As a Staff Application Security Engineer at Datadog, you'll set technical direction for how we approach application security at scale. You'll define the frameworks, methodologies, and architectural patterns that engineering teams across Datadog adopt and apply independently. You're the person others come to when they don't know how to make something secure, and you reliably have an answer. You'll be a point of contact for our most complex security programs, often spanning multiple teams and multiple quarters. The role requires both depth (going very deep on specific problems when needed) and breadth (recognizing patterns across systems and drawing connections that others miss). Partnering closely with teams inside and outside the security org is key to success. You'll help shape the AppSec roadmap and make the case for where investment should go. We use our own platform. Logs, Dashboards, Service Catalog, and APM aren't just things we sell: they're tools the AppSec team uses to build security services, measure adoption of secure defaults, and communicate risk across the organization. AI is also part of the picture. Engineering at Datadog increasingly uses agentic tooling throughout the development lifecycle, and many of the products we ship to customers now include AI-powered features. Both create new attack surfaces, and defining our strategy for addressing them is part of this role. If using Datadog to observe Datadog's own security posture, building impactful tooling, and shaping how we secure AI-powered systems sounds like the right kind of problem, this role is worth a close look. What You’ll Do: Define and drive security standards and secure-by-default solutions, serving as the Application Security subject matter expert. Build security tooling and automation that scales security practices across engineering teams, and implement robust security observability to support our threat detection team with meaningful, actionable security signals. We're building the platform that lets long-running autonomous agents operate safely inside NVIDIA's enterprise. These are not assistants on a developer's laptop. They are fleets of agents deployed in the cloud, running continuously at scale on shared accelerated compute. They take on real work across enterprise systems, so people get far more done than they could before. This role defines the constructs that agents are built from: the blueprints they start from, the tools, skills, and plugins that power them against enterprise data, the runtime safety harness that keeps them in bounds, and the connections into credential management, sandbox, memory, and observability. The team designs and ships these building blocks so that agent developers across the company can stand up a new agent, wire it in, and run it for days or weeks. Security and safe execution come out of the box, not something each team has to get right on its own. Today an agent runs inside a single harness. Claude, Codex, and open-source agent harnesses each work differently underneath, with their own execution model, tool interface, and telemetry shape. The platform smooths over those differences, so a single skill, safety policy, or trace works the same no matter which harness is running. We want to enable agents that act on a person's behalf, governed and secure, continuously evaluated and self-improving. These agents coordinate and hand work off to each other, with identity and policy following every hop. They route and tune themselves across harnesses from live eval signals, and get better from their own production telemetry instead of waiting on a human to retrain them. Have you run agents on a harness like Claude or Codex and hit the walls that show up when they run for real, for days, against live systems — and wanted them to learn from it on their own? We're building the platform that solves those problems once, for every team. What you'll b

Sapience AI is the collective intelligence platform for professional communities. We sit above the CRMs, AMS platforms, and knowledge bases that organizations already run, and we turn the expertise scattered across them into something every member can search, act on, and share. The intelligence a community needs is already inside it. Most organizations just cannot reach it. Knowledge lives in silos, in legacy systems, in the heads of a few experts, and in fragmented records no one can connect. We change that. Our work is grounded in four commitments: technology elevates people and never replaces them, the best expertise is already inside the community, everything is built on trust, and every deployment is purpose-driven for the organization it serves. Let’s achieve more, together. Where this role sits This role owns a product area end to end. Where the product marketer is the market lens, you are the person accountable for what we build, how it works, and whether it ships and succeeds. You lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and applied AI specialists to turn strategy into a product members rely on. You own the roadmap for your area, the decisions inside it, and the outcomes it produces. You work at the center of the product organization, translating a clear point of view into shipped work that moves MINERVA and the COGENT architecture forward through each GR/GA milestone. Why this role exists In an AI market where capabilities can be copied in weeks, the advantage goes to teams that decide well and ship fast. Someone has to hold the point of view, make the calls, and keep a team building the right thing. Collective intelligence is hard product work: reasoning over messy knowledge, earning member trust, and fitting into how communities already operate. It needs an owner who can hold both the ambition and the details. The Senior Product Manager is that owner. You set direction for your area, make the hard prioritization calls, and are accountable fo

NVIDIA DGX Cloud is an AI Factory designed to power the next generation of AI and industrial-scale breakthroughs. As a Principal Engineer for Security Architecture, within our Security Engineering organization, you will own a core security domain of the AI factory: the architecture, the paved road that delivers it, and much of the code underneath. You will hold the security design bar across DGX Cloud from inside the teams doing the building, and this is a founding seat on a new team. Security Engineering is a new organization at DGX Cloud, accountable for the security outcome of the platform, and Security Architecture is the function inside it that holds the design bar. Security here is fleet horizontal and stack vertical, so your work will cross every DGX Cloud engineering organization: you will embed with the teams building GPU clusters, control planes, and services, join their designs as a participant rather than an approver, and leave behind systems in which an entire class of risk is no longer possible. There is no architecture review board here and no approval queue. You are a senior IC with deep security domain knowledge, and the security bar holds because you helped set it and then helped ship it. What You Will Be Doing: Own a Security Domain End to End: Take architectural ownership of a core domain of DGX Cloud security, from the design through the system running in production. That could be tenant and GPU workload isolation, workload identity, infrastructure and network, supply-chain provenance, hardened baselines and patching, or deploy-time policy and admission control. Embed with the Teams Building It: Join the design early, write the code, and help land it. The posture is not "you did this wrong." It is "here are the considerations we need to meet, I will help, let's go to work." Build Paved Roads, Not
NVIDIA DGX Cloud is an AI Factory designed to power the next generation of AI and industrial-scale breakthroughs. As the Distinguished Engineer for Security Architecture, within our Security Engineering organization, you will set the security design bar for an AI factory of hundreds of thousands of GPUs, and then build against it alongside the teams. This is the founding architecture seat in a new organization. Security Engineering is a new organization at DGX Cloud, accountable for the security outcome of the platform, and this is the architecture function inside it. You will define the security design standard for DGX Cloud, a bar that sits above the company floor, and hold it from inside the teams doing the building. Security here is fleet horizontal and stack vertical, so your scope runs from the hardware root of trust and the hardened baseline, through tenancy and GPU workload isolation, to the services and APIs built on top, across every DGX Cloud engineering organization. A small team of Principal Engineers will report to you and hold the bar at domain depth. This is still a hands-on seat, and you stay in the design with them. You will also serve as DGX Cloud's technical interface into NVIDIA's central security organization. There is no architecture review board here and no approval queue; the bar holds because the strongest security engineers in the room helped set it and helped ship it. What You Will Be Doing: Set the DGX Cloud Security Bar: Own the security design standard across DGX Cloud (tenancy, GPU workloads, identity, supply chain, and isolation) and make it concrete. Reference architectures, golden paths, and requirements engineers can actually build against, not a policy library. Hold the Bar by Building: Embed with engineering teams on real work: join the design, learn the code, help ship the thing rather than grade it afterward.
