The Strategy & Operations function supports Business Marketing with operating models and cadences; strategic planning; portfolio, resource, and investment management; measurement and organizational learning that empower our teams to move at pace with clarity and confidence. About the Role We’re looking for a Resource Manager that will put the right work in the right place, with the right people, at the right level of effort. Creative work is where the portfolio becomes real. Because of that, this role requires a strategic thinker who applies rigor and judgment to every new idea. You will independently assess what matters most, clarify the real need behind the ask, and determine whether work should be grouped into an existing campaign, routed to another team, self-served, supported by an agency or contractor, deferred, or declined. About the Team The Integrity team builds the systems OpenAI uses to understand, prevent, and respond to misuse across our products. We partner with Product, Policy, Safety Systems, User Operations, Security, Legal, Privacy, OpenAI for Government, and research teams to turn policy and threat models into product controls, review workflows, measurement systems, and enforcement paths. About the Role We are hiring a Product Manager to own Integrity's product strategy for sensitive deployments: contexts where model capability, customer or deployment setting, privacy constraints, and misuse potential make the operating bar unusually high. This includes government and other high stakes deployments, regulated or high-trust enterprise contexts, zero data retention and privacy-constrained environments, and agentic workflows where harm can unfold across many steps rather than a single prompt. The Sensitive Deployments PM will focus on high-consequence use cases relevant to government deployments and broader deployment-readiness questions for high-risk domains (e.g., healthcare), while building reusable Integrity capabilities for agentic detection and enforcements in these environments. This position is based in San Francisco, CA, with relocation assistance available. In this role, you will: Own the roadmap for sensitive deployment Integrity controls and readiness criteria. Define how we measure residual risk, decision quality, review quality, and mitigation effectiveness. Build agentic investigation and context-assembly workflows for complex, multi-step misuse patterns. Partner with Policy, Legal, Privacy, Safety Systems, User Ops, Government, and product teams to build shared capabilities. Create launch and deployment playbooks for sensitive customer, capability, and product contexts. You might thrive in this role if you: Have shipped complex product systems in AI, integrity, trust and safety, security, privacy, risk, government, regulated enterprise, or AI safety. Can turn am
About the Team OpenAI's Industrial Compute organization builds and operates the infrastructure required to train and serve frontier AI models. About the Role We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to build and lead capacity planning across OpenAI's large-scale AI infrastructure. You will translate uncertain workload demand into clear infrastructure requirements, allocation decisions, supply commitments, activation priorities, and long-range capacity strategies. This role sits at the intersection of research, engineering, infrastructure, finance, sourcing, deployment, and operations. You will create the planning models, operating cadences, governance mechanisms, and source-of-truth systems that allow teams to understand what capacity is required, what is available, what is at risk, and what decisions must be made. This is not a finance-only forecasting or reporting role. Success requires technical fluency across the infrastructure stack, strong analytical judgment, and the ability to move consequential decisions forward when requirements, timelines, and supply conditions change quickly. Key Responsibilities Own capacity-planning processes across near-term workload allocation, quarterly execution, and longer-range infrastructure horizons. Translate research, training, inference, and product demand into compute, accelerator, cluster, networking, storage, rack, power, and site requirements. Develop scenarios that make assumptions, confidence levels, constraints, sensitivities, and decision points explicit. Reconcile requested demand against contracted, delivered, installed, activated, and workload-usable capacity. Partner with research and engineering teams to understand workload priorities, technical dependencies, utilization patterns, and changing req
