SUMMARY STATEMENT We are looking for a Solution Architect to design the technical solutions behind our client engagements and give delivery teams a clear, workable path from concept to production. You will work across enterprise data, software applications and GenAI - translating complex business problems into practical architectures that delivery teams can build and scale. This could include architecting an agentic workflow for clinical operations, a conversational analytics product grounded in enterprise data, or an AI-enabled decision platform for commercial teams. You will work directly with clients, define the architecture, test the most important technical decisions yourself and establish the foundations for successful delivery. This is an architecture-first role with meaningful hands-on engineering: you will stay close enough to implementation to prove the architecture works and support it through production delivery, without becoming the primary engineer for every component. You will also help shape the reusable patterns, technical standards and accelerators behind Lynx’s growing AI-native life sciences practice. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Solution Architecture Own the end-to-end solution architecture for client engagements, including data models, system design, integration patterns and technology choices. Translate business requirements into clear technical designs and implementation paths that delivery teams can build from. Design solutions spanning enterprise data, APIs, applications, cloud platforms and GenAI capabilities. Lead technical discovery with clients: understand requirements, assess existing systems and identify dependencies, constraints and delivery risks. Present architectural options and trade-offs clearly to technical teams, business stakeholders and senior leaders. Make pragmatic decisions across build speed, cost, scalability, security and maintainability. Review key implementation decisions and remain

Datadog's Finance team collaborates with teams across the organization, providing commercial, operational and analytical support to ensure that Datadog's business continues to scale rapidly and efficiently. The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team analyzes company financial data (revenue, customers, headcount, expenses, etc.) in order to support the business’ growth and success. As an analyst supporting the team, you will play a key role in delivering insights through the management of essential data infrastructure, including our financial planning tool, Pigment. Your role will be highly cross-functional, leveraging systems and data to unlock analytical capabilities for both FP&A and business leaders. Your role is critical in synthesizing information from across the organization to foster operational alignment and support informed strategic decisions. At Datadog, we place value in our office culture - the relationships and collaboration it builds and the creativity it brings to the table. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them. What You’ll Do: Own the team’s forecasting and reporting software, Pigment, supporting data-driven insights through the development of dashboards and KPIs, both for standard FP&A reports and ad hoc projects Work cross-functionally with FP&A leaders to improve existing datasets and models Ensure data and system best practices in processes across the organization, including during planning and reporting cycles Represent FP&A in the data & analytics community, collaborating with analytics partners across the organization to democratize data and share insights Work on strategic projects and initiatives for senior management, assessing various business opportunities and proposing solutions Support Datadog’s data-based decision making and continued efficient growth Who You Are: 2+ years of professional experience in FP&A, Data Analy
Business Systems drives efficiency across Datadog through business process analysis, systems automation and integrations, AI agent and MCP development, and vendor/software review. The team is increasingly embedded in cross-functional initiatives across People, Finance, GTM , Legal, Recruiting, and Technical Solutions — translating ambiguous business problems into scoped, buildable solutions and owning delivery end-to-end. This is not a generalist BSA role. Each Senior BSA will own a cluster of business functions end-to-end, acting as an internal product manager for their domain rather than processing inbound requests reactively. There are two openings, each covering a different domain: People, Recruiting, Legal or Finance, GTM, Procurement As the role evolves alongside AI, Senior BSAs leverage agentic tools for data aggregation and context gathering while remaining the critical human-in-the-loop layer — owning business context and product outlook, validating use cases, managing stakeholder relationships, and making the judgment calls agents can't. At Datadog, we place value in our office culture - the relationships that it builds, the creativity it brings to the table, and the collaboration of being together. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our employees can create a work-life harmony that best fits them. What You’ll Do: Discovery and scoping: Translate ambiguous asks from business stakeholders into well-defined requirements that Business Systems Engineers can build against. Many stakeholders don't know what they want or the cross-functional impact of what they're asking for — you surface both before engineering begins. Cross-functional visibility: Identify dependencies, downstream impacts, and integration considerations that requesting teams miss. Proactive opportunity identification: Develop deep domain knowledge to identify automation and AI opportunities before they become inbound requests, shifting the team from reactive in

About Datadog: We're on a mission to build the best platform in the world for engineers to understand and scale their systems, applications, and teams. We operate at high scale—trillions of data points per day—providing always-on alerting, metrics visualization, logs, and application tracing for tens of thousands of companies. Our engineering culture values pragmatism, honesty, and simplicity to solve hard problems the right way. The Opportunity: Datadog’s Senior Staff Engineers are technical leaders operating at the forefront of large-scale systems design, building the infrastructure that will support our next five years of growth and beyond. They do this in three major ways: As individual contributors, they bring world-class technical depth to build industry-leading systems in areas such as observability data platforms, distributed query engines, and real-time event streaming at global scale. As technical leaders, they apply broad architectural perspective and deep systems thinking to align design decisions across teams and domains. They work across complex, multi-team problem spaces to define long-term technical direction, drive large-scale initiatives forward, and ensure consistent execution. As engineering stewards, they play a key role in evolving our systems and engineering culture. They actively participate in Datadog’s senior technical community, bringing external insights and internal experience to elevate engineering standards and mentor the next generation of technical leaders. Examples of projects a Senior Staff Engineer may lead include designing and launching a new distributed data storage engine capable of handling hundreds of millions of records per second, building the real-time infrastructure behind a new observability product, or re-architecting a core service to support exponential growth in throughput and complexity. What You’ll Do: Be the technical owner of multiple critical systems or architecture areas, often spanning several t

Our engineering culture values pragmatism, honesty, and simplicity to solve hard problems the right way. The Opportunity We are looking for an experienced software engineer to join our CI/CD Security Team within our SDLC Security organization. We work at the intersection of security and engineering infrastructure to secure Datadog's continuous integration and continuous delivery systems. Our responsibilities include hardening pipelines, protecting credentials, and enforcing tightly scoped access controls. We also develop authorization and verification mechanisms to ensure that only trusted code and approved processes can reach production. In this role, you will shape and build a new security layer for our CI/CD infrastructure and drive its adoption across the engineering organization. You will solve challenging systems problems around trusted build provenance, secure secret delivery, and real-time policy enforcement at high throughput. The work sits directly in the critical path of software delivery, where strong security guarantees have to coexist with low latency, high reliability, and a seamless developer experience. You’ll join at an ideal time to make a big impact, as the need for robust software supply chain security is higher than ever. Datadog is growing rapidly, and AI-assisted development is increasing both the pace of software delivery and the amount of activity flowing through our CI/CD systems. Securing that scale without slowing engineers down requires strong software engineering fundamentals, thoughtful automation, and security controls designed to operate reliably at high throughput.
