With millions of users worldwide, Replit is democratizing software development by removing traditional barriers to application creation. About the Role We're looking for an AI-native product growth lead to own Replit's entire paid acquisition and lifecycle marketing engine as the single DRI. This is an IC role for someone who builds systems, not just campaigns. Someone who uses AI and automation aggressively to do what traditionally requires an entire team. You don't need an engineering background. You need the instinct to build: when you see a repetitive task, you reach for Replit or an API before you reach for a spreadsheet. You'll have data science and data engineering partners for infrastructure and modeling, and brand marketing will set creative direction. Your job is to turn that direction into a closed-loop optimization system: a self-improving system that turns performance data into better creative, optimizes spend across channels in near-real-time, and compounds every insight so nothing learned is ever lost. Each cycle, the system gets smarter. That's the engine you'll build and own. The ideal candidate has deep channel expertise across paid search, paid social, and lifecycle, but their real edge is building AI-powered workflows that scale creative production, automate measurement, and compound institutional knowledge. You Will Own full-funnel performance marketing across paid search & social, ASO, and lifecycle Build a self-improving creative engine: AI-driven ad generation, testing, and iteration that scales without scaling headcount Maintain a persistent knowledge layer so every experiment, result, and creative insight compounds automatically into the next cycle Own conversion signal quality end-to-end: right events, right audiences, right attribution, partnering with DE on the infrastructure Run a structured experimentation program wher

This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who wants to actively shape how Engineering, one of the most important parts of how Datadog develops its people. You'll sit at the center of Datadog's biggest talent bets for Engineering: how we build leaders, define career paths and org design, evolve performance, move talent internally, and plan succession for our most critical roles. You’ll own this work end to end, from the first framing conversation with senior leaders through to delivering a program running at scale. AI is changing how Engineering builds software, and it is changing how People builds the programs that support Engineering too. This role sits at the centre of both: understanding how AI is reshaping engineering roles, skills and structures, and building AI-powered solutions within People to keep pace. At Datadog, we place value in our office culture - the relationships and collaboration it builds and the creativity it brings to the table. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them. What You’ll Do: Design and lead complex talent programmes for Engineering, spanning leadership capability, career architecture, org design, performance, internal mobility and succession for critical roles. Partner directly with PBPs and senior leaders to turn ambiguous problems into clear programme goals, design principles and success measures. Help Engineering and People understand and respond to how AI is reshaping roles, skills and ways of working, and translate that shift into practical talent and org design choices. Stay hands-on from concept through to adoption: this is a build and run role, not a strategy and handover role. Work across Enablement, Learning, People Analytics and People Systems so what you build scales and embeds into core people processes. Equip PBPs with frameworks, tools and executive-ready narratives that support real adoption in the business. Operate in ambigu

THE ROLE As a member of the Capacity Strategy & Operations team, you will sit at the intersection of supply intelligence, demand forecasting, and cross-functional execution, turning a complex, fast-moving hardware market into a predictable, reliable foundation for our customers and internal engineering teams. This is not a purely analytical role. You will own the end-to-end capacity planning process: from translating customer commitments and growth forecasts into concrete supply requirements, to coordinating fulfillment across vendors, finance, and the infrastructure team, to building the systems that make all of this repeatable and scalable. When supply is constrained and tradeoffs are unavoidable, you are the person in the room who can model the options, make a clear recommendation, and drive alignment fast. You are a strong fit if you have operated at the intersection of strategy and execution before — someone who is equally comfortable building a capacity model in a spreadsheet and running a cross-functional war room when a customer deployment is at risk. EXAMPLE INITIATIVES Demand-Supply Alignment Framework: Build and own the process that translates customer pipeline, signed commitments, and growth projections into a forward-looking GPU demand signal — so the team is never caught flat-footed when a customer scales faster than expected.
