At Vanta, our mission is to help businesses earn and prove trust. We believe that security should be monitored and verified continuously, and we empower companies to practice better security and prove it with ease. Vanta has a kind and talented team, and while some have prior security experience, many have been successful at Vanta without it. You will build the operating system for EPD — the systems, agents, and practices that make engineering, product, and design unreasonably effective at delivery, with Jira as the substrate. The EPD Systems team is building the infrastructure Vanta's engineering, product, and design organization depends on to understand itself and operate well. We're constructing three interlocking layers: sources of truth at the foundation, a shared interpretive layer that reasons across all of them, and the operating system that makes the work itself legible. This role owns the operating system. This is not a traditional PMO or status-reporting role. You build — agents, automation, workflow design, and the practices that make teams want to use the system rather than route around it. What you’ll do as a Senior Systems Designer at Vanta: Design and own workflow and hierarchy across engineering, product, and design in Jira Make sure Jira reflects real practice, and real practice reflects what needs to show up in Jira — in both directions Build the agents and automation that run the system yourself, with AI as part of how you work Drive adoption: go to the teams whose practice doesn't match the substrate today and change that — through conversation, well-built artifacts, or clear instruction that works without you in the room Understand delivery breakdowns at the mechanism level and build fixes that address the root cause, not the symptom Build alongside teammates who are growing into more technical work — raise their ceiling, not just your own output How to be successful in this role: You build and ship, recently, with AI as part of how you work. Vanta has a kind and talented team, and while some have prior security experience, many have been successful at Vanta without it. ABOUT THE TEAM At Mural, we're changing how teams collaborate, think, and make decisions together. The Growth & Engagement team owns the experiences that turn a single-player tool into a multiplayer habit: the loops that bring people back, help them find their work, and pull their colleagues into a mural. Mural's self-serve growth runs through these experiences, and engagement and retention are central to how the business grows. YOUR MISSION As Senior Product Manager, Growth & Engagement, you will own the end-to-end self-serve experience, from a user's first touch through activation, return usage, and conversion to paid. You will treat the full funnel as one system: acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, sharing, and monetization. You will run a high-tempo experimentation practice, partner deeply across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and Sales, and make the calls that turn occasional users into teams that rely on Mural every week. This is a role for someone who wants to own real growth outcomes, not just ship features. You will own the surfaces that decide whether Mural's self-serve engine grows. Engagement and retention here move the business directly, and you will own the full loop across growth and engagement rather than a narrow slice of it. You’ll have a rare end-to-end view of the funnel, from acquisition through in-product engagement. You will work alongside thoughtful product, design, and engineering partners who care about craft and impact. WHAT YOU'LL DO Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for the self-serve growth and engagement experience, from first touch through activation and return usage Build and optimize the invite, sharing, and join experience Drive activation and retention by improving the moments that bring people back: home and dashboard, notifications, search, rooms and folders, comments, and more Partner closely with Marketing to connect acquisition and re-engagement with in-product activation across

Datadog is entering a new chapter in how our product looks, feels and operates. We're building a small, high-leverage Design Lab team to define that evolution, and we're looking for a Senior Staff Visual Designer to author it. Our design system powers everything we ship. Now we're ready to evolve it. As Datadog expands into AI-driven experiences and more complex product surfaces, the visual language needs to grow with it. This is the role that decides what that language is — someone with taste, judgment, and the confidence to set a direction and defend it. At Datadog, we place value in our office culture - the relationships and collaboration it builds and the creativity it brings to the table. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them. What You'll Do Define and evolve Datadog’s visual language across product surfaces. Lead exploratory and concept work, creating a range of distinct visual directions for the next generation of the product. Synthesize product context, research, references, and stakeholder input into clear visual principles and a coherent point of view. Establish the quality bar for typography, color, composition, iconography, imagery, motion, and visual expression across the platform. Create high-fidelity product exemplars and prototypes that make an emerging direction tangible. Partner deeply with Brand, Product Design, Motion, and Design Systems to test and refine the direction across different surfaces. Influence executives and senior stakeholders through clear, persuasive visual storytelling. Guide and critique the work of other designers, helping the visual direction remain coherent as it evolves. Help shape how visual exploration, critique, and craft are integrated into Datadog’s design process. You will report directly to the Design Director and work as part of a small, focused team defining the future state before it scales across hundreds of designers and engineers. Who Yo
