About the Team The Dasher & Logistics team is responsible for ensuring every delivery is completed with speed, accuracy and a positive Consumer, Merchant and Dasher experience. About the Role We are hiring an Associate Manager to help lead strategy and execution for our Dasher & Logistics regulatory markets, the growing set of cities, states, and countries where Dasher pay, benefits, and working conditions are shaped by minimum earnings guarantees, pay transparency requirements, and other logistics specific regulation. You'll own a portfolio of KRs across some of our highest priority business problems by getting into the weeds to understand what's happening on the ground, using data and customer insights to identify opportunities, developing and testing hypotheses, and partnering cross-functionally to bring solutions to life at scale. You will report directly to a Senior Manager on the Dasher & Logistics team.
