As it grows and matures, the needs of the GTM stack get more sophisticated with scale — and this team exists to stay ahead of those needs. This role owns a core set of the platforms the field runs on. You'll administer, configure, and continuously improve them, build AI and automation on top of the CRM to keep it clean and current, and run the adoption programs that make sure the field actually uses what we put in front of them. We're an AI-native company scaling fast, and we want to add sophistication without adding drag — you'll be the person deciding how much system is enough. This isn't a classic Salesforce admin role. You know the ecosystem, but you come at it as a builder and an orchestrator, not a ticket-taker. What You'll Walk Into Central RevOps is the systems and operations center of excellence for Baseten's GTM org. The stack includes Salesforce, Pylon, Outreach, Sales Navigator, Clay, and a growing set of AI-native GTM tools. The field is scaling fast, and the systems need to mature with it without slowing anyone down. You'll co-own Salesforce with our other GTM Systems Manager and work alongside a GTM Engineering team who builds internal AI products for GTM productivity — plus partner closely with sales leadership and the field. Responsibilities Own adminship, configuration, and enablement for Pylon, Gong, Sales Navigator, Outreach, and Prospect. These platfor

About the Team OpenAI’s mission is to ensure that general-purpose artificial intelligence benefits all of humanity. The Business Marketing team contributes to our broader mission of ensuring responsible and widespread adoption of artificial intelligence by developing and executing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and usage for OpenAI’s products and platform amongst core business audiences. The Strategy & Operations function supports Business Marketing with operating models and cadences; strategic planning; portfolio, resource, and investment management; measurement and organizational learning that empower our teams to move at pace with clarity and confidence. About the Role We’re looking for a Resource Manager that will put the right work in the right place, with the right people, at the right level of effort. Creative work is where the portfolio becomes real. You will work closely with creative teams, integrated marketing, product marketing, agencies, regional teams, and leadership to ensure high-priority work has a realistic path forward. You will create clarity for teams on how to move fast, using intuitive and simple processes rather than adding complex systems or bureaucracy. This role owns the front door to business creative and integrated marketing work: intake, triage, prioritization, routing, staffing, and capacity planning across product campaigns, line-of-business motions, integrated marketing programs, launches, regional requests, and one-off asks. Because of that, this role requires a strategic thinker who applies rigor and judgment to every new idea. You will independently assess what matters most, clarify the real need behind the ask, and determine whether work should be grouped into an existing campaign, routed to another team, self-served, supported by an agency or contractor, deferred, or declined. This role may be based in San Francisco or performed remotely, subject to approved hiring locations and recruiting guidance. In this rol

