About Sentry Software runs the world and the pace is faster than ever. Sentry helps developers fix errors and performance issues before users notice, so teams can spend less time firefighting and more time building. Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future. About the Role Sentry already has a startup program: credits, partner deals with YC and a16z, a landing page with a terminal theme that developers actually think is cool. What we don't have is someone whose full-time job is making this program a real growth engine. That's this role. You'll own startup marketing end-to-end: the partner ecosystem, the community presence, the acquisition programs, the brand in rooms full of founders and early engineers. You'll take what exists today and turn it into something that makes Sentry the default monitoring choice for every new company shipping code. This role reports to the Head of Enterprise Marketing (yes, we get how this can be confusing, but she’s pretty cool) and works across Growth, Product Marketing, and DevEx. You'll have real autonomy to shape the strategy and build programs from scratch – but you'll also need to execute quickly, (kind of – we can explain more) measure what works, and kill what doesn't. In this role you will Build and scale startup partnerships. Expand relationships with accelerators, incubators, VC platforms, and startup deal aggregators. Make Sentry's credits program a no-brainer inclusion in every startup perks stack. Own the startup acquisition funnel. Design programs that move early-stage companies from free plan → credits program → paid customers → expansion. Instrument everything so we know where the pipeline is and where it leaks. Be Sentry's face in the startup ecosystem. Show up at demo days, founder events, and SF tech week. Build relationships with the people building the next generation of companies. Not because it's a line item, but because you'

This role is designed for marketers who thrive in dynamic environments, are passionate about building genuine customer relationships, and know how to turn great stories into compelling, data-driven programs. About the Role We're looking for a Director of GTM Strategy and Operations to be the operational engine behind our go-to-market team. We know our market — now we need to win it faster. This role is about building the infrastructure, automation, and analytics that compress our sales cycle, increase pipeline velocity, and give leadership the visibility to forecast with confidence. You'll sit at the intersection of sales operations, marketing operations, and revenue intelligence — owning the systems, data, and workflows that turn our GTM strategy into repeatable, measurable execution. This is not a "keep the lights on" role. You'll identify gaps, design solutions, and drive adoption across the team. What You'll Do Revenue Operations & Automation Own and evolve the GTM tech stack — Salesforce, HubSpot, and the surrounding ecosystem — ensuring clean data flow, tight integrations, and minimal manual work Design and implement automation across the funnel: lead routing, handoff workflows, enrichment pipelines, follow-up sequences, and deal stage triggers Build and maintain integrations between revenue tools (CRM, MAP, sequencing platforms, data enrichment, BI) so teams operate from a single source of truth Identify and eliminate process friction that slows deals down — from first touch through closed-won Partner with technical resources to architect scalable RevOps infrastructure; you set the strategy and requirements, others execute the builds Sales Operations & Cycle Optimization Operationalize the sales process — MEDDPICC adoption, stage exit criteria, deal inspection frameworks — so reps are consistent and managers have real visibility Build and maintain pipeline management cadences: weekly reviews, deal health scoring, and escalation triggers that surface risk early Analyze sales cycle data to identify where deals stall, drop, or slow — then build fixes into the process and tooling Partner with Sales leadership on territory management, quota modeling, and capac

Dialpad is backed by Andreessen Horowitz, GV, ICONIQ Capital, and T-Mobile. Being a Dialer At Dialpad, AI isn’t just a feature; it’s how our teams do their best work every day. We put powerful AI tools in every employee’s hands so they can move faster, think bigger, and achieve more. We believe every conversation matters. And we’ve built the platform that turns those conversations into insight and action, for our customers and ourselves. We look for people who are intensely curious and hold themselves to a high bar. Our ambition is significant, and achieving it requires a team that operates at the highest level. We seek individuals who embody our core traits: Scrappy, Curious, Optimistic, Persistent, and Empathetic . Your role You will lead the Financial Services and Insurance industry strategy and business growth agenda, defining how the organization serves banks, credit unions, fintechs, payments companies, wealth firms, and insurers through industry-specific customer experience automation, cloud modernization, AI, and workflow orchestrati
What we're building Mutiny is the self-improving AI infrastructure for GTM teams to execute faster and close more revenue. Our ambition is to do for revenue velocity what Cursor and Claude Code did for engineering velocity. With Mutiny, everyone in sales and marketing gets a bench of GTM athletes that handle any work across their revenue motion and learn from what's actually moved their deals. In April we re-launched the product as an agent-first platform. Anthropic showcased us as a leader in AI GTM. MRR is growing more than 70% month-over-month, with customers like Uber, Rippling, and Snowflake. We're backed by Sequoia, YC, and Insight, and we're building a generational company. The opportunity Most CS roles are graded on how few problems the customer has. You'll be graded on how much they grow. As a growth strategist at Mutiny, you'll own a book of managed accounts and become the reason teams at customers like Rippling, Uber, and Snowflake get more out of AI than their peers. CS isn't a support function here. It's how we turn early traction into the customer base that defines a category. You'll build the playbooks as you go and shape what customer success looks like at an AI-native company from the ground up. This role is in person in New York City, five days a week. What you'll own Your book. Onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion across your managed accounts. Every customer outcome runs through you. Customer expertise. Become the expert on how each customer's business works and where Mutiny fits in. Translate that into "aha" moments that move their roadmap. The AI motion. Teach customers how to use our agent-first platform to create assets that actually move the needle for their sales and marketing teams. Their team uses Mutiny because you made it obvious how. EBRs that move things. Run business reviews that tell a real story and drive action. Follow-ups that are crisp and lead somewhere. Renewals and expansion. Build the case six months before it comes

The opportunity The best CEOs don't scale alone. As Executive Assistant to our CEO, Jaleh, your job is to scale her time and energy across every Mutineer, customer, and investor she touches. This is the traditional EA role and then well past it: you'll manage the calendar, inbox, and travel, but you'll also spot trends, build the processes and communication systems that make her better at her job, and act as her voice when it counts. You'll run the physical and social heartbeat of the company too, from the office to the events that keep a fast-growing team connected. Do this well and you become the person Jaleh and the whole company can't imagine operating without. What you'll own Jaleh's time. Calendar, email, travel, expenses, and event coordination. Be the trusted partner who responds fast and resolves every internal request before it becomes a problem. The inbox, in her voice. Build playbooks for processing email on Jaleh's behalf and route only what truly needs her. This takes sharp judgment, strong writing, and a real feel for how she thinks and how the company works. The calendar as strategy. Work with Jaleh each quarter to shape a calendar that reflects her actual priorities. Help Mutineers show up with the right pre-reads and prep so every meeting earns its place. Playbooks and pr
