Poly & Collaboration Solutions Specialist Description - Job Summary HP is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Poly & Collaboration Solutions Specialist to drive the growth of HP Poly collaboration solutions across South Africa, SADC and West Africa. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing customer demand, supporting channel partners, driving pipeline creation, and accelerating revenue growth across headsets, video conferencing, conference room solutions, software, and collaboration services. This role requires a consultative sales professional capable of engaging with enterprise customers, partners, IT decision-makers, and executive stakeholders to position HP as the preferred provider of hybrid work and collaboration solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong commercial acumen, technical knowledge of collaboration technologies, and the ability to drive complex sales opportunities from demand generation through to closure. Key Responsibilities Revenue Growth & Business Development Drive achievement of annual and quarterly revenue objectives for HP Poly solutions. Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within enterprise, commercial, public sector, and mid-market customers.