The Strategy & Operations function supports Business Marketing with operating models and cadences; strategic planning; portfolio, resource, and investment management; measurement and organizational learning that empower our teams to move at pace with clarity and confidence. This is a hybrid role, based in San Francisco Bay Area (preferred) or New York City three days a week. About the Role Business Marketing moves quickly, and this role sits close to the work. We’re looking for an analytical, highly collaborative Business Operations Manager who can turn a complex marketing budget into better day-to-day decisions. You will partner with marketing leaders, Strategic Finance, Procurement, Data Science, agencies, and regional teams to plan and pace spend, manage commitments, answer urgent questions, and translate investment data into clear actions. This role is not for someone who prefers back-office operations. You will be embedded in the business, understand what teams are trying to achieve, and help them move faster with confidence. You will run the operating rhythm for budget administration across a global, highly matrixed team: maintaining a trusted view of allocations, POs, contracts, actuals, forecasts, and risks; reconciling inputs across different marketing functions, regions, and shared services; and surfacing tradeoffs for leadership and Strategic Finance. You will also partner with Data Science to better connect spend to outcomes, lead useful ad hoc analysis, and build AI-enabled tools and workflows that take the friction out of budget management and make th
B2B go-to-market software has historically been where design ambition goes to die. The tools are powerful but joyless. Dense, generic, admin-heavy, and built for process more than delight. Meanwhile, the best product companies have raised everyone’s expectations for what business software can feel like: fast, opinionated, elegant, and genuinely useful. AI gives us a chance to rebuild the category from first principles. Mutiny is building the agentic GTM platform that helps revenue teams create the work they need to win. Sellers and marketers should not have to wait on five internal teams to move a deal forward. They should have a bench of AI teammates that understands the account, knows what good looks like, and gets sharper every week. We’re looking for a founding staff designer to define what that feels like. This is not a role where you plug into a mature design system, clean product rituals, or a settled category. You’ll help invent the product language for AI-native GTM software: the interaction model, the creative standards, the feedback loops, the system, and the taste bar for what the agent produces. The design problem Our job is to make AI output that a great seller, marketer, or designer would actually be proud to put in front of a million-dollar account. That requires more than a chat box. It requires data, memory, taste, brand intelligence, workflow design, and a UI simple enough for every rep to use daily but powerful enough to support an entire revenue motion. Some of the questions you’ll help answer How should a seller direct an agent without becoming the agent’s project manager? How do we make generated work feel on-brand without making it dull? What does editing look like when the object is not a static page, but an intelligent system that can regenerate, revise, explain, and learn? How do we give users confidence and control without burying them in settings? How do we turn taste into a system the product can improve over time? What you’ll work on P

You'll design and build landing pages, bring product launches to life, run experiments, improve conversion, and keep raising the quality bar on the site. This is a high-ownership role on the brand design team, sitting between brand design and frontend engineering. We want the website to be one of the best expressions of the Baseten brand and one of the best developer-focused sites on the internet, which means treating it as a product that's constantly evolving rather than something we redesign every few years. You'll have a lot of autonomy to ship, while partnering closely with brand, product marketing, engineering, and leadership on bigger launches. RESPONSIBILITIES Own the design and frontend implementation of the Baseten marketing site. Ship landing pages, product pages, launches, and campaigns from concept through production. We're building a brand in a market that's moving fast, and we want the work to feel just as ambitious. This isn't a role focused on turning out one-off animations or supporting an existing system - you'll help define and build the system, push it into places we haven’t thought about, and set the bar for motion across the company. You'll partner closely with brand, product, marketing, and leadership to turn technical ideas into work that's clear, distinctive, and memorable. RESPONSIBILITIES Define and evolve the motion language for the Baseten brand. Create high-craft motion work across product launches, social, campaigns, web, events, and out-of-home. NVIDIA builds the silicon behind AI, accelerated computing, and graphics. Every watt of performance and every degree of thermal headroom traces back to decisions made in power, performance, and thermal architecture. We are the Silicon Co-Design Group (SCG). We identify, own, and drive system-level co-design ideas. We start with initial concepts and advance to product differentiation across NVIDIA's roadmap. We are hiring a Principal System Power Management and Performance Architect who operates at the ambiguous boundary where workload behavior, silicon capabilities, firmware policies, and platform constraints collide, and who turns that ambiguity into architecture that survives across multiple silicon generations. SCG scope spans architecture, design, software, operations, platforms, and productization. This role shapes system, platform, and data center features and behavior, and partners with teams across NVIDIA. What You'll Be Doing: The work here is rarely well-defined when it arrives. You will be given problems that appear to be performance gaps or power anomalies and encouraged to build a framework for solving them, not just tackle a single instance. Define the multi-generation roadmap for system-level power and performance features, grounded in prototyping, use-case analysis, and cost/benefit trade-offs across segments. You will decide what problems are worth solving and why. Own the architecture and integration strategy for HSIO power management, DVFS, P-states, and low-power features. Your decisions improve product performance, power, and reliability across product lines — not just the current program. Lead system-level boot and IST architecture defining how power and clock domains initialize, sequence, and recover across complex multi-IP systems where the interaction space is large and the failure modes matter. Drive power management strategy at data
