ABOUT THE TEAM At Mural, we're changing how teams collaborate, think, and make decisions together. The Growth & Engagement team owns the experiences that turn a single-player tool into a multiplayer habit: the loops that bring people back, help them find their work, and pull their colleagues into a mural. Mural's self-serve growth runs through these experiences, and engagement and retention are central to how the business grows. YOUR MISSION As Senior Product Manager, Growth & Engagement, you will own the end-to-end self-serve experience, from a user's first touch through activation, return usage, and conversion to paid. You will treat the full funnel as one system: acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, sharing, and monetization. You will run a high-tempo experimentation practice, partner deeply across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and Sales, and make the calls that turn occasional users into teams that rely on Mural every week. This is a role for someone who wants to own real growth outcomes, not just ship features. You will own the surfaces that decide whether Mural's self-serve engine grows. Engagement and retention here move the business directly, and you will own the full loop across growth and engagement rather than a narrow slice of it. You’ll have a rare end-to-end view of the funnel, from acquisition through in-product engagement. You will work alongside thoughtful product, design, and engineering partners who care about craft and impact. WHAT YOU'LL DO Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for the self-serve growth and engagement experience, from first touch through activation and return usage Build and optimize the invite, sharing, and join experience Drive activation and retention by improving the moments that bring people back: home and dashboard, notifications, search, rooms and folders, comments, and more Partner closely with Marketing to connect acquisition and re-engagement with in-product activation across

The Dashboards product is Datadog's unified single-pane-of-glass for metrics, logs, and traces—a comprehensive treasure trove of observability data. We are transforming Dashboards into an AI-native control surface and the central hub where every team moves seamlessly from question to insight to action – providing a guided experience that feels like having an expert SRE at your side and ensuring the entry point is never an empty canvas. We're hiring a Staff Applied Scientist to define and guarantee the quality of this AI system at scale. "Good" isn't one number — it spans answer quality, tool-selection accuracy (critical given the growing catalog of data sources and visualizations), retrieval relevance, latency, token cost, and end-to-end agent success. The space is full of open questions. How do you evaluate an agent end-to-end when the trajectory is non-deterministic? How do you score tool selection when a user’s query can result in the agent making decisions against dozens of visualizations and data sources – both of which are growing month over month? How do you build a measurement system that catches regressions across all widget types and data sources (e.g., enforcing correct grouping, sorting, and time overrides), and is easy to use and extend by dozens of teams? If those are the problems you want to spend your time on, come build this with us. At Datadog, we place value in our office culture - the relationships and collaboration it builds and the creativity it brings to the table. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them. What You’ll Do: Own the evaluation strategy for Dashboards, as well as sister teams within our organization. Define the metrics — offline and online, quality and cost, single-turn and multi-turn — that the team and the broader organization optimize against. Build the eval datasets, golden traces, and regression harnesses that catch quality changes before they hit customers, an

The Language Tools team enables ~1,500 Datadog developers to build, test, and package millions of lines of Go, Python, Java, Rust, and TypeScript in our backend monorepo. Our success is measured by their productivity and satisfaction. They use the tools that we develop and support several times a day, in both development and CI environments. We use the Bazel open source build system as a foundation. The team is growing rapidly, both with Datadog and as we absorb other repositories into the monorepo. As a senior software engineer on the team, you will own projects from start to finish, both greenfield and brownfield. You will gain first-hand understanding of what Datadog developers need, and inform our roadmap. At Datadog, we place value in our office culture - the relationships that it builds, the creativity it brings to the table, and the collaboration of being together. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our employees can create a work-life harmony that best fits them. What You’ll Do: Invent build, test and packaging tools that are simpler and more reliable to use. Push performance and cost efficiency at scale, raising cache hit rates and cutting CI times and compute spend across millions of targets. Treat CI like SREs treat prod, making sure our pipelines are green and fast. Prepare, run, and finish complex migrations. Contribute back to the Bazel ecosystem, upstreaming fixes and shaping features we depend on. Who You Are: An expert in Bazel and/or one of the languages listed above. A well-rounded engineer. You must broadly understand the various types of software projects that are built, tested, and packaged with our tools. Both careful and fearless. The changes we make impact the velocity of hundreds of engineers. They are risky but necessary. User-focused. We help Datadog engineers to use the tools that we develop, and continuously improve their usability, so they don’t need our help the next time. Ideally, you have ex

Airbnb was born in 2007 when two hosts welcomed three guests to their San Francisco home, and has since grown to over 5 million hosts who have welcomed over 2 billion guest arrivals in almost every country across the globe. Every day, hosts offer unique stays and experiences that make it possible for guests to connect with communities in a more authentic way. NOTE: This role is hybrid and will require the candidate to be based in San Francisco Bay area. The successful candidate will be expected to work from the San Francisco office at least 2-3 days per week. The Community You Will Join: Research has been part of Airbnb from the beginning, ever since Paul Graham told the Airbnb founders, "go to your users." As designers, the founders embraced this advice and got on a plane to meet with Airbnb hosts that very weekend. Since those early days, the value of research has been baked into Airbnb’s product culture. With over 5 million hosts and 2 billion global arrivals, payments are crucial to the experience. Every time a guest books or a host gets paid across 190 countries, they rely on a seamless system. When it works, it drives loyalty; when it fails, it costs bookings—making research in this space critical to our business and our mission of belonging. The Difference You Will Make: As a Staff UX Researcher on Payments, you will be the voice of this community. In this mixed-methods role, you will combine behavioral insights with quantitative data to navigate ambiguity and global complexity. By uncovering user-centered insights and leading cross-functional workshops, you will drive actionable product innovation and build confidence into every transaction—from a first-time guest in São Paulo to a Superhost in Seoul. A Typical Day: Own end-to-end guest payments research, effectively prioritize research across multiple workstreams, plan and execute both foundational and evaluative research that shapes strategy and sharpens payments product experiences. Every day, hosts offer unique stays and experiences that make it possible for guests to connect with communities in a more authentic way. The Community you will join: The Chief Business Officer (CBO) organization drives Airbnb's growth and expansion around the world — commercializing our new and existing businesses and executing our global strategy in the market. The Global Markets team sits within CBO and makes sure Airbnb is locally relevant everywhere we operate, helping regions plan and execute growth across supply, demand, and the surfaces our communities use. Local growth levers are one of the fastest-growing parts of that toolkit — guest incentives, host-funded promotions, engagement and CRM, country partnerships, and promotional merchandising. Over the past year we've taken these from pilots to scaled programs including incentives, host-funded promotions and promotional-merchandising. That momentum has outpaced our operating model — execution is spread across regional pods, central growth marketing, product, merchandising, and finance, with parallel roadmaps and no single source of truth. We're building a dedicated program management capability to bring it all together, and we want you at the center of it. The difference you will make: This role requires candidates to be based in San Francisco. This role is not expected to be eligible for relocation support. As the Program Operations Lead for Growth Levers, you own the operating system that turns our fast-growing portfolio of levers into coordinated, on-time execution. You bring incentives, host-funded promotions, engagement and CRM, partnerships, and merchandising onto one roadmap, one source of truth, and one operating rhythm — so that product, growth marketing, merchandising, finance,
