ABOUT BASETEN Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F , led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to to ship AI products. THE ROLE Container runtimes were designed for general-purpose software workloads. AI inference is not a general-purpose workload. Running large models at production scale exposes cracks in every layer of the container stack: runtimes unaware of GPU memory constraints, images that take minutes to pull when a model needs to scale to thousands of replicas, and isolation mechanisms that weren't designed for the multi-tenant serving environments that production AI requires. The tools the industry has relied on for a decade weren't built for this, and patching around those limitations at higher layers only goes so far. Baseten owns the entire pipeline, from the moment a developer pushes a model to the moment a request gets a response. That vertical ownership means we can fix these problems at the root. The Runtime Fabrics team is doing exactly that: purpose-building the container runtime and storage layers for AI inference workloads, led by some of the world's top containerd maintainers. As Engineering Manager of the Runtime Fabrics team, you will lead this work, setting technical direction, growing a world-class team of systems engineers, and ensuring the team's output shapes not just Baseten's infrastructure but the open-source container ecosystem at large. If you've contributed to containerd, runc, or related OCI projects and are ready to lead a team solving some of the hardest problems in infrastructure today, we'd love

We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F , led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to to ship AI products. Product at Baseten Product at Baseten is a nascent function. Our company today has a strong engineering culture, is heavily customer-obsessed, and moves fast. We're building the product function now, and you'd be one of the first people who will help define it. You'll work directly with our founders and with some of the best systems and infrastructure engineers in the world, and you'll set the standard for building great AI Infrastructure. PMs at Baseten don't sit above engineers - you earn ownership by being technical, finding the truth in front of customers, building great cross-functional relationships, and shipping great product experiences. The role Getting a model into production still takes real expertise — choosing a serving engine, sizing hardware, tuning it, wiring it into an app. We want a developer to go from "it runs on my laptop" to "it's serving production traffic" in minutes, on their own. You'll own the entire experience a developer touches to deploy and iterate: the CLI and SDKs, the console, onboarding, model discovery, deployment configuration, truss, and the increasingly agent-driven ways developers build. Your job is to make Baseten synonymous with Great DevEx and make it effortless to drive and self-serve deploy models on Baseten for far more developers than it is today. Impact and outcomes you'll drive You will collapse time-to-production — take a developer from first sign-up to a running, maint

As Baseten scales its infrastructure across different cloud providers and diverse hardware, the volume and complexity of operational data is growing by orders of magnitude. This team is responsible for building high-throughput ingest pipelines, cost-efficient storage, and agentic diagnostic tools to ensure that we can detect, diagnose, and resolve issues in minutes rather than hours, even as the systems they operate become more complex. What we're building Mutiny is the self-improving AI infrastructure for GTM teams to execute faster and close more revenue. Our ambition is to do for revenue velocity what Cursor and Claude Code did for engineering velocity. With Mutiny, everyone in sales and marketing gets a bench of GTM athletes that handle any work across their revenue motion and learn from what's actually moved their deals. In April we re-launched the product as an agent-first platform. Anthropic showcased us as a leader in AI GTM. MRR is growing more than 70% month-over-month, with customers like Uber, Rippling, and Snowflake. We're backed by Sequoia, YC, and Insight, and we're building a generational company. The opportunity Most engineers spend their career making predictable systems faster. You'll spend yours making non-deterministic ones trustworthy. As a senior engineer on our AI product team, you'll architect the Campaign Builder and Agent experiences marketers and sellers open every day to go from idea to personalized assets in minutes. You'll partner directly with product, design, and the founders to define what an agent-first GTM platform should feel like, and your calls on architecture, evals, and guardrails compound across thousands of customer accounts. This role is in person in New York City, five days a week, and we ship weekly. What you'll own The core agent surfaces. Architect and ship the Campaign Builder and Agent experiences end-to-end. Frontend, backend, prompts, evals, the whole stack. Reliability on top of LLMs. Make non-deterministic models feel deterministic at the surface. Build the retries, fallbacks, and orchestration so the customer never sees the failure mode. Evals and guardrails. Define how we measure quality, catch regressions, and keep brand and tone consistent across thousands of customer accounts. Speed and feel. AI products live or die by latency and the loop between intent and output. You'll obsess over both, and use coding agents and agent networks to ship f

About Ema Ema is building the world’s leading Agentic AI platform to transform enterprise productivity. We enable organizations to delegate repetitive tasks to Ema, the Universal AI Employee, delivering 10x gains in workforce efficiency, across functions. Founded by former executives from Google, Coinbase, Flipkart, and Okta, our team includes engineers from premier tech companies and graduates of Stanford, MIT, UC Berkeley, CMU, and IITs. We are backed by industry leading investors including Accel, Naspers/Prosus, Section32, and angels like Sheryl Sandberg and Dustin Moskovitz. Headquartered in Silicon Valley and with offices in London, Bangalore and Vancouver, Ema is at the frontier of what Agentic AI can do in production — we ship real systems that run real business processes at scale. The Role Many enterprise deals Ema closes starts with a BDR earning five minutes with the right person. Our Business Development Representatives run a signal-led, account-based hunting motion against a defined enterprise ICP to book qualified meetings (SQLs) that convert into demos and paid POCs. The motion works: the team has a real playbook, real signal scoring in our tools, and real enterprise logos in the pipeline. What it needs now is a dedicated leader to run it with daily rigor. As Enterprise BDR Leader, you own the BDR function end to end. You will manage a distributed team of Business Development Representatives across the US and India, instill the metrics discipline and coaching cadence that turns activity into qualified pipeline, and rebuild onboarding and enablement so new reps ramp fast and hit quota on schedule. This is a newly created role — the BDR function has been running without a dedicated, full-time manager, and you are the person who changes that. You report into our GTM organization, and work closely with our Account Executives, Regional VPs, and Marketing/demand gen to keep the pipeline both full and qualified. What You Will Own 1. The team.
