Position Summary The Supplemental Benefits and Directed Spend Team is one of the fastest-growing business units across CVS, operating at the intersection of retail and healthcare. This role will own and drive key engagement and activation strategies, translating business priorities into scalable, high-impact member experiences. The Senior Manager will operate with a high degree of autonomy, leading end-to-end execution of engagement initiatives, identifying opportunities to improve performance, and influencing cross-functional partners to deliver results. This role is accountable for driving measurable outcomes across activation, engagement, and program adoption, while helping shape the roadmap and long-term engagement strategy.
