NVIDIA is leading the way in groundbreaking developments in Artificial Intelligence, High Performance Computing and Visualization. The GPU, our invention, serves as the visual cortex of modern computers and is at the heart of our products and services. Our work opens up new universes to explore, enables amazing creativity and discovery, and powers what were once science fiction inventions from artificial intelligence to autonomous cars. We are the GPU Communications Libraries and Networking team at NVIDIA. We deliver libraries like NCCL, NVSHMEM, UCX for Deep Learning and HPC. We are looking for a motivated Performance engineer to influence the roadmap of our communication libraries. The DL and HPC applications of today have a huge compute demand and run on scales which go up to tens of thousands of GPUs. The GPUs are connected with high-speed interconnects (eg. NVLink, PCIe) within a node and with high-speed networking (eg. Infiniband, Ethernet) across the nodes. Communication performance between the GPUs has a direct impact on the end-to-end application performance; and the stakes are even higher at huge scales! This is an outstanding opportunity for someone with HPC and performance background to advance the state of the art in this space. Are you ready for to contribute to the development of innovative technologies and help realize NVIDIA's vision? What you will be doing: Conduct in-depth performance characterization and analysis on large multi-GPU and multi-node clusters. Study the interaction of our libraries with all HW (GPU, CPU, Networking) and SW components in the stack Evaluate proof-of-concepts, conduct trade-off analysis when multiple solutions are available Triage and root-cause performance issues reported by our customers Collect a lot of performance data; build tools and infrastructure to visualize and analyze the information <li

About Ramp Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books. The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving. We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome. The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same. If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it. About the Role Emerging Talent has changed drastically. Ramp is building it into one of the most important recruiting functions at the company: a way to meet exceptional people earlier than everyone else and turn that connection into the next generation of Ramp talent. We are looking for a true builder to lead the full Emerging Talent function. Reporting to Ramp’s Head of Talent, you will set the strategy and lead the team responsible for the internship programme, early-career recruiting, campus and community relationships, events, candidate programming and conversion of top interns into full-time employees. You will have the backing of the executive team and a real mandate to build something category-defining. What You'll Do Own the strategy, operating model and results for Ramp’s Emerging Talent function, from early identification through full-time conversion. Build a world-class internship experience, including seasonal programmes, events, programming, manager partnership and intern-to-full-time conversion. Find original ways to identify and attr
At ClickUp, we're building the future of work: the first truly converged AI workspace unifying tasks, docs, chat, calendar, and enterprise search, all supercharged by context-driven AI. We are an AI-native company. Every team member is expected to leverage AI daily, and we evaluate AI fluency as part of our hiring process. Join us and help redefine what's possible. 🚀 This role bridges infrastructure and product engineering: you'll build genuine partnerships across product, AI, and enterprise teams so that ownership is shared and velocity is never blocked by platform constraints. As Director, you'll set a forward-looking cloud vision, proactively align with stakeholders across the business, and ensure the platform scales for multi-shard, multi-region growth while meeting security and compliance commitments (SOC 2, business continuity/disaster recovery, and enterprise security frameworks). The Role: Cost Efficiency: Drive significant annual infrastructure savings by migrating data workloads to EKS and self-hosting key services such as OpenSearch. Ingress Convergence: Deprecate legacy frontend ALBs and consolidate to a single EKS-managed ALB per shard, unblocking faster deployments across the org. Coverage & Bench Depth: Eliminate single points of ownership across Networking, OpenSearch, and Terraform through cross-training and targeted hiring into coverage gaps. Stakeholder Alignment: Stand up a recurring alignment cadence with Product, AI, Enterprise, and Security so infra planning is driven by demand, not ad-hoc interrupts. Automation: Ship automated shard buildout via Backstage to remove manual toil from enterprise scaling. Reliability: Cut P0/P1 incidents attributed to Cloud Platform (DNS, ALB misconfiguration) through hardened ingress patterns and Terraform-policy guardrails, including blocking unauthenticated public endpoints. Roadmap Ownership: Deliver a roadmap covering Agent enablement, centralized IaC, and deployment rollout acceleration, tied to AI and

Launching a new motion still requires manual targeting, weeks of enablement, seller coordination, and messy measurement. Learnings live in people's heads. When something works — or stops working — the playbook doesn't change fast enough. Ramp is building the AI platform that GTM runs on — a ground-up application layer where agents handle execution, playbooks encode institutional knowledge, and every interaction feeds a learning loop that makes the system smarter each cycle. We're operating at the frontier of what agents can do in a real enterprise context, and the problems are unsolved: reliable background execution at scale, human-agent collaboration that earns trust, and feedback loops that turn raw GTM signal into a compounding organizational advantage. As a PM for Revenue, you'll own the data and execution layer that makes the GTM platform work: the scoring and routing systems that get the right accounts to the right people, the data infrastructure and acquisitions

About Production Engineering Production Engineering is Ramp's infrastructure ownership layer. We exist to make Ramp faster, more reliable, and more scalable — and we do that by being embedded in the problems, not adjacent to them. A few things that define how we operate: One team, one company, one objective. There is no "infra team" and "product team" — there is Ramp. We share the company's goals as our own. When a product team struggles with reliability or scalability, that is our struggle. If reliability or scalability is at risk, we own it. We don't wait to be invited, and we don't ask whose code it is. If a system is slow, if it breaks, if it won't scale — that's ours to lead, regardless of where it lives in the stack. We go first, and we go fast. When the path isn't obvious, we don't wait for someone else to find it. We move with urgency, propose the solution, align the stakeholders, and stay in until it's done — not until our ticket is closed. We lead the way. We find the next problem before it finds us. And when we solve it, we don't just fix
