What You’ll Do Business Development & Retention: Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies to engage the existing book of business for client retention, while proactively building relationships with prospective clients and key centers of influence to drive new-to-bank growth. Loan Structuring & Analysis: Pull and analyze credit reports, review income/asset documentation, and assist MLOs in determining the optimal loan structure for clients. Pipeline Management: Run Desktop Underwriter (DU), stack files for submission, and proactively request/clear underwriting conditions to ensure "on-time" closings.
