VTS is seeking a Senior Manager, Solutions Consultant - Activate to assist and translate new business opportunity into a successful deployment plan across VTS Activate - the platform that extends VTS into building operations and the tenant experience, including access control, visitor management, work orders, and building services. This role sits at the intersection of sales, solution design, and implementation readiness. Once an opportunity is qualified, the Solutions Consultant becomes the solutions expert alongside the Account Executive - translating a customer’s needs into a tailored Activate solution and, once the deal is won, into a complete solution design and implementation plan that hands off cleanly to the Implementation team. You will work predominantly through our major channel partners to start, expanding to the direct channel and other commercial clients over time, and partner closely with our Senior Technical Solutions Consultant, whose deep access-control expertise verifies and completes the solution you design. Unlike a traditional pre-sales engineer focused only on the demonstration, or an implementation manager focused only on delivery, this position helps manage the full arc of solution implementation preparedness - from qualified opportunity, through solution design, to a clean handoff to implementation, with continued check-ins through launch. It carries deep product ownership of the Activate feature set, with particular emphasis on Access Control and Visitor Management. This is a highly visible, senior individual-contributor role based in our New York office. ** Please note that this opportunity requires this hire to work from our NYC office four days a week. ** Here’s what you can expect as a Senior Manager, Solutions Consultant Partner with the Account Executive as the Activate solutions expert from the moment an opportunity is qualified Develop expert-level command of the Activate feature set and tailor product messaging and demonstra

At VTS, you’ll join a high-impact, AI-augmented CS team that’s rethinking how modern enterprise client success is executed. You will: Build Elite Partnerships: Establish deep, "trusted advisor" relationships with executive sponsors, asset managers, and senior decision-makers across the country, aligning VTS with their ultimate macroeconomic business goals. Drive Strategic Value Realization: Move far beyond simple onboarding; you will serve as a core change leader, proactively identifying workflow gaps and challenging enterprise clients when necessary to maximize their ROI. Command Retention: Partner hand-in-hand with Sales and senior leadership to lease Executive Business Reviews (EBRs), dictate retention strategies, and identify expansion and upsell opportunities. As a Senior Technical Solutions Consultant , you will be the principal technical liaison between our product, sales, and customer success teams. You will provide tailored solutions for clients in the commercial real estate sector, specifically focusing on the complex VTS Activate product landscape (including Activate, Activate Workplace, Activate Multifamily, CBRE Host, and CBRE Host Building) . Your unique combination of property management experience and deep technical proficiency will help ensure that our clients maximize the value of our software. ** Please note that this opportunity is located in New York, NY, and requires this hire to work from our office 4 days a week. ** What Makes This Job Awesome? VTS runs a complex, high-volume revenue motion — Salesforce CPQ feeding NetSuite via middleware, with mid-contract amendments involving upsells, cross-sells, volume changes, downgrades, and product churn happening continuously. The integration layer that connects these systems is functional but manual-heavy, underdocumented, and not built to scale. Furthermore, our CRM and CPQ system requires customization in order to optimize deal workflows to ensure accuracy and timely contract execution. This is not a Salesforce admin role with a developer title. We need someone who writes clean Apex, understands how CPQ order data needs to land in an ERP, knows what good middleware design looks like, and treats release management as a professional discipline — not an afterthought. Alongside our RevOps system team and Salesforce Architect, you'll work closely with our Finance and Sales teams. You will be one of the internal technical voice that evaluates and challenges what those partners propose — knowing when to push back when something is wrong. ** Please note that this opportunity is located in New York, NY, and requires this hire to work from our office 4 days a week. ** What you can expect as a Senior Salesforce & Integration Engineer: Salesforce / CPQ Own the technical customization and development of Salesforce — LWCs, Apex classes/triggers etc along with flows Manage the scaling of custom objects that drive pre/post sales teams in meeting customer needs and internal workflow management Write and maintain Apex triggers, classes, and flows that support Salesforce and CPQ business logic — with test classes that hit 90%+ coverage as a floor, not a ceiling Integration Architecture & Development Partner with third-party implementation firms on the integration build and growth connecting Salesforce CPQ to NetSuite — be the internal technical reviewer, not just the observer Own the internal integration layer as it matures: field
