About the team The Codex Deployment Engineering team helps customers adopt OpenAI's coding tools throughout their software development lifecycle. We act as trusted technical partners, guiding engineering teams as they integrate Codex into their projects and workflows. Our customers span digital-native companies to global enterprises, and we work side-by-side to accelerate how they plan, build, and deliver software. About the Role We are seeking a technically deep, creativity-driven AI Deployment Engineer who is already a power user of AI coding tools and passionate about pushing the boundaries of developer productivity. You will partner directly with engineering leaders and hands-on builders to design, validate, and scale advanced AI workflows, often using Codex to prototype and build the very demos, integrations, and automations customers ultimately adopt. This is a highly cross-functional role that blends technical architecture, product strategy, and customer-facing leadership. You’ll work closely with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product, Applied Engineering, and the broader Codex organization to advocate for customer needs, shape product direction, and accelerate the successful deployment of intelligent coding systems across some of the world’s most influential companies. In this role, you will: Serve as the primary technical subject matter expert on OpenAI Codex for a portfolio of customers, embedding deeply with them to enable their engineering teams and build coding workflows. Partner directly with customers to design and implement AI-enhanced development workflows, from rapid prototyping through scalable production rollout. Build high-quality demos, reference implementations, and workflow automations, using Codex itself as part of your development process. Lead large-format workshops, technical deep dives, and hands-on enablement sessions that help engineering organizations adopt AI coding tools effectively and safely. Our work spans technical integration and enablement, workflow transformation, inspiring and upskilling AI literacy and confidence across the workforce, sustained program, product and new capability delivery. Most importantly, we help each member of our customer's workforce, their teams, programs and missions meet their total potential. Our government customers have vital missions, and we must meet them with game-changing technology. Every engagement is an opportunity to shape how AI changes work, productivity, and innovation. This role sits at the center of that mission. About the Role Governments work at a scale that is truly exponential on missions that are of critical importance to people, communities and nations. The AI Success Engineer role is the primary post-sales relationship for OpenAI’s most important customers. About the Team The Support team is central to ensuring that our customers' experience with our products is nothing short of exceptional. We resolve complex issues, provide technical guidance, and support customers in maximizing value and adoption from deploying our products. We work closely with Sales, Technical Success, Product, Engineering and others to deliver the best possible experience to our customers at scale. OpenAI's customers represent a range of diverse backgrounds and maturity, from early-stage startups to established global enterprises. Given OpenAI’s breakneck shipping cadence and growth – and the expectation that it will only accelerate – our ability to architect automation systems and agentic workflows for scale is central to our ability to maintain exceptional support quality in the face of AGI. About the Role As a Support Vendor Manager, you will own the health, performance, and long-term scalability of multiple support partner and vendor relationships. This is a vendor leadership role first and foremost: you will drive commercial and operational accountability (SLAs, QBRs, escalation paths, remediation plans), while also building the operating model that enables support to scale without linear headcount growth. You’ll collaborate closely with User Operations teams (e.g., Trust & Safety, Fraud & Risk), Systems/Tooling, Data partners, and Product/PM stakeholders as we launch new workflow and launch and scale new programs. You’ll be responsible for: End-to-end vendor leadership: Own day-to-day oversight, relationship health, and executive-level accountability for multiple support vendors/BPOs. Performance management & remediation: Define and manage SLA/KPI performance expectations, run WBRs/QBRs, identify performance gaps, and drive structured turnaround plans with clear owners and timelines. Escalation and risk management: Serve as the primary escalation point for vendor issues, including incident response, surge events, quality regress
About the Team The Platform Analytics team builds the systems OpenAI researchers use to understand the quality and behavior of the models we train including what models are doing, why they behave in a particular way, and how that behavior changes across experiments. Neptune is a core part of this work. It ingests, stores, queries, and visualizes large volumes of metrics from pretraining, post-training, and reinforcement learning. Hundreds of researchers depend on these systems in their daily work to compare experiments, debug unexpected behavior, and decide what to try next. Our scope is broader than metrics. We also build platforms that help researchers analyze samples, traces, evaluation results, and other structured or unstructured data through dashboards, APIs, and increasingly agent-driven workflows. These systems need to remain fast, reliable, and understandable as the scale and complexity of research change quickly. We are not trying to become a consulting team that builds a separate solution for every research project. We work directly with researchers to understand recurring problems, then turn them into reusable infrastructure and platform capabilities that many teams can build on. About the Role We’re looking for a hands-on experienced software engineer who can take ownership of a critical system and drive it from problem definition through production adoption. This person should be able to own a platform such as CacheHouse end to end: define its technical direction, design its data model and storage architecture, integrate it with several research dashboards and workflows, guide one or two engineers, and ensure the system works reliably for its users. The right candidate should already bring the technical judgment, ownership, and execution expected at this level. The primary learning curve should be OpenAI’s stack and research problem space, not learning how to lead a complex engineering effort or deliver a production system. You will work directly with

In support of that mission, the Sales team partners closely with customers to deeply understand their businesses and needs, helping inform the development of products and solutions that drive meaningful revenue growth and long-term success on the platform—while maintaining strong standards for user trust and platform integrity. About the role We’re looking for an Account Manager to support advertisers in onboarding, launching, and growing on OpenAI’s advertising platform. You will manage a portfolio of partners and serve as a trusted advisor, helping them achieve their business objectives while ensuring a strong and responsible experience on our platform. This role sits at the intersection of relationship management, strategy, and execution. You’ll work closely with Sales to drive long-term partner growth and with internal teams to continuously improve the advertiser experience. In this role, you will: Own relationships with a portfolio of advertising partners, serving as their primary point of contact. Guide advertisers through onboarding and campaign launches to ensure strong adoption of OpenAI’s ads products. Analyze campaign performance and provide clear, actionable recommendations to improve outcomes. Identify opportunities to expand partnerships through increased product adoption and incremental investment. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Analytics, Policy, and Operations to resolve issues and enhance platform value. Surface advertiser feedback and insights to inform product improvements and long-term strategy. Help build scalable processes and best practices that support the growth of OpenAI’s advertising ecosystem. You might thrive in this role if you: Has 5-10+ years of experience in digital advertising, account management, customer success, consulting or a related client-facing role. Has experience managing advertiser or agency r
