsible-AI requirements. As part of the OpenAI for Government team, you will work across IC elements and mission partners—including ODNI, CIA, NSA, DIA, NGA, NRO, and other federal intelligence organizations—to help analysts, collectors, operators, and technical teams apply frontier AI to their highest-priority missions. We accelerate adoption through hands-on support, mission-specific workflows, tailored enablement, and measurable operational outcomes while preserving human judgment, analytic integrity, and protection of sensitive information. About the Role The Strategic Delivery Lead (SDL) for the Intelligence Community will identify, shape, and deliver OpenAI’s highest-impact deployments for U.S. intelligence organizations. You will help IC customers translate mission priorities—including all-source analysis, intelligence production, collection management, open-source and geospatial exploitation, cyber threat analysis, knowledge discovery, and analyst productivity—into secure, technically feasible AI deployments built on the OpenAI API and enterprise products. The role is highly cross-functional and customer-facing: you will partner with Research, Engineering, Go-to-Market, Security, Legal, Privacy, and government mission, acquisition, and technical stakeholders to align on scope, remove delivery obstacles, and communicate progress from working teams to agency leadership. At Vanta, our mission is to help businesses earn and prove trust. We believe that security should be monitored and verified continuously, and we empower companies to practice better security and prove it with ease. Vanta has a kind and talented team, and while some have prior security experience, many have been successful at Vanta without it. You will own the data Vanta's EPD organization actually runs on — bringing new signal sources online, standardizing them at the point of ingestion, and building the systems that make the underlying data trustworthy rather than merely stored. The EPD Systems team is building the infrastructure Vanta's engineering, product, and design organization depends on to understand itself. Not by asking teams to be more diligent but by going to the source, processing it, standardizing it, and pushing value back out so each source of truth earns its own adoption. What you’ll do as a Operations Manager, Signal Systems at Vanta: Bring new signal sources online end to end — from discovery and scoping through ingestion, standardization, and live operation Identify the specific failure modes in each information source and build systems that mitigate them at the point of ingestion Go to the teams that produce and consume a signal, understand what the information actually means and what they need back from it, and build accordingly Replace human-diligence dependencies with engineering solutions: derive fields, pull from source systems, validate at write time Build alongside teammates who are growing into building — raise their technical ceiling, not just your own output Partner with the inference and systems layers to ensure what you produce is queryable, trustworthy, and ready to build on How to be successful in this role: You look at a data source and see its failure modes before its contents: where it lies, where it goes stale, where it's duplicated, where the schema won't hold at 10x Your first move on an adherence problem is an engineering an

About Ramp Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books. The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving. We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome. The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same. If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it. About the Role Ramp wins when our customers win. Ramp’s customer base is scaling rapidly, spanning more businesses, more users, and more use cases across increasingly complex finance operations. At the same time, our expanding product surface area — from cards and expense management to bill payments, procurement, vendor management, accounting automation, and emerging products — is creating more nuanced customer needs and more cross-functional support moments. AI is changing what is possible in parallel: giving CX new ways to route, resolve, and guide customers, while raising the bar for where human judgment, specialization, and consultative support matter most. We are hiring a Director to lead a critical part of our omni-channel Customer Experience organization: the teams and leaders serving customers across Phone, Email, and Chat. You will lead within a 24/7 customer operation, ensuring the right coverage, leadership, and customer experience across channels. This role is accountable for the performance of its channel portfolio, helping customers ge
About the Team OpenAI’s mission is to ensure that artificial general intelligence (AGI) benefits all of humanity. Achieving this goal requires more than cutting-edge research—it demands deep, ongoing engagement with the policymakers, communities, and institutions shaping the future of AI. Our approach is grounded in shared stewardship: we collaborate with communities, educators, stakeholders and frontline organizations to co-create AI tools and practices that reflect real needs and expand opportunity. The Global Affairs team leads this engagement. We cultivate authentic, collaborative relationships to ensure that diverse perspectives inform our work. We work shoulder-to-shoulder with communities — meeting people where they are, listening first, and building solutions together. Through sustained collaboration and shared learning, we co-create pilots, tools, and local programs that reflect real needs; we then partner with public officials and peer organizations to help bring those community-shaped ideas to broader practice. In close partnership with our research, product, and policy colleagues, the U.S. Policy and Partnerships team leads our Global Affairs engagement in the U.S. at the federal, state, and local levels, working across regions to anticipate emerging issues, craft forward-looking strategies, and champion policies that align technological progress with human values. Our mission is to help shape the global conversation on AI and ensure that the benefits of this transformative technology reach people everywhere. About the Role As Engagement and Outreach Lead, you will help lead OpenAI’s efforts to build trusted, long-term relationships with third-party organizations, civic and community leaders, and mission-aligned networks that help ensure AI benefits everyone. This role blends strategic partnership and policy development with visible public engagement and coalition-building. You’ll represent OpenAI across education, workforce, technology policy, civic, an

About the role Most people think AI is coming for their job. We think it's coming for the boring parts of it. We’re not looking for a social media manager. We’re looking for a Social Media Lead — someone who’s plugged into the conversation at a level that goes beyond posting. Someone who understands that the debate happening right now around AI and human creativity is one of the most consequential of our time, and who wants to be an active voice in shaping it. Less Gordon Ramsay, more Anthony Bourdain. You'd own how Synthesia shows up across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Not just posting. Thinking. Helping figure out what a leading AI company should sound like in culture, and then making it happen. You'll work within brand foundations built by people who've shaped some of the most iconic companies in the world. But social is its own language and we know that. You'll have a real say in how the voice evolves. The team You'll report into the Head of Social Media and work alongside a team of six, including videographers, editors, and creators who produce exceptional content in-house across every format and channel. We are looking for a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to join the Customer Solutions team. You will be the technical authority embedded with our most complex customers, guiding them through deployment, architecture, onboarding, and the adoption of agentic development workflows. You are equally comfortable doing deep technical work with a customer and stepping back to design the repeatable pattern behind it. You are energized by ambiguity, motivated by customer outcomes, and capable of influencing organizational change alongside the technical work. This position is required to sit in the Eastern Time Zone. What You'll Do Serve as the primary technical authority for post-sales customers, guiding deployment architecture, environment design, and adoption of Coder across both human and AI development workflows Own onboarding engagements end to end, ensuring customers move from contract to productive adoption with speed and confidence Lead Get Well engagements where architecture decisions, rollout patterns, or organizational dynamics are limiting customer health or growth Help customers implement the technical and organizational changes required to adopt agentic development practices at scale Design and document repeatable delivery patterns across onboarding, architecture, and adoption that can scale across customer segments Design and recommend reference architectures tailored to each customer's cloud environment, security posture, and organizational constraints Translate customer environment complexity into clear guidance on networking, ingress, identity, and infrastructure patterns Anticipate technical and operational risks, escalate to the right

Launching a new motion still requires manual targeting, weeks of enablement, seller coordination, and messy measurement. Learnings live in people's heads. When something works — or stops working — the playbook doesn't change fast enough. Ramp is building the AI platform that GTM runs on — a ground-up application layer where agents handle execution, playbooks encode institutional knowledge, and every interaction feeds a learning loop that makes the system smarter each cycle. We're operating at the frontier of what agents can do in a real enterprise context, and the problems are unsolved: reliable background execution at scale, human-agent collaboration that earns trust, and feedback loops that turn raw GTM signal into a compounding organizational advantage. As a PM for Revenue, you'll own the data and execution layer that makes the GTM platform work: the scoring and routing systems that get the right accounts to the right people, the data infrastructure and acquisitions
