At Snowflake, we are powering the era of the agentic enterprise. To usher in this new era, we seek AI-native thinkers across every function who are energized by the opportunity to reinvent how they work. You don’t just use tools; you possess an innate curiosity, treating AI as a high-trust collaborator that is core to how you solve problems and accelerate your impact. We look for low-ego individuals who thrive in dynamic and fast-moving environments and move with an experimental mindset — who rapidly test emerging capabilities to discover simpler, more powerful ways to deliver results. At Snowflake, your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done. Build Core Data Engineering Primitives at Cloud Scale Data pipelines are foundational infrastructure — when they're fast, correct, and maintainable, customers build on them with confidence. If you've spent the bulk of your career building large-scale data infrastructure — designing streaming or transformation primitives, reasoning hard about consistency and fault tolerance, and owning the systems that run under millions of customer workloads — this role might be for you. You'll be working on the streaming and transformation layer at Snowflake: the constructs that define how customers move, shape, and maintain data. AI has a real presence in this work — in how customers use these pipelines and in how we think about building them — but the core job is hard distributed systems engineering, and that's what we're hiring for. About the Team We build the core data engineering primitives that power Snowflake's streaming and transformation capabilities. From the constructs customers use to define real-time pipelines to the execution fabric that makes those pipelines reliable and cost-efficient at cloud scale, our team owns the full stack of declarative data engineering. We're a small, high-ownership team operating close to the product — which means your decisions ship, your architec

We're looking for an AI Engineer to join our Training Product team and do that at Baseten. You'll build AI-driven product features for the customers training and post-training frontier models on our platform, and you'll raise the ceiling on how Baseten itself uses AI internally, turning manual workflows into agentic ones that make every other team faster. You'll work directly with our research engineers to scope and build products, taking ideas from a research loop that already works internally to something customers can run themselves. This is a hands-on role with real autonomy. You'll pick the problems worth solving, build the harnesses, execution flows, and guardrails that make AI systems reliable, and own the results. If you've been shipping agents and want that to be the job, let's talk. About Sentry Software runs the world and the pace is faster than ever. Sentry helps developers fix errors and performance issues before users notice, so teams can spend less time firefighting and more time building. Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future. About the Role Shipping great software is only half the battle. Getting it to the right customers, at the right time, in the right way, is where the real complexity lives. We're looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to own the end of the EPD pipeline: the moment a feature is built to the moment it's successfully in customers' hands. This person will define what "good" looks like for product launches at Sentry, building the frameworks, playbooks, and operating rhythms that make every release more intentional, more coordinated, and more confident than the last. The foundation is there. Features ship. But the connective tissue between Engineering, Product, Legal, Marketing, go-to-market (GTM), and Sales needs someone who can see the whole system, diagnose what's broken, and build something durable. That's this role. If you're energized by ambiguity, love designing operating models, and want real ownership over a function that touches every team in the company, this is a rare opportunity to define the craft at a company that takes software quality seriously. What You'll Do Define the Launch Standard: Establish what a great product launch looks like at Sentry: the gates, the playbooks, the decision rights, and the rituals. You're not inheriting a fixed process; you're authoring it. Own Feature Flag & Cohort Strategy: Bring intentionality to how Sentry uses early access programs, beta cohorts, and staged rollouts. Make sure the right customers get the right features at the right time, and that we're learning from every rollout. Orchestrate Cross-Functional Readiness: Be the central coordinator who ensures Engineering,
