About the Role The Engineering Acceleration team builds and operates the foundational systems that engineers use to build, test, and ship ChatGPT, the API, and OpenAI's infrastructure. We are looking for an engineer to help evolve OpenAI's build and continuous integration systems for a fast-growing engineering organization. This role sits at the intersection of developer productivity, build systems, distributed infrastructure, and software quality. You will work on the systems that determine how quickly and confidently engineers can move: Bazel-based builds, Buildkite pipelines, test selection, remote caching and execution, CI observability, and tooling that helps engineers understand and fix failures quickly. Our mission is to make OpenAI one of the most productive engineering organizations in the world while preserving a high bar for correctness, reliability, and safety. The best version of this work is invisible when it succeeds: builds are fast, tests are trusted, CI failures are understandable, and engineers can focus on shipping useful systems instead of fighting infrastructure. In This Role, You Will Own and evolve Bazel-based build and test workflows across a large, polyglot monorepo. Design and maintain Starlark rules, macros, toolchains, and integrations that make builds reproducible, hermetic, and easy for product teams to adopt. Improve CI performance and reliability across Buildkite pipelines, including queue time, build time, cache hit rates, test sharding, retry behavior, and flake isolation. Build systems that reduce unnecessary CI work through affected-target detection, dependency graph analysis, test selection, caching, batching, and smarter scheduling. Improve local development workflows so engineers can reproduce CI behavior, debug build failures, and iterate quickly without learning every detail of the build stack. Operate and optimize build infrastructure across Docker/OCI images, Kubernetes-based runners, cloud resources, and remote cache/exec

MongoDB's Partner Program is how we formalize value for every partner type in our ecosystem — Technology/ISV partners, Services and Solutions partners (including our Systems Integrators), Cloud partners (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), Built with MongoDB partners, and Certified by MongoDB DBaaS partners. We're looking for a Director, Partner Programs to own this program end to end: the tiering and benefits structure, the incentive framework, certification (including our SI Associate and SI Architect tracks), and the operational rigor that keeps thousands of partners engaged and productive. You'll report to the VP of Partner Strategic Operations and oversee all MongoDB Partner Programs globally, managing a team of Partner Program Managers. You'll be the connective tissue between the field-facing work being done in Sales Plays & Offerings, the platform work being built by our Business Product Manager (PRM), and the automation work coming out of Digital Process & AI Operations — making sure the underlying program itself stays coherent, well-governed, and aligned to company strategy as all of that activity happens around it. This role can be hybrid near any of our MongoDB hub offices in the United States or remote in the United States. Synthesia is the world’s leading AI video platform for business, used by over 90% of the Fortune 100. Founded in 2017, the company is headquartered in London, with offices and teams across Europe and the US. As AI continues to shape the way we live and work, Synthesia develops products to enhance visual communication and enterprise skill development, helping people work better and stay at the center of successful organizations. Following our recent Series E funding round, where we raised $200 million, our valuation stands at $4 billion. Our total funding exceeds $530 million from premier investors including Accel, NVentures (Nvidia's VC arm), Kleiner Perkins, GV, and Evantic Capital, alongside the founders and operators of Stripe, Datadog, Miro, and Webflow. Remote (US East Coast preferred, for timezone coverage) About the team Cloud Infrastructure owns the platform every Synthesia product runs on — AWS, Kubernetes, MongoDB, Temporal, our observability stack, and the vendor and cost relationships underneath them. We're a small, high-leverage team scaling toward a domain-ownership model: small groups that both build and operate the systems they're accountable for. The role We're hiring a dedicated SRE to take real ownership of operational excellence across Cloud Infrastructure. Today, too much critical operational knowledge — vendor relationships, cost management, and incident response — lives with one or two people. Your mission is to take genuine ownership of those domains, make them resilient to any single person, and raise the bar on how reliably we run. This is not simply a ticket-queue or keep-the-lights-on role. You'll own domains end to end: understand them deeply, operate them well, and build the automation and tooling that make them boring . We deliberately pair operational and engineering work so the role grows rather than narrows. What you'll own Incident management & operational excellence — take custody of the incident process: on-call quality, resp

About Us: AI needs a new infrastructure layer. We're building it at Modal. Every era of computing brought new workloads that previous infrastructure couldn't support: mainframes, databases, and the cloud. Each time, the company that rebuilt the layer underneath defined the decade. AI is no different, except it touches everything instead of one slice, and the window to build the layer underneath it is open right now. Our customers include category-defining companies like Lovable , Ramp , Cognition, DoorDash, and Suno. They rely on Modal for instant GPU access, sub-second container starts, and native storage, so it's simple to serve low-latency inference, fine-tune models, and access production-ready sandboxes at scale. We recently raised a $355M Series C at a $4.65B valuation, led by General Catalyst and Redpoint Ventures. We've crossed $300M+ ARR and grown fivefold since September. Our team includes creators of popular open-source projects (e.g., Seaborn , Luig i ), academic researchers, international olympiad medalists, and experienced engineering and product leaders with decades of experience. The Role We're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a team of highly experienced engineers building the infrastructure that powers Modal's serverless GPU platform. This is a hands-on leadership role — expect to split your time between technical contribution and people management depending on what the team needs. You'll set direction, remove blockers, and build a strong engineering culture as your team tackles hard problems in distributed computing, large-scale data handling, and performance optimization. Who You Are You're an experienced engineering leader who stays close to the work and builds alongside your team when it counts. You earn trust through technical depth, not title. You communicate clearly, help strong engineers move fast without cutting corners, and stay calm and pragmatic under pressure. You care as much about how your team gets to an answer as the answ
At ClickUp, we're building the future of work: the first truly converged AI workspace unifying tasks, docs, chat, calendar, and enterprise search, all supercharged by context-driven AI. We are an AI-native company. Every team member is expected to leverage AI daily, and we evaluate AI fluency as part of our hiring process. Join us and help redefine what's possible. 🚀 This role bridges infrastructure and product engineering: you'll build genuine partnerships across product, AI, and enterprise teams so that ownership is shared and velocity is never blocked by platform constraints. As Director, you'll set a forward-looking cloud vision, proactively align with stakeholders across the business, and ensure the platform scales for multi-shard, multi-region growth while meeting security and compliance commitments (SOC 2, business continuity/disaster recovery, and enterprise security frameworks). The Role: Cost Efficiency: Drive significant annual infrastructure savings by migrating data workloads to EKS and self-hosting key services such as OpenSearch. Ingress Convergence: Deprecate legacy frontend ALBs and consolidate to a single EKS-managed ALB per shard, unblocking faster deployments across the org. Coverage & Bench Depth: Eliminate single points of ownership across Networking, OpenSearch, and Terraform through cross-training and targeted hiring into coverage gaps. Stakeholder Alignment: Stand up a recurring alignment cadence with Product, AI, Enterprise, and Security so infra planning is driven by demand, not ad-hoc interrupts. Automation: Ship automated shard buildout via Backstage to remove manual toil from enterprise scaling. Reliability: Cut P0/P1 incidents attributed to Cloud Platform (DNS, ALB misconfiguration) through hardened ingress patterns and Terraform-policy guardrails, including blocking unauthenticated public endpoints. Roadmap Ownership: Deliver a roadmap covering Agent enablement, centralized IaC, and deployment rollout acceleration, tied to AI and
