Lead the new hire People Operations and Benefits orientation sessions, making a great first impression for all new VTS team members Support ad-hoc reporting and track progress on key People initiatives Coordinate and document core talent processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and new hire communications Manage monthly benefits billing reconciliation and act as the first point of contact for benefit-related inquiries. Oversee administrative tasks for HRIS and benefits systems with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
