About the Team The Safety Systems team is at the forefront of OpenAI's mission to build and deploy safe AGI, driving our commitment to AI safety and fostering a culture of trust and transparency. The Model Policy team aligns model behavior with desired human values and norms. We co-design policy with models and for models by driving rapid policy taxonomy iteration based on data and defining evaluation criteria for foundational models’ ability to reason about safety. Key focus areas include: catastrophic risk, mental health, teen safety and multimodal safety. About the Role Providing access to frontier AI systems raises complex questions around dual-use science and catastrophic risk. How should models respond to requests involving chemical synthesis, biological experimentation, or pathogen research? Where is the boundary between legitimate scientific inquiry and information that could enable misuse? How do we design policies that meaningfully reduce risk without unnecessarily restricting beneficial research? This is a senior role in which you’ll help shape policy creation and development at OpenAI for addressing biological and chemical risks. You will develop structured policy frameworks and taxonomies to guide safe model behavior. This role sits at the intersection of biosecurity expertise, AI safety research, and policy design. You will help ensure that frontier AI systems can support beneficial life sciences research, such as drug discovery, public health, and biosafety, while reducing the risk that these capabilities could be misused. This role is based in San Francisco, CA. We use a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week and offer relocation assistance to new employees. In this role, you’ll: Design and maintain model policies governing chemical and biological risk, defining how models should safely handle dual-use scenarios. Develop structured taxonomies of chemical and biological risk that inform model training data, evaluation benchmarks, and safet

Replit is the agentic software creation platform that enables anyone to build applications using natural language. With millions of users worldwide, Replit is democratizing software development by removing traditional barriers to application creation. About the Role We are seeking a mid-level Infrastructure Vulnerability Management Engineer with a strong background in Cloud Security, DevSecOps, and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC). In this role, you will bridge the gap between security, compliance, DevOps, and Platform engineering teams. You will identify infrastructure misconfigurations, secure multi-cloud environments, and manage continuous vulnerability lifecycles across cloud workloads, containers, and data repositories to satisfy strict regulatory compliance frameworks. You will also serve as a technical infrastructure responder during security incidents, deploying real-time cloud or network countermeasures to protect our production ecosystem. What You'll Do Core Responsibilities Infrastructure Scanning & Triage: Perform continuous security scanning across our cloud posture and workloads. Review, validate, and prioritize flaws and misconfigurations based on CVSS scores, real-world exploitability, and infrastructure network exposure. Posture Management & Visibility : Own and optimize Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM), Kubernetes Security Posture Management (KSPM), and Data Security Posture Management (DSPM) tools to ensure uniform compliance, prevent data leakage, and maintain hardened baselines. Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) Security: Configure, tune, and embed automated IaC security scanning tools into CI/CD pipelines to identify architectural risks (e.g., overly permissive IAM, public S3 buckets/Cloud Storage) before they are deployed to production. Workload & Container Security: Manage the continuous vulnerability scanning lifecycle for container images, registries, and Virtual Machines (VMs), partnering with SRE and Platform teams to build aut
Replit is the agentic software creation platform that enables anyone to build applications using natural language. With millions of users worldwide, Replit is democratizing software development by removing traditional barriers to application creation. About the Role: We’re looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to help accelerate the growth of Replit Agent — a core part of our mission to allow anyone to build software, without any coding experience. This role sits at the crossroads of product, engineering, and go-to-market , ensuring that every new feature we ship lands with clarity, excitement, and impact. You’ll work closely with our engineers, PMs and Partnership teams to understand the product roadmap, then translate those innovations into compelling narratives that resonate with builders of all kinds — from solo builders to enterprise teams. You’ll also leverage your storytelling expertise to collaborate with our partner ecosystem , crafting compelling “Better Together” narratives that elevate our joint value and propel partner marketing initiatives. Replit moves fast — we ship continuously, experiment relentlessly, and aim to make every builder more productive and creative. We’re looking for someone who thrives in that environment: part strategist, part storyteller, and part operator. What You’ll Do: Lead Product Marketing for our Launches Develop and operationalize Replit’s launch motion — from early roadmap planning through public release. Create repeatable frameworks that keep launches fast, clear, and coordinated. Shape Messaging & Positioning Craft technically fluent, developer-first narratives that highlight how Replit’s AI coding agent accelerates creativity and productivity. Tailor messaging to different developer segments and channels. Create Sales & Growth Enablement Build the first generation of enablement materials (decks, demos, battlecards, FAQs) that empower GTM teams and partners to tell Replit’s story confidently. What you'll do Run human-subjects recording sessions end-to-end: participant prep and fitting, sensor configuration and calibration, stimulus delivery, real-time signal monitoring, and session documentation. Own daily system QC for a one-of-a-kind sensing instrument: baseline noise recordings, per-sensor health checks, log review, and escalation of anomalies before they touch a dataset. Own participant operations: recruitment coordination, scheduling, screening, consent, and compliant handling of participant records. Stand up and maintain the operational backbone of the program: SOPs for acquisition, QC, and participant workflows — documentation that survives you. Handle first-pass data operations: file conversion, organization, metadata, and quality review in Python. Partner daily with the program lead to refine acquisition protocols and improve system performance over time. What we're looking for Hands-on experience acquiring physiological or imaging data from human participants in a clinical or research setting Obsessive consistency and attention to detail: you notice when something is off and you don't let it slide. Professional, patient, and calm with research participants — sessions succeed or fail on how people feel in the room. Basic scripting ability (Python and/or shell) for QC and data-handling tasks, or clear aptitude and motivation to build it. High ownership of the unglamorous parts: scheduling, documentation, tidy data hygiene. Discretion — parts of this program are not yet public. We'll walk you through the specifics, including the exact technology you'd be operating, in the first conversation. Useful experience Controlled or low-noise recording environments and highly sensitive instrumentation. Physiological signal-processing tools in Python. Human-subjects research administration (IRB protocols, consent workflows). Research studies involving structured tasks or sensory protocols with human participants.
