About the Team Our Total Rewards team designs and runs the benefits programs that support Mixpanel employees around the world. We work closely with People, Finance, Legal, and regional teams to build programs that are fair, competitive, and easy to understand, because how we take care of our people is part of how we build trust across the company. About the Role As our Global Benefits Manager, you'll own how Mixpanel designs, delivers, and governs benefits programs across every country we operate in. You'll work independently on ambiguous, cross-functional problems, like a new country launch, a plan redesign, or an M&A integration, and turn them into clear, workable plans. People across HR, Finance, Legal, and regional teams will look to you as the person who understands both the details and the bigger picture of how benefits decisions affect our people and our business. This role doesn't manage people directly, but it does lead initiatives that span multiple functions and calls for confidence making decisions without a fully defined brief. Responsibilities Lead the design and ongoing improvement of health, retirement, wellness, and leave programs across multiple countries, balancing local requirements with one consistent philosophy. Scope and lead ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives, such as country expansions, M&A integrations, and plan redesigns, by defining the problem, identifying the right stakeholders, and choosing an approach without a fully written brief. About the LATAM Sales Team Mixpanel's LATAM Sales team owns the region end to end — sourcing net-new enterprise logos and expanding existing accounts across Latin America. As a standalone team rather than part of a broader vertical motion, LATAM Sales builds its own playbooks, buyer relationships, and market fluency specific to the region. About the Role The right candidate for this role runs a full sales cycle from first conversation to close, builds real fluency in the LATAM market and its buyers, and turns what they learn in the field into playbooks the rest of the team can use. Reporting to the Senior Manager of LATAM Sales, they own a territory end-to-end: sourcing net-new pipeline, expanding existing accounts, and applying a consistent qualification approach to every deal. They partner closely with Sales Engineering on technical discovery and with Marketing on messaging that reflects what's actually happening in the field. This is a role for someone who understands the LATAM region and its buyers, works well without a finished playbook, and helps build one as they go. Responsibilities Source, qualify, and close net-new enterprise business across LATAM, including new business units and subsidiaries inside existing accounts Drive expansion pipeline alongside Renewal Managers and Customer Value Managers Run full-cycle enterprise sales using MEDDPICC (or Mixpanel's chosen methodology) to qualify and manage every deal Forecast accurately and flag risk early, to your manager and in the CRM Build fluency in LATAM buyer personas, language, and common use cases, and apply region-specific discovery questions

About the Role The right candidate is a relationship-first advisor who connects a customer's Mixpanel investment to real outcomes for a defined book of accounts. You'll own the adoption and value plan for each account end to end: understanding why the customer bought Mixpanel, tracking whether they're getting the ROI they expected, and driving the enablement and product usage that gets them there. You'll build trusted relationships with business and technical stakeholders, partner closely with your Account Executive and renewal counterparts, and bring a growing point of view on how customers should think about AI in their product workflows. This role suits someone who can own a project end to end and is ready to start extending their influence beyond their own accounts to the wider team. Responsibilities Own the value plan for each account in your portfolio, connecting the business problem that led the customer to buy Mixpanel with the outcomes they measure. Build relationships with business and technical stakeholders, aligning Mixpanel's capabilities to what customers care about most.
