ABOUT BASETEN Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F , led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to to ship AI products. THE ROLE We're looking for a Marketing Operations Manager who can own and harden the systems layer of Baseten's Marketing engine. Marketing at Baseten is scaling fast — more spend, more campaigns, more model launches, more inbound. The systems underneath (Our ESP, CRMs, forms, tracking, routing, alerting) need an owner who treats them like production infrastructure that cannot go down. When something breaks, it costs us time, pipeline, and trust in the data. This role exists so it doesn't break. You’ll simultaneously build for the future and re-think assumptions about our tech stack in the age of agents. This is an offensive play that gives the rest of the team leverage and superpowers to hit our ambitious goals. This is NOT an IT or service role. This is a core member of the marketing team who implements technology to achieve outcomes. RESPONSIBILTIES Own the marketing tech stack end-to-end: ad platforms, email systems, tracking, pixels, forms, connectors. Build defense-in-depth on inbound: spam/bot protection, rate limiting, email/domain validation, sync gating — and the alerting to catch anomalies before they hit sales or leadership dashboards. Enforce data integrity: UTM governance, campaign membership, lifecycle stages, lead scoring and routing logic, field-level hygiene, canonical metric definitions. Operationalize the web request pipeline with our dev agency: structured briefs, tickets, SLAs, and launch-day runb

ABOUT THE TEAM At Mural, we're changing how teams collaborate, think, and make decisions together. The Growth & Engagement team owns the experiences that turn a single-player tool into a multiplayer habit: the loops that bring people back, help them find their work, and pull their colleagues into a mural. Mural's self-serve growth runs through these experiences, and engagement and retention are central to how the business grows. YOUR MISSION As Senior Product Manager, Growth & Engagement, you will own the end-to-end self-serve experience, from a user's first touch through activation, return usage, and conversion to paid. You will treat the full funnel as one system: acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, sharing, and monetization. You will run a high-tempo experimentation practice, partner deeply across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and Sales, and make the calls that turn occasional users into teams that rely on Mural every week. This is a role for someone who wants to own real growth outcomes, not just ship features. You will own the surfaces that decide whether Mural's self-serve engine grows. Engagement and retention here move the business directly, and you will own the full loop across growth and engagement rather than a narrow slice of it. You’ll have a rare end-to-end view of the funnel, from acquisition through in-product engagement. You will work alongside thoughtful product, design, and engineering partners who care about craft and impact. WHAT YOU'LL DO Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for the self-serve growth and engagement experience, from first touch through activation and return usage Build and optimize the invite, sharing, and join experience Drive activation and retention by improving the moments that bring people back: home and dashboard, notifications, search, rooms and folders, comments, and more Partner closely with Marketing to connect acquisition and re-engagement with in-product activation across

At ClickUp, we're building the future of work: the first truly converged AI workspace unifying tasks, docs, chat, calendar, and enterprise search, all supercharged by context-driven AI. We are an AI-native company. Every team member is expected to leverage AI daily, and we evaluate AI fluency as part of our hiring process. Join us and help redefine what's possible. 🚀 ABOUT THE ROLE We are hiring the next generation of product managers. AI has collapsed the work that used to sit between an idea and a working version of it, and for the first time, PMs can be true builders. The PMs who win in this era do not manage the work. They build the product, every day, with their own hands. A Senior Product Manager owns a meaningful surface of ClickUp and is accountable for whether it gets better. You decide what to build and why, then go build a working version of it. You prototype in Cursor and Claude when an idea is faster shown than written. You live in the data and the customer signal, and the time between spotting a problem and having something people can react to is measured in days, not weeks. The PMs who compound the most impact at this level are the ones who keep finding leverage that did not exist last quarter. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Own the vision, roadmap, and delivery for a defined product surface, balancing near-term wins with longer-horizon investments. Run continuous discovery. Building and using agents to monitor and synthesize that part of your job. Write sharp PRDs and specs that give engineering and design what they need to move fast without ambiguity. Define success metrics before you build, track them after you ship, and iterate when outcomes do not match expectations. Prototype your own ideas using Cursor, Claude Code, and our Prototype Playground. Show the concept before filing the ticket. Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, analytics, and GTM without needing to be managed through the process. Present your roadmap and results clearly

You own a problem space that spans multiple surfaces, or one so foundational that getting it right shapes how everything else at ClickUp works. You still build. The strategy is sharper because you are prototyping the cross-cutting workflow yourself, reading data wherever it shows up, and sitting on customer calls that span the whole problem. You scale impact by inventing leverage that other PMs adopt, wiring up AI workflows that keep you current on more signals than any one person could manually track. The scope is wide on purpose, and you find new ways to cover it. Replit is the agentic software creation platform that enables anyone to build applications using natural language. With millions of users worldwide, Replit is democratizing software development by removing traditional barriers to application creation. Replit is the fastest way to turn ideas into software. With Replit Agent, anyone can build and ship a real application in natural language, without setting up a single tool. We've grown explosively, from $2M to $400M+ revenue in under a year, with a global community of 60+ million users, and Replit Agent is now one of the fastest-growing products in history. That same wave is now hitting the enterprise. Companies like Visa, Ernst & Young and Comcast are rolling Replit out to thousands of employees so finance teams, operations leads, and product managers can build without waiting on an engineering backlog. When a company puts Replit in the hands of thousands of employees, they're trusting us with their data and their workflows. That trust has to be earned: SSO and SCIM that just work, governance their security team will sign off on, and real control over where their apps run and how their data is handled. Getting this right is what turns a pilot into a company-wide standard, and it's one of the biggest levers on Replit's next phase of growth. About the Role We're hiring a Staff Product Manager to own Replit's enterprise product end to end. We've built one of the best coding agents in the world. The work now is making it just as powerful inside a big company, where putting it in front of every non-technical employee unlocks enormous leverage. That means extending what Agent can do in an enterprise context and building the platform that lets large organizations adopt it safely and at scale. This is a role with unusual leverage. We're still early in our enterprise journey but the traction is remarkable, which means most of the platform is still to be built and you'll have an outsized hand in shaping it. You'll decide w
