The Opportunity Our PRM (Partner Relationship Management) platform is the operating system for MongoDB's entire partner ecosystem — the system partners and internal teams rely on for onboarding, deal registration, enablement content, incentives, and reporting. We're looking for a Director, Business Product Manager to own the business vision and requirements for this platform: the strategic counterpart to the engineering/IT team that builds it. This is a business-side role — you won't be writing code — but you need to understand PRM deeply enough to translate partner and internal stakeholder needs into a clear product vision, a prioritized roadmap, and requirements engineering can build against.
