Replit is the agentic software creation platform that enables anyone to build applications using natural language. With millions of users worldwide, Replit is democratizing software development by removing traditional barriers to application creation. About the Role We're looking for an AI-native product growth lead to own Replit's entire paid acquisition and lifecycle marketing engine as the single DRI. This is an IC role for someone who builds systems, not just campaigns. Someone who uses AI and automation aggressively to do what traditionally requires an entire team. You don't need an engineering background. You need the instinct to build: when you see a repetitive task, you reach for Replit or an API before you reach for a spreadsheet. You'll have data science and data engineering partners for infrastructure and modeling, and brand marketing will set creative direction. Your job is to turn that direction into a closed-loop optimization system: a self-improving system that turns performance data into better creative, optimizes spend across channels in near-real-time, and compounds every insight so nothing learned is ever lost. Each cycle, the system gets smarter. That's the engine you'll build and own. The ideal candidate has deep channel expertise across paid search, paid social, and lifecycle, but their real edge is building AI-powered workflows that scale creative production, automate measurement, and compound institutional knowledge. You Will Own full-funnel performance marketing across paid search & social, ASO, and lifecycle Build a self-improving creative engine: AI-driven ad generation, testing, and iteration that scales without scaling headcount Maintain a persistent knowledge layer so every experiment, result, and creative insight compounds automatically into the next cycle Own conversion signal quality end-to-end: right events, right audiences, right attribution, partnering with DE on the infrastructure Run a structured experimentation program wher

About the job Midjourney is an independent research lab exploring new mediums of thought and expanding the imaginative powers of the human species. We are a small, self-funded team focused on design, human infrastructure, and AI. We don't think the future should look like yesterday's software. Our design team works across research, engineering, and product to make new capabilities feel intuitive, fun to use, and deeply human. We're looking for a Design Lead to help lead that effort. You'll partner closely with our Chief Design Officer to shape the future of Midjourney's products while building and leading the product design team. This isn't a traditional management role. You’ll spend meaningful time designing, prototyping, reviewing work, and solving difficult product problems alongside your team. Most days you will be helping exceptional designers do the best work of their careers by building with them. If your favorite part of leadership is modeling what good looks like by collaborating and getting your hands dirty with your team, you’ll probably enjoy it here. What you'll do Work closely with the Chief Design Officer to shape the direction of Midjourney's products. Recruit, mentor, and lead the product design team. Stay close to the work by designing key product experiences and helping teams solve their hardest design problems. Partner closely with engineering and research to turn new tech into intuitive product experiences. Establish design reviews and operating rhythms that help the team do its best work. Ensure a coherent experience across Midjourney's growing portfolio of products. You might be a fit if You've spent the last decade designing software people love to use. You've led design teams, but you still want to be in Figma every day. You're as comfortable thinking through product strategy as you are refining a single interaction. You work well with engineers and like building things that don't have established playbooks. You care about craft and iterate

We believe that the way people interact with their finances will drastically improve in the next few years. We’re dedicated to empowering this transformation by building the tools and experiences that thousands of developers use to create their own products. Plaid powers the tools millions of people rely on to live a healthier financial life. We work with thousands of companies like Venmo, SoFi, several of the Fortune 500, and many of the largest banks to make it easy for people to connect their financial accounts to the apps and services they want to use. Plaid’s network covers 12,000 financial institutions across the US, Canada, UK and Europe. Founded in 2013, the company is headquartered in San Francisco with offices in New York, Washington D.C., London and Amsterdam. The Compensation team designs, manages, and evolves Plaid’s compensation strategy to attract, retain, and motivate world-class talent. We make sure compensation is fair inside the company and competitive in the market. We work on programs that connect directly to Plaid’s business goals and employee experience — using data and insight to make equitable, well-informed decisions. Our work spans cash and equity program design, annual and mid-year review cycles, benchmarking, and exec comp support. In this role, you will own compensation support for specific client groups and take the lead on cycle operations and comp tooling across the team. You’ll work alongside a sharp team and closely with Plaid’s Head of Total Rewards. You’ll have clear ownership of your domain from day one, with real exposure to equity program mechanics, exec comp, and board-level deliverables. Responsibilities: Own comp support for specific client groups — offers, promos, manager/HRBP questions — with a high bar for speed and accuracy Lead configuration and rollout of annual and mid-year compensation cycles in Workday and comp tooling Manage and maintain Plaid’s comp systems: Compa, Pave, and external survey tools (Compensia, Radf

What you’ll do Own day-to-day operations for the scanner program and scanner builds in the spa: purchasing/procurement, vendor management, receiving, inventory, and logistics. Stand up lightweight production operations as we move from prototypes to repeatable builds: build planning, kitting, work instructions, and readiness checklists. Partner with Quality to ensure the operational system supports compliance: traceability, document control, training records, NCR/CAPA workflows, and audit readiness. Drive cross-functional execution for the physical spa build-out and scanner integration: schedules, dependencies, risk register, and weekly coordination with vendors and internal teams. Own the “integration glue” across facilities + device ops: commissioning plans, acceptance criteria, and operational handoff (runbooks, maintenance, spares, escalation paths). Build and track operational metrics: cost, budget, lead times, vendor performance, build throughput, and reliability of critical subsystems. Audit of import/export documentation, management of contract renewals, regulatory compliance. What we’re looking for Proven operations leadership in hardware/medical/robotics (or similarly complex electromechanical products), including procurement and vendor management. Strong program management instincts: can run schedules, unblock cross-functional dependencies, and keep priorities clear under ambiguity. Comfort operating in quality/regulatory environments and building processes that are rigorous without slowing a small team. High ownership and bias to action: can jump between spreadsheets, docks, and the lab/site to keep the program moving. Useful experience Experience running prototype-to-production transitions (NPI, EVT/DVT/PVT-style builds, CM/EMS collaboration). Facilities / construction operations experience (GC coordination, MEP commissioning, site readiness). Familiarity with inventory systems and procurement tooling (even “simple but disciplined”).

About the Team The Finance & Supply Chain Engineering organization includes two complementary teams. Software Engineering builds internal full-stack applications, durable agentic workflows, plugins, MCPs, and measurable AI-enabled engineering practices. About the team Special Situations at OpenAI is the company’s commercial engine for its most complex and consequential opportunities. The team operates where new verticals, partnership models, and customer motions must be invented, before a repeatable GTM or delivery playbook exists, by bringing together product, research, engineering, and GTM leaders around a single outcome. Many of these efforts begin as “new bets” (new verticals, new customer motions, new partnership models) and mature into repeatable ways of working that shape how OpenAI operates at scale. The team acts as a force-multiplier for the company by accelerating decision-making, aligning stakeholders, and converting complex opportunities into durable results. About the role We’re hiring a Deal Lead, Special Situations to help stand up new vertical bets, with a particular focus on partnership development in the semiconductor industry. You will identify where AI can create step-change value for semiconductor companies and ecosystem partners, originate and shape multi-project programs with FDEs and applied researchers, package them into compelling commercial proposals, and execute creative, complex partnerships while keeping executives and cross-functional teams tightly aligned. This role is especially focused on building strategic partnerships in semiconductors. You do not need to be a technical engineer, but you do need to be able to speak the language of the semiconductor industry, build credibility quickly with technical and business stakeholders, and come up the learning curve fast on industry dynamics, workflows, and constraints. A key part of the role is crafting deals with semiconductor companies that demonstrate our unique competitive advantages. To do this effectively, you will need to develop a strong point of view on the market, understand the competitive landscape, and clearly articulate OpenAI’s differentiated value and strategic advantage. Special Situations owns the overall success of each
