The Role: Design the Learning. Set the Standard. Take the Stage. We're looking for a Senior Instructional Designer to join the team that shapes how Synthesia teaches the world to use Synthesia. This is Customer Education, not in-house enablement. You'll be joining a team of instructional designers who collectively own the part of the pipeline where quality is actually decided: needs analysis and learning design . You'll carry your own portfolio of work end-to-end — figuring out what learners genuinely need, deciding what to build (and what not to), and producing design blueprints sharp enough that our Knowledge & Enablement Specialists can develop and publish them without needing to guess. You'll stay close to the build, getting hands-on in development where it counts, but your leverage comes from the thinking that happens before anyone opens a timeline. You’ll be joining a team of ambitious instructional designers who will be your deep collaborators, sounding board and discussion partners. We work hard to avoid silos - collaboration is highly valued and built into out structure. This role is also the face and voice of our learning content . Today, people want to watch and listen, not read — both at home and at work. If you’re reading this and nodding, check out our brand video . Despite the clear preference for video, communication and knowledge sharing in the business environment are still dominated by text, largely because high-quality video production remains complex and challenging to scale—until now…. Meet Synthesia We're on a mission to make video easy for everyone. Born in an AI lab, our AI video communications platform simplifies the entire video production process, making it easy for everyone, regardless of skill level, to create, collaborate, and share high-quality videos. Synthesia's API and platform capabilities are quickly becoming the way developers embed AI video into their own products — automated training pipelines, localization workflows, customer-facing apps, and more. We're looking for our first Developer Evangelist to make sure the developer world knows it, understands it, and gets building. This is a builder-and-storyteller role. You'll be the face and voice of the Synthesia API to the outside world — writing, coding, speaking, and showing up wherever developers already are — while also being the internal champion who brings their feedback back into the product. What we're building Mutiny is the self-improving AI infrastructure for GTM teams to execute faster and close more revenue. Our ambition is to do for revenue velocity what Cursor and Claude Code did for engineering velocity. With Mutiny, everyone in sales and marketing gets a bench of GTM athletes that handle any work across their revenue motion and learn from what's actually moved their deals. In April we re-launched the product as an agent-first platform. Anthropic showcased us as a leader in AI GTM. MRR is growing more than 70% month-over-month, with customers like Uber, Rippling, and Snowflake. We're backed by Sequoia, YC, and Insight, and we're building a generational company. The Opportunity Most brands hire creators to make content. We're hiring one to define how Mutiny shows up in the world. As our social media creator, you'll own the brand voice across every channel, build the AI workflows that let you move at the speed of culture, and place the bets other B2B brands are too scared to take. You'll partner with the founders to turn a fast-growing AI company into one people actually want to follow. What You'll Own The numbers. Brand awareness, impressions, and sign-ups from the social channels you own. The creative bar. Be the person whose work everyone secretly screenshots. Turn raw ideas from founders, product, and customers into content with a point of view so strong it travels on its own. Our social presence. Own how Mutiny shows up across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and TikTok. Grow what's working, launch what isn't there yet. The AI workflow. Build agent pipelines that turn one podcast into a week of content. Train voice models so drafts sound like us. Run evals so the stack gets sharper every week. Brand campaigns. Read the room, read the data, then make the call. Place the swings other brands are too scared to take, and know exactly why they worked when they do. Product marketing media. Content that helps people understand what we do and how our product work

About Sentry Software runs the world and the pace is faster than ever. Sentry helps developers fix errors and performance issues before users notice, so teams can spend less time firefighting and more time building. Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future. About the Role This isn’t a typical engineering role. You won’t be embedded in a single product team or siloed in one product area. Instead, you’ll sit within Platform Engineering, own the AI-assisted coding domain, and work across all of engineering at Sentry, focused specifically on how AI coding agents participate in our software development lifecycle. For AI coding agents to work well in our repo, the internal systems they depend on need to be accessible via API, not locked behind UIs that require human interaction. Right now, many of those systems aren’t agent-ready. You’ll audit and prioritize that gap, expose those systems programmatically, and build the connections that let tools like Claude Code operate on them end-to-end. From there, the scope expands to improving the quality of AI-generated pull requests and automating the engineering work that’s important but consistently deprioritized. You will look from context engineering standpoint to see what to send to our model; you will look from harness engineering standpoint to see the tools it can use, the permissions it has, the state it carries forward, the tests it has to pass, the logs you capture, the retries, checkpoints, guardrails, and evals. You’ll work closely with the dev infrastructure team as your home base, then collaborate across every product team coding in our repo once the tooling foundation is in place. It’s a broad role with real impact, and the work you do will directly change how Sentry engineers ship software. What You’ll Do Audit Sentry’s internal developer systems and make them API-ready for AI agents. You’ll prioritize and drive the work of ex
