🚀 About WRITER WRITER is where the world's leading enterprises orchestrate AI-powered work. Our vision is to expand human capacity through superintelligence. And we're proving it's possible – through powerful, trustworthy AI that unites IT and business teams together to unlock enterprise-wide transformation. With WRITER's end-to-end platform, hundreds of companies like Mars, Marriott, Uber, and Vanguard are building and deploying AI agents that are grounded in their company's data and fueled by WRITER's enterprise-grade LLMs. Valued at $1.9B and backed by industry-leading investors including Premji Invest, Radical Ventures, and ICONIQ Growth, WRITER is rapidly cementing its position as the leader in enterprise generative AI. Founded in 2020 with office hubs in San Francisco, New York City, Seattle, Austin, Chicago, and London, our team thinks big and moves fast, and we're looking for smart, hardworking builders and scalers to join us on our journey to create a better future of work with AI. 📐 About the role In an AI-native environment, the product shifts fast, new workflows emerge weekly, and customers and internal teams surface needs in real time. Someone has to meet those needs at the speed they arise. That's this role. As a lead learning experience designer, you'll own a fast-paced, high-volume learning design track focused on short, targeted, just-in-time courses — typically 15–45 minutes each, built in sprints of three weeks or less, shipping roughly 15+ courses per year. You'll build focused one-off courses that plug specific gaps: a new workflow, a role-specific skill, a tool that just shipped, an AI topic that can't wait for the next curriculum cycle. These courses are standalone, purpose-built, and often shorter-lived — responding to the moment. You'll work both proactively (scanning for emerging needs) and reactively (fielding requests from across the company and from customers). The pace is fast, the iteration cycles are tight, and the environment is dy

About the Team The Growth Platforms team builds the systems and operating foundations that help OpenAI grow responsibly. We partner across the product portfolio to connect customer signals, identity and consent, campaign workflows, measurement, and product experiences into an AI-enabled growth engine. Our work helps teams launch, learn, and scale with a high bar for data quality, privacy, reliability, and customer trust. About the Role We’re looking for an experienced marketing technology and operations leader to drive cross-functional work at the intersection of growth, measurement, data, and automation. Your mission will be to turn fragmented tools, signals, and workflows into reliable, measurable, AI-enabled capabilities that teams can use safely at scale. You’ll work across Growth, Marketing Operations, Product, Engineering, Data Engineering, Data Science, Security, Privacy, Legal, and Revenue Operations, as well as external advertising platforms, measurement providers, and implementation partners. You’ll translate business requirements and privacy constraints into data contracts, integration designs, rollout plans, and reliable first-party data systems. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who brings structure to ambiguity and moves from event schemas, APIs, and data quality assurance to operating cadences, partner enablement, and executive updates. This role is based in San Francisco or New York City with a hybrid office expectation. In this role, you will: Own the operating model for Growth’s marketing technology stack across identity, consent, audiences, activation, measurement, and experimentation. Own and operate the complete paid-media tracking and measurement system, including website pixels, server-to-server conversion events, mobile measurement integrations, identity and consent controls, attribution methods, and timely signal delivery to advertising platforms. About the Team OpenAI’s mission is to ensure that general-purpose artificial intelligence benefits all of humanity. The Design Systems team creates the foundations that help teams across OpenAI build coherent, high-quality experiences at scale. Accessibility is fundamental to that work. We’re building the shared standards, components, tools, and practices that make inclusive experiences the default across OpenAI’s products and platforms. About the Role In this role, you’ll lead OpenAI’s company-wide accessibility program from within Design Foundations. You’ll pair strategy and organizational influence with hands-on product design—advocating for disabled people, removing barriers across complete customer journeys, and establishing durable ownership throughout the company. This is an opportunity to define accessibility for a new generation of products spanning web, mobile, desktop, voice, AI, and hardware. You’ll help teams consider the many ways people perceive, understand, navigate, and interact with technology, going beyond minimum compliance to create experiences that are genuinely useful and inclusive. Working across design, engineering, research, product, go-to-market, and legal, you’ll make accessibility an expected part of product quality—not a final review or the responsibility of a single expert. This role is based in our San Francisco HQ. We offer relocation assistance to new employees. In this role you will: Define OpenAI’s accessibility strategy, roadmap, governance, priorities, and measures of progress. Design and ship accessible experiences while identifying systemic barriers across complete customer journeys. Build accessibility into our design system through inclusive components, tokens, interaction patterns, Figma libraries, documentation, and engineering guardrails. Center disabled people through participatory research, usability studies, and assistive-technology testing rather than relying solely on assumptions, simulations, or automated tools. Des

About the Team OpenAI's data and storage infrastructure spans data platforms, online databases, and file/object storage. These systems underpin data ingestion and processing, durable persistence, indexing and retrieval, and product file experiences. As frontier models and agents evolve how they use memory, history and snapshots, the underlying architecture increasingly shapes the capabilities products can deliver—and their latency, reliability, cost and efficiency. About the Role We are looking for a technically deep TPM to independently define and lead multiple programs across data platforms, online databases and storage infrastructure. You will connect model, product and data-consumer requirements to architecture, and work with the relevant engineering teams to take new capabilities through production adoption and repeatable expansion. The design scope is exabyte-scale storage and infrastructure spanning multiple millions of CPU cores. The challenge is not simply forecasting more resources: it is making complete, workload-ready capacity repeatable, with a clear path from product requirements through architecture, deployment and validation. A data pipeline, database query, file operation or execution snapshot can affect whether a product or agent succeeds; you will connect those outcomes to the systems underneath. This role is based in San Francisco, CA. We use a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week and offer relocation assistance to new employees. In this role, you will: Translate model, product and data-platform needs into precise access patterns, consistency, durability, freshness, availability and scalability requirements. Connect memory, history, retrieval and resumable work to capability and end-to-end latency. Partner with engineering to transform data and storage architecture into repeatable scale units: standardized provisioning, placement, routing, data movement and readiness checks that bring storage, compute and networking online together.
