Le travail effectué par nos agents est très varié : il peut s'agir d'activités de vente, de gestion de comptes ou encore d'annotation de données pour l'IA, souvent dans cinq ou six langues. 30 à 40 projets sont normalement en cours simultanément, avec une demande qui évolue chaque semaine, ce qui rend la prévision et la planification des effectifs particulièrement complexes.
