This is Customer Education, not in-house enablement. You'll be joining a team of instructional designers who collectively own the part of the pipeline where quality is actually decided: needs analysis and learning design . You'll carry your own portfolio of work end-to-end — figuring out what learners genuinely need, deciding what to build (and what not to), and producing design blueprints sharp enough that our Knowledge & Enablement Specialists can develop and publish them without needing to guess. Drata is building the trust layer between great companies - automating compliance, managing risk, and helping organizations prove trust continuously as they scale. We're Dratanauts: a global crew of 600+ professionals united by a culture that rewards integrity, ownership, and raising the bar, no matter where in the world we're working from. Why Join the Drata Team? At Drata, you're not maintaining legacy compliance software - you're building the agentic AI platform defining what trust looks like for the next generation of companies. Here's what makes the work itself worth showing up for: Problems without a playbook: You'll work at the edge of AI and security, building agentic governance, continuous compliance, and real-time trust verification to solve problems that don't have an established answer yet. You're writing it as you go. Real ownership, not just process: Our values center on owning outcomes and raising the bar, not checking boxes. You're expected to have opinions and back them. A seat at the table: Your perspective is unique and valued. Open debate and diverse viewpoints are built into how decisions actually get made here, at every level. Growth at rocketship speed: Drata is scaling fast, which means scope grows fast too. High performers get more ownership, visibility, and experience. A crew, not just coworkers: Dratanauts consistently describe a "come as you are" culture with sharp, curious people—the kind of team that makes hard problems genuinely fun to solve. See what they say here and follow us on LinkedIn for company news, employee stories, and career updates. Job Summary: As Drata scales, we want our security and GRC leadership to be able to meet our customers’ needs in more places at once—in strategic customer conversations, on stage at industry events, and in the broader conversations happening across our security and GRC communities. We’re looking for a Field Chief Information Security Officer to join Drata’s Security & GRC organization, repo
The Role We are hiring a Head of Field and Events to own how Coder wins in person. This is one of three pillars in our marketing strategy, where brand, narrative, and pipeline meet the customer face to face. This is a player-coach role. You will set the strategy for our field and events program and run it with your own hands. You will pick the events that matter, design the experiences around them, and make sure every dollar and every hour on the ground turns into pipeline. Early on you will do much of the execution yourself. As the program proves out, you will build and lead the team behind it. You will report to the CMO and work shoulder to shoulder with sales, demand generation, product marketing, and partnerships. If you like owning a number, being close to customers, and turning a room into revenue, this is your seat. What You Will Own Strategy and planning. Set the field and events strategy tied to pipeline and revenue targets, and own the calendar across conferences, regional programs, and owned events. Third-party events. Choose the right conferences and trade shows, negotiate sponsorships, design the booth and on-site experience, and run flawless execution from load-in to follow-up. Owned events. Build and run Coder's own moments: executive dinners, roadshows, user groups, hackathons, and hands-on workshops that put the product in front of the right people. Field marketing. Design regional field programs with sales that generate and accelerate pipeline in priority markets and named accounts. Pipeline and ROI. Own the number for events-sourced and events-influenced pipeline. Set targets, track spend, and report ROI in a way the whole company can see. Lead flow. Build the lead capture and follow-up motion so no lead falls through. Partner with demand gen and sales ops on routing, qualification, and speed to first touch. Message on the ground. Work with product marketing to make sure the story on stage, at the booth, and in the room is sharp and consistent wit
At Vanta, our mission is to help businesses earn and prove trust. We believe that security should be monitored and verified continuously, and we empower companies to practice better security and prove it with ease. Vanta has a kind and talented team, and while some have prior security experience, many have been successful at Vanta without it. As the Vice President, Professional Services, Customer Success & Support at Vanta, you will lead our existing Customer Success and Support organizations and build Vanta’s Professional Services function from the ground up. You will refine and define the delivery model, team, service offerings, and standards that accelerate customer time-to-value across every segment we serve. Vanta's mission is to help businesses earn and prove trust. We help companies automate compliance, security, and risk management so they can move fast without sacrificing trust. Our GTM organization is at the center of that mission, bringing Vanta's agentic trust platform to companies at every stage of growth, from early stage startups to global enterprises. This VP will own the end-to-end delivery of implementation and consultative engagements that drive measurable outcomes for our customers, as well as ongoing account health, retention, and support across the customer lifecycle. This function will be a key driver of onboarding quality and long-term retention. You will own the combined Professional Services, Customer Success, and Support P&L, retention, support quality metrics, and services margin. Working in close partnership with our Channel & Alliances team, you will also help equip and enable Vanta's partner ecosystem, acting as a bridge between Vanta's delivery standards and partner-led engagements to drive mutual customer success. What you'll do as a Vice President, Professional Services, Customer Success & Su
