Datadog's Technical Solutions (TS) organization is one of the largest organizations in the company — spanning Sales Engineers, Technical Account Managers, Enterprise Customer Success Managers, Technical Support Engineers, and Solutions Architects who work with prospects and customers across every stage of their journey with Datadog. Technical Solutions Operations (TSO) exists to make that organization faster, smarter, and more scalable. We build the systems, analytics & programs that give TS teams more leverage — and we measure our success by the business outcomes we drive, not the projects we complete. The programs this team runs touch every function in TS, and the operating model you build will define how that scales. We're looking for a Director of Technical Program Management to lead the TSO Program Management team. Your counterparts are leaders overseeing hundreds of customer-facing technical professionals, and your role is to successfully interface with each organization with proactive solutions on how your team can help them be more effective. This is a rare opportunity to lead a function where the output isn't a deliverable, it's organizational capability. If you want to build something that compounds across an entire organization, this is the role. At Datadog, we place value in our office culture - the relationships and collaboration it builds and the creativity it brings to the table. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them. What You’ll Do Run the PMO as a business impact function. Own the PMO operating model end-to-end, including intake, prioritization, scoping, execution, and impact measurement — with every program directly linked to measurable bu

About the role We’re looking for a structured finance professional to serve as a technical execution engine for a lean, high-impact capital markets team. In this role, you’ll own the models, analysis, diligence, process management, and key execution workstreams behind standardized or more “vanilla” financings, while partnering with senior transactors on more complex transactions. This is not a junior analyst role. You’ll need the experience and maturity to work directly with senior leaders, banks, investors, counsel, and advisors without multiple layers of review. You should be highly capable in the details, strong under transaction intensity, and ready to help build financing processes for a rapidly scaling AI infrastructure platform. Support senior transactors on complex financings, including structuring, documentation, diligence, negotiation, and closing. About the Team The Capital Markets team develops the financing strategy, solutions, and partnerships needed to support our expanding global AI infrastructure platform and long-term investment plans. About the Role We’re looking for a senior structured finance leader to create immediate execution leverage for a growing capital markets function. In this role, you’ll take broad financing objectives, such as raising a large pool of capital from a defined set of counterparties, and independently turn them into well-run transaction processes. You’ll lead complex financings from strategy through close, manage counterparties and advisors, and bring sound judgment to capital structure, risk allocation, process design, and execution. This is a hands-on role for someone who is still close to the details, not a purely senior relationship manager. Your work will allow the team lead to spend less time in day-to-day execution and more time building the broader capital markets organization. In this role, you will: Lead large, complex financing processes from initial structuring through diligence, negotiation, documentation, and closing. Translate broad capital-raising objectives into executable financing plans, timelines, work streams, and counterparty strategies. Manage lenders, investors, advisors, counsel, and internal stakeholders across high-stakes transactions. Provide oversight on financial structuring, modeling, diligence, risk allocation, and transaction documentation. Make clear recommendations on financing strategy, counterparty selection, process design, and tradeoffs. Operate effectively in a small, high-impact team without relying on a large analyst or associate bench. Help build repeatable internal processes for a financing function that is still scaling. Coach and develop more junior transaction professionals. You might thrive in this role if you have: 8-15 years of experience executing structured finance, project finance, infrastructure finance, digital infrastruct

About the Team The CoT Monitorability team at OpenAI studies whether and when the chain-of-thought of frontier reasoning models is monitorable enough to support scalable oversight. We study how to measure monitorability , which training mechanisms affect monitorability, and speculative methods to improve monitorability. While we mostly focus on CoT monitorability at the moment, we care more generally about any form of monitorability, auditing methods, and improving alignment. We were the first to show that chain-of-thought monitoring can be a practical additional safety mechanism, and today our monitoring systems are actively used on OpenAI’s largest RL training runs to detect misbehavior. The issues we surface are then used to help improve our reward functions, environments, etc (without directly training against a CoT monitor). Our work sits in Alignment and intersects with model training, alignment evaluations, monitoring, and frontier-risk research. We care most about monitorability where the stakes are high, and about preserving useful oversight signals as models become more capable. About the Role We’re looking for a researcher with strong empirical ML expertise and a deep interest in model behavior, alignment, or interpretability. Direct chain-of-thought interpretability experience is welcome but not required; strong candidates may come from broader interpretability, alignment, model training, or investigative model-behavior work. As a researcher on the Alignment team, you will design and run experiments that improve our understanding of model monitorability. You will investigate how training interventions across the model-development pipeline influence whether reasoning remains legible, build evaluations that make those questions measurable, and help translate findings into practical oversight and training recommendations. You may also help develop new monitoring models or methods and apply them to OpenAI’s largest training runs. This role is especially well

About the Team Critical Harm Operations sits within User Safety & Risk Operations and builds enforcement systems for Frontier Risk and Material Harm that are accurate, fast, defensible, and built to scale. We turn policy intent into operational readiness, review standards, quality systems, escalation paths, automation guardrails, and durable cross-functional operating models. About the Role We are looking for an exceptional Program Manager to help build durable operating systems and run some of OpenAI’s most complex safety operations. The core need is a high-agency operator who can take an ambiguous problem, create the right structure, align cross-functional partners, and drive the work through execution. This role will move across Critical Harm priorities as needs evolve. You may step into operationalizing national security or violent-activities workflows, support wellbeing and Frontier Risk initiatives, or help scale programs such as Trusted Access. Deep domain expertise is helpful but not required; the strongest candidates will learn quickly, exercise excellent judgment, and make complex programs move. In this role, you will: Lead strategic operational builds across priority workflows from problem statement to implemented operating model, including scope, owners, milestones, risks, success measures, and execution cadence. Translate policy, safety, technical, legal, and operational constraints into workflows, requirements, playbooks, escalation paths, and decision-making structures that teams can execute. Coordinate with User Ops leadership, Product Policy, Integrity, Safety Systems, i2, Legal, Product, Engineering, Support, vendors, and other partners to resolve dependencies and keep critical work moving. Move in and out of workflows as priorities shift—standing up new programs, stabilizing operations, improving handoffs, and transitioning durable ownership to the right team. Use operational data and frontline signals to identify bottlenecks, quality gaps, ca

The team collaborates across Product, Research, Engineering, Design, Go-to-Market, Partnerships, Safety, Security, and Legal. We believe the strongest progress in legal will be built with the ecosystem. We’re looking for people who will spend time with customers and partners, work closely with researchers, engineers, designers, and operators, and keep complex work moving across teams. Success will depend on detailed, behind-the-scenes work in a fast-moving environment that can sometimes be chaotic. The right person will work very hard, get their hands dirty, and stay calm when the path is unclear. The work is also important and substantive: you will help shape how powerful technology is used in a consequential profession. This role is based in San Francisco, CA. We use a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week and offer relocation assistance to new employees. In this role, you will: Turn customer, partner, market, and model evidence into a clear product strategy and roadmap for OpenAI’s work with the legal industry—including what to build, what not to build, and where ecosystem partners should lead. Define requirements and take products from early concept through real-world use and iteration.
