Datadog is looking for a Social Media Manager to advance our social media program. This role sits at the intersection of content creation, strategy, and corporate communications — owning the day-to-day execution of Datadog's social presence while helping shape how social supports our broader comms and marketing mission. You'll report to our Senior Group Manager of Corporate Communications, while working in close partnership with the Senior Social Media Manager and the rest of the Corporate Communications team. This is a role for someone who is equal parts creative and analytical: you can write a scroll-stopping post and explain exactly why it worked. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them. What You’ll Do: Manage the content calendar and day-to-day execution across social channels, including Instagram, LinkedIn, and X. Develop and execute social communication plans for product announcements, launches, global events, and other key company initiatives in partnership with communications, marketing, and cross-functional teams. Create and manage social content and programs that showcase Datadog, including employee advocacy initiatives, internal and external newsletters, and content supporting sponsored and Datadog-hosted events. Monitor social channels and engage with relevant conversations, identifying cultural moments and routing mentions that require broader support to the appropriate internal teams. Analyze social performance and translate results into actionable insights and reporting for executives and cross-functional stakeholders. Partner with the Senior Social Media Manager and larger Corporate Communications team to continually refine Datadog’s social strategy, processes, and approach to audience engagement. Reports to: Head of Developer Growth · New York, NY NOTE: This is not a traditional marketing role, it's a growth role that reports into the Product org. We're hiring someone to build our developer audience the way the best consumer brands build audiences, with a real voice, a point of view, and the speed to act on both. You'll own where and how we show up in the places developers actually spend time, run our developer social channels, expand into new ones, and build the tooling and measurement behind it. This is a builder role, not simply a coordination role. What You'll Do: Own the voice, editorial standard, and publishing cadence for Datadog's developer channels (@datadogdevs on X, Datadog Developers on LinkedIn) Treat replies as a primary surface. The best accounts win in the mentions, not the feed Expand into the places developers actually spend time: Reddit, YouTube, Discord, Bluesky, dev.to, Hacker News, and whatever you make the case for. Always openly as Datadog — developers catch anything else immediately, and you only get caught once Turn shipped engineering work into things people want to read and watch. Releases, changelogs, war stories, the occasional postmortem that deserves a wider audience Build the attribution model connecting what you publish to trials and signups. Nobody is handing you this one Run real experiments: a hypothesis, a readout, and the willingness to kill something publicly when it doesn't work Lead the developer content engine around events Get other people posting — Datadog engineers under their own names, and developers outside the company who already like us and could use the support Track what developers are saying about us and our competitors, and route it back to product and growth Who You Are: You've grown an audience from a small number to a large one You can point to outcomes your content moved, not just reach You're a strong writer with a distinctive voice, and you know the difference between writing about an audience and

We’re looking for a Social Media Lead — someone who’s plugged into the conversation at a level that goes beyond posting. Someone who understands that the debate happening right now around AI and human creativity is one of the most consequential of our time, and who wants to be an active voice in shaping it. What we're building Mutiny is the self-improving AI infrastructure for GTM teams to execute faster and close more revenue. Our ambition is to do for revenue velocity what Cursor and Claude Code did for engineering velocity. With Mutiny, everyone in sales and marketing gets a bench of GTM athletes that handle any work across their revenue motion and learn from what's actually moved their deals. In April we re-launched the product as an agent-first platform. Anthropic showcased us as a leader in AI GTM. MRR is growing more than 70% month-over-month, with customers like Uber, Rippling, and Snowflake. We're backed by Sequoia, YC, and Insight, and we're building a generational company. The Opportunity Most brands hire creators to make content. We're hiring one to define how Mutiny shows up in the world. As our social media creator, you'll own the brand voice across every channel, build the AI workflows that let you move at the speed of culture, and place the bets other B2B brands are too scared to take. You'll partner with the founders to turn a fast-growing AI company into one people actually want to follow. What You'll Own The numbers. Brand awareness, impressions, and sign-ups from the social channels you own. The creative bar. Be the person whose work everyone secretly screenshots. Turn raw ideas from founders, product, and customers into content with a point of view so strong it travels on its own. Our social presence. Own how Mutiny shows up across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and TikTok. Grow what's working, launch what isn't there yet. The AI workflow. Build agent pipelines that turn one podcast into a week of content. Train voice models so drafts sound like us. Run evals so the stack gets sharper every week. Brand campaigns. Read the room, read the data, then make the call. Place the swings other brands are too scared to take, and know exactly why they worked when they do. Product marketing media. Content that helps people understand what we do and how our product work
