About Ramp Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books. The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving. We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome. The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same. If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it. About Production Engineering Production Engineering is Ramp's infrastructure ownership layer. We exist to make Ramp faster, more reliable, and more scalable — and we do that by being embedded in the problems, not adjacent to them. A few things that define how we operate: One team, one company, one objective. There is no "infra team" and "product team" — there is Ramp. We share the company's goals as our own. When a product team struggles with reliability or scalability, that is our struggle. If reliability or scalability is at risk, we own it. We don't wait to be invited, and we don't ask whose code it is. If a system is slow, if it breaks, if it won't scale — that's ours to lead, regardless of where it lives in the stack. We go first, and we go fast. When the path isn't obvious, we don't wait for someone else to find it. We move with urgency, propose the solution, align the stakeholders, and stay in until it's done — not until our ticket is closed. We lead the way. We find the next problem before it finds us. And when we solve it, we don't just fix

This work is deeply cross-functional. You will partner closely with Fraud Ops, Risk Strategy, Security, Product, and Data to ship improvements that are measurable in loss reduction, attack containment, and user experience. What You’ll Do Build and evolve backend services that detect and prevent fraud across multiple surfaces, including account access and money movement. Develop enforcement and response tooling that enables fast, safe actions such as identity locks, business locks, payment freezes, and other containment levers. Improve protections against account takeover (ATO), including risk-based step-ups, monitoring, and targeted friction

About the Role We’re at the stage where every new customer moves the needle in a big way. As our first dedicated Enterprise Account Executive, you’ll be at the forefront of driving net-new revenue. You’ll own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to contract signature—helping land our earliest enterprise and mid-market accounts. Ramp recently acquired Juno to tackle a massive, unsolved problem: guest travel and expense. In this role, you’ll operate as part of Juno—a startup within Ramp—focused on building this product area from the ground up. You’ll have the autonomy and ownership of an early-stage company, combined with the reach, resources, and distribution of Ramp. Guest travel is one of the most fragmented and underserved workflows in modern finance, often managed through spreadsheets, email chains, and manual processes despite representing a meaningful share of company spend. This is an opportunity to define a new category inside Ramp—working on high-impact problems from first principles and helping scale Juno’s product to thousands of customer

About the Role Ramp is known for insane product velocity, sitting at the center of AI and finance, and saving customers meaningful amounts of time and money. Increasingly, companies come to us to understand how the best finance teams are actually operating, whether that’s our own team or the customers we serve. Right now, those conversations happen behind closed doors and Zoom windows. We want to pull them out, write them down, and make them useful to more people. We’re hiring a Finance Storytelling Lead to do exactly that. You will spend roughly half your time embedded with Ramp’s Finance team, learning what it means to run an AI-pilled finance team at a company building AI solutions for finance. The other half of your time will support customer storytelling with the finance customer in mind, working closely with Brand Communications, Sales, and Customer Marketing. For both, you’ll pull out the useful lessons and turn them into stories people want to learn from, whether that means writing in your own voice or for our CFO and Finance leadership team
