We are the Experimentation team at Datadog, a startup operating inside one of the fastest-growing companies in software. The team brings together engineers who joined through Datadog’s May 2025 acquisition of Eppo with engineers from across Datadog, and together we are building feature flagging and experimentation into the platform. Both products were recently launched this year, and we are just getting started: we are migrating customers from Eppo onto Datadog while shipping an ambitious roadmap across both flagging and experimentation. Our statistics engineers hold PhDs and are pushing the boundaries of what an experimentation platform can do. Our full-stack engineers move fast, lean on the latest AI tooling, and prototype and ship new features weekly. We talk to customers directly to shape requirements, and our roadmap is driven by our own product vision and sharpened by real customer and sales input. We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the team building the Experimentation App. You will own one to two squads to start, partnering closely with our engineers, statisticians, product managers, and designers to turn a deep roadmap into a shipped product. To conform to US export control regulations, candidates should be eligible for any required authorizations from the US government. What You’ll Do: Lead, mentor, and grow a team of strong full-stack and frontend engineers. Help them grow to the next level and continuously provide them opportunities to develop. Own delivery for the Experimentation App from planning through production, balancing speed with quality in a fast-paced environment. Set technical direction in partnership with your team and our statistics engineers, engaging credibly on architecture and tradeoffs. Partner with Product, Design, and customers directly to shape requirements and turn customer and sales input into roadmap. Foster a culture of fast iteration and high engineering standards through code reviews, design reviews, and blamele

The Product Solutions Architecture (PSA) team acts as a technical multiplier across Datadog. PSAs are domain experts who partner with Field teams on complex customer use cases across pre- and post-sales engagements and scale their impact by producing reusable collateral, including reference architectures, technical guides, and enablement assets. By feeding real-world customer insights back to Datadog Product teams, PSAs help influence product roadmaps while accelerating adoption, usage, and long-term customer success. Datadog's Service Management suite — spanning App Builder, Incident Management, Event Management, Workflow Automation, and On-Call — helps enterprises detect, triage, and resolve operational issues faster while automating the manual toil around incident response. As a Product Solutions Architect, you will partner closely with Datadog customers and the Service Management product team to design architectures, implement best practices, and drive adoption of App Builder, Incident Management, Event Management, Workflow Automation, and On-Call across customer environments. At Datadog, we place value in our office culture - the relationships and collaboration it builds, and the creativity it brings to the table. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them. About Ramp Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books. The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving. We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome. The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same. If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it. About the Role As the Product Manager for Tax, you will own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Ramp’s next generation of AI-powered tax products. You will build solutions to automate tax calculation, validation, and filing for our existing suite of products (card, bill pay, banking, etc), for both domestic and international use cases. You’ll also be accountable for **expanding** Stack - our agentic accounting product - into the tax automation domain, to automate the work of CPAs. You’ll partner closely with engineering, design, data, and cross-functional stakeholders (Finance, Legal, Security, CX, Sales) to build intelligent experiences that help customers save money, reduce risk, and eliminate manual work. This role blends AI-native product development (LLM-powered workflows, evaluation systems, human-in-the-loop design) and deep domain expertise in domestic/international tax and CPA’s workflows. You will define and execute a strategy that will unlock new markets for Ramp and help us save our customers even more time and money. Please note that
