Remotely supporting global service centers through install and setup of fixtures, downloading software from intranet locations. Coordinating global training with local training team to coincide with delivery of fixtures. Working with Advanced Service Engineers to create Service Launch Kits and HTS code documents for new products. Maintaining service launch kit order forms for existing products as fixtures are revised, or update fixture cost estimates periodically. What you need Required High School Diploma or GED Three (3) years’ relevant work experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Must have ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs.
