About Ramp Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books. The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving. We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome. The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same. If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it. About the Role Design is core to how we build products at Ramp. We're hiring a recruiter to help shape the team that will be responsible for it. You'll partner with design leadership to hire across Product Design, Design Engineering, and Brand Design. You'll lead searches from inception to close, helping teams identify, assess, and hire exceptional designers. The best designers are rarely on the market. A big part of the job is fostering relationships before someone starts their job search: through events, referrals, and ongoing engagement with the design community. You'll help Ramp stay connected to talent and cultivate the networks that drive future hiring. What You’ll Do Own full-cycle recruiting across Product Design, Design Engineering, and Brand Design Partner with design leadership to define hiring needs, align on candidate profiles, and calibrate talent across a range of design disciplines Identify and engage talent through X, portfolio sites, and other industry channels Build relationships with designers through referrals, events, and ongoi

About the role Ramp is building new products that can reshape how finance teams operate. These products begin before the market playbook is obvious: the customer problem is still being sharpened, the product is evolving quickly, and the path from early signal to durable growth must be built. We are hiring a Product Marketing Manager, New Products to lead that work. You will be embedded with Product and Engineering from the earliest stages, using customer and market insight to help choose the audience, shape the product, define the story, and build the commercialization and adoption motion. This is not a launch-calendar or asset-production role. You will own the full business read for the product: customer problem, ICP, positioning, product readiness, launch, pipeline, activation, adoption, retention, proof, and the next product or GTM intervention. About the Role Ramp builds software that moves real money, from bill payments and corporate cards to reimbursements, accounting integrations, and travel. Our customers rely on us to keep their operations running: invoices get paid, books get closed, and finance leaders can trust the data behind every decision. In this role, you will be the person who spots where customers are getting stuck and drives issues to a clear resolution. You will thrive in this role if you are a systems thinker and deeply customer obsessed. Support is the baseline. How you think about improving processes, tools, and outcomes is what sets you apart. Replit is the agentic software creation platform that enables anyone to build applications using natural language. With millions of users worldwide, Replit is democratizing software development by removing traditional barriers to application creation. As a Support Systems Lead at Replit, you'll build and own the systems that let support scale as fast as the product does. Replit is at the forefront of AI-driven software development, and how we support customers is constantly evolving. You'll shape how our support systems adapt to new products, new surfaces, and AI-assisted workflows, operating effectively in ambiguity and turning ad hoc fixes into infrastructure the whole team can rely on. You'll combine hands-on technical depth with systems thinking to keep builders moving, whether they get unblocked through self-service, an AI agent, or a person. This is an individual contributor role to start, with room to grow and build out a team as support scales. IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL: Configure and maintain Zendesk and the surrounding support stack, from the day-to-day workflow and automation setup to business rules and permissions, keeping it able to flex and scale as needs change. About the Role Ramp's Sales Development organization is the engine of the company's top-of-funnel growth — one of the highest-output SDR teams in the industry, and a function that is expanding rapidly. With large cohorts of new reps joining every quarter and the entire organization now being asked to pitch a multi-product suite across procurement, AP, treasury, and expense personas, the way Ramp enables its SDRs has to change. Until now, enablement has been manager-led, ad hoc, and reactive. That model worked when the product was simpler and the team was smaller. It doesn't scale to a large and growing SDR organization, quarterly cohorts of new hires who are mostly entering their first corporate environment, and a company-wide push to expand how SDRs position Ramp across the full product surface. The SDR Enablement Manager is the hire that makes this transition real.
