As our Senior Copywriter, you will be the definitive creative voice across Asana's Brand Creative team—shaping how the brand speaks across every channel, medium, and moment that matters. This is a leaderful role as much as a writing role: you will define and steward our brand voice, set the standard for copy quality across the creative team, and bring language to life across campaigns, performance ads, sizzle reels, demo video scripts, and more. You will work at the intersection of strategy and craft—partnering closely with art directors, designers, producers, and cross-functional stakeholders—to translate briefs into work that is sharp, original, and unmistakably Asana. You will also be a teacher and force multiplier: codifying our voice in frameworks and guidelines others can apply, mentoring colleagues, and raising the bar for written communication across the Marketing organization. You bring deep conviction and active curiosity to your work, including a genuine interest in how AI can augment the craft of writing.
