Acting as a trusted advisor to senior executives (SVPs, VPs, and portfolio leaders), the role translates transformation strategy into scalable execution by diagnosing portfolio delivery challenges, guiding organizational design, and improving alignment, flow, and value delivery. As a Senior Portfolio Enablement Lead, you will: Partner with portfolio and organization leadership to develop and enable portfolio, aligned to enterprise portfolio operations to achieve portfolio initiatives their outcomes. Perform quantitative and qualitative assessments, including stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments, to develop data-driven change strategies for key stakeholder groups.
