About the Team OpenAI Consumer Devices is building the next generation of products that bring powerful AI into people’s everyday lives. Guided by OpenAI’s mission to ensure AGI benefits all of humanity, our team combines world-class researchers, engineers, designers, and operators who care deeply about creating useful, intuitive, and responsible technology. You’ll have the opportunity to work alongside exceptional people on ambitious, zero-to-one challenges at the intersection of hardware, software, and AI. This is a chance to help define an entirely new category of products—and shape how people experience AI in the future. The Systems Integration team is critical in this mission, turning complex hardware-software development into reliable product signals. We validate complete device experiences across software, cloud services, connectivity, accessories, and real-world operating environments, combining hands-on system testing, structured test development, hardware-in-the-loop environments, diagnostics, and automation to uncover issues that component-level testing alone cannot reveal. About the Role As a Systems Test Engineer, End-to-End Validation , you will design and execute end-to-end testing for complex device experiences spanning hardware, software, connectivity, cloud services, and accessories. You’ll translate product behavior and real-world use cases into structured, reproducible test procedures and build test environments that allow failures to be reliably reproduced and diagnosed. You’ll also identify opportunities to automate repetitive or high-value scenarios, working with engineers to turn complex manual workflows into scalable validation systems. Because this is a new category of devices, you’ll have the opportunity to build the end-to-end validation foundation early—shaping test coverage, environments, and workflows from prototype through launch. We’re looking for someone who combines strong systems thinking, hands-on testing skills, technical curiosi
About the Team OpenAI’s mission is to ensure that artificial general intelligence benefits all of humanity. The Creator Partnerships team supports that mission by building trusted relationships with creators, talent, experts, and organizations that help people understand and use AI in meaningful ways. We work closely with teams across OpenAI to develop thoughtful partnerships and programs grounded in trust, usefulness, cultural relevance, and measurable impact. Our focus extends beyond promoting individual product features. We aim to help partners discover valuable applications of AI, share credible insights with their communities, and create lasting value for both OpenAI and the people we work with. About the Role We are seeking a Scaled Partnerships Manager to own the agency relationships and operating systems that enable OpenAI to work with influencers and creators at scale. This person will manage key creator marketing agencies and platforms, establish clear standards for selection, pricing, deliverables, brand safety, execution, and measurement, and ensure our programs are both culturally credible and operationally rigorous. You will translate go-to-market priorities into repeatable creator programs across a mix of micro, mid-tier, and larger creators. You will be accountable for the full agency and campaign lifecycle, from annual planning and briefing through execution, paid amplification, reporting, optimization, and post-program learning. This role is based in San Francisco, CA. We use a hybrid work model of three days in the office per week and offer relocation assistance to new employees. In This Role, You Will Lead scaled creator marketing programs aligned to business priorities. Own the creator agency portfolio, including partner selection, scopes, budgets, staffing, performance expectations, operating cadence, and business reviews. Build a clear agency model that defines each partner’s role, internal and external ownership, and how work moves from brief
At Vanta, our mission is to help businesses earn and prove trust. We believe that security should be monitored and verified continuously, and we empower companies to practice better security and prove it with ease. Vanta has a kind and talented team, and while some have prior security experience, many have been successful at Vanta without it. Vanta's Governance and Compliance platform is the operating layer enterprises trust to run their security programs. We are hiring an engineer who will own the architectural foundation that makes it work for their most complex organizational structures. Program Structure and Trust is a newly chartered group at Vanta with a focused mission: build the enterprise org model that lets customers bring their compliance and security structure — product lines, business units, isolated data environments, cross-cutting audits, scoped approvals, and data residency requirements — natively into the platform. The problems this team solves determine whether Vanta can serve the enterprise customers it's increasingly winning. This is the defining technical role of the group. The Principal Engineer owns the design, phased delivery, and long-term technical direction of Vanta's enterprise org model — a multi-quarter initiative that cuts across the platform and establishes the foundation for how enterprise customers structure, segment, and operate inside Vanta. Visit our Vanta Engineering Blog to learn more about what our team is working on! What you’ll do as a Principal Engineer at Vanta: Own the design and multi-quarter delivery of Vanta's enterprise org model, including hierarchical product lines and business units, isolated data access and ownership, cross-cutting audit workflows, scoped approvals, and EU and GovCloud data residency support Define and evolve the core abstractions that let the platform absorb structurally diverse, often conflicting enterprise requirements — solving for the general case rather than one-off customer accommodations R
